O Hotel é bonito, localizado num terreno grande e muito bonito (mas um pouco afastado da cidade). O quarto é espaçoso, com varanda agradável. Piscina externa muito boa (embora não tenhamos utilizado). Já o banheiro precisa melhorar muito. Chuveiro com mais de 70% dos furos entupidos (quase não sei água) - limpeza ou manutenção? Cheiro de esgoto. Nenhuma preocupação com o desperdício de água. O chuveiro (ou torneira) precisa ficar aberto por uns 5 minutos ou mais para a água quente chegar (um desperdício). Café da manhã bem simples, embora correto. Caro para o que oferece.

Hotel limpo, amplo, quarto agradavel e otimo jardim. Somente o cafe da manha que nao tem muitas opcoes, mas e suficiente. Gostamos muito

La habitación tenía una cama en la parte superior cerca del techo, pero hacía mucho calor, así que tuve que poner el colchón en el suelo al lado de la cama porque era más fresco y agradable con el aire encendido. Además, el desayuno es delicioso, pero no hay comidas por la noche.

Friendly staff, Quiet and Safe. Clean rooms. Hot tub and pool not available when we were there (spring time).

O hotel é uma graça, antigo mas muito bem cuidado. Não é tão perto do centro, mas a paisagem vale a pena. A equipe é muito simpática e solicita. A cidade em si é bem simples , mas os passeios nas vinícolas são maravilhosos!

Equipe muito simpática, quarto bastante confortável. A hidro é maravilhosa, e a cama muito confortável. O café da manhã não tem muitas opções, mas não é ruim. Atende.

The staff here is all exceptionally friendly and keep the hotel very clean. The breakfast offerings are delicious and plentiful. The beds are comfortable and there is a variety of pillows from which to choose. I highly recommend, and if you go, please say hello to the owners, Lorena and Piero.

A lovely spot on the edge of town, great place to recharge or base a winetasting trip. Don’t miss a dip in the pool on a hot day - so refreshing!

Hotel bem antigo. No cafe da manha só fazem ovos mexidos, Pedi um omelete e me disse que não podia fazer. Definitivamente não vale o valor pago, deveria ser muito mais em conta.

Excellent friendly staff! Grounds are well maintained and peaceful atmosphere. Good breakfast - lacks a bar (but can buy drinks from reception). We had a balcony room - was great but decor slightly dated. We hired bikes from hotel (okay and came with helmets) - it is about 40 mins cycle to main wineries - sadly some of the route is fast roads (Uber is very cheap however). Would stay here again!

Hermosa parceló para descansar. Desayuno: lugar no muy acogedor, faltan mesas más pequeñas (para dos personas) y el sistema de servir el desayuno es personalizado, pero incómodo.

O Hotel é muito além da expectativa. Muito bom, com quartos muito confortáveis e uma excelente limpeza que até deixou impressionado. O esmero que o ambiente é cuidado com tudo muito bem feito chamou muita atenção. Um ponto principal para a atenção do staff. Todos muito atenciosos, educados e prestativos. We stayed here and unfortunately the hotel did not match the reviews. We got to the hotel and checked in quickly, but after arriving and a long day of travelling we wanted to freshen up in the Whirlpool bath we specifically booked. Unfortunately there was no hot water. I raised this immediately to reception who spent the next 2 hours tryingto fix it without luck. I asked to be moved rooms and they did not allow this, despite there only being 3 other rooms booked in that day (out of at least 12) I was promised it would be fixed, but it never did. The bathroom had serious signs of damp and was permanently cold, and at no point during our stay did we get hot water. Upon checkout the hotel tried to charge even more than the booked rate on hotels.com at which point I had to negotiate them down to a lower rate and this took over 30 minutes to complete. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful, but really moving me to another room that worked would have been the most helpful thing they could do, or just allow me to stay in another hotel. The rate I paid was still far too much and if you're paying full price, don't bother it isn't justified.

Es un bonito y tranquilo lugar para descansar. Las habitaciones y la decoración del sitio son excepcionales. Debes ir preparado con algo para la cena porque por ahora no tienes opción. No está muy alejado de Santa Cruz pero debes ir en auto.

El hotel ofrece una gran experiencia para una estadía familiar. El staff es muy amable, y cok una excelente disposición.

La Perla made our visit to Santa Cruz and the surrounding wine region a delight. The hotel grounds we beautiful and the hotel was spotless! Great service at front desk with efficient help in setting up winery visit, dining reservations and horseback rides. We would without a doubt use La Perla again.

Very nice quiet resort with friendly staff. Although, don't forget your wine glasses, they will rent you one for 3$. Yes, rent. But got there, you won't regret it.

Es un hotel muy bien cuidado, ideal para descansar. Al no ser grande y estar ubicado afuera del centro de la ciudad, tanto el entorno, como el hotel en sí son muy tranquilos. El área de la piscina es hermosa, llena de árboles y flores, la piscina de buen tamaño y bien cuidada, y se mantiane el ambiente calmado ideal para relajarse. El desayuno es bien surtido y la atención del restaurante es buena.

A Cidade eh pequena mas encantadora, tem Cassino e as Vinicolas são SHOW. A estadia foi otima, bem o que esperavamos. vale a pena.

Sadly because so many tourists cancelled due to problems in Santiago their restaurant wasnt open but that wasn't their fault. A beautiful place to stay.

Nice hotel but no service at all (no help with luggage/ no coffee available etc) . Very strict non smoking policy, even in the garden or in front of lobby etc no smoking. After long discussions smoking in the bbq are allowed.

Para ser un hotel de zona de viñas, les falta mucho. Falta un Restaurant o un bar donde puedas degustar por lo menos una tabla de quesos.

Muy acogedor, lugar tranquilo, amplio rodeado de naturaleza, silencioso y con una hermosa piscina, habitación impecable luminosa y cómoda. El personal es muy agradable, atentos y cordiales. Buen desayuno, variado y muy bien atendido. Me impresiono la limpieza en todo el recinto.

Loved this place. Beautifully landscaped gardens, peaceful pool area, room had view over gardens and large orchard next door. Lovely breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful with recommendations and reservations at neighboring vineyards. Room comfortable and clean. 5 minute Car or Uber to town. Looking forward to going back.

This hotel is a gem in the Santa Cruz area (or for many areas in South America.). The hotel is beautiful, well designed and decorated. They have a nice pool and bar area for enjoying a relaxing drink. The morning breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting the Santa Cruz area.

The property is clean with nice amenities. It is secure and in quite area with great location. The breakfast is one of the best we have had.

The owners built this hotel 2 years ago. It is also their home. Rooms are large, comfortable spotlessly clean. Air conditioning is effective but the fan makes a noise if you are out on your balcony - you can hear the air con fans from other rooms outside too. The pool is a great asset, not heated but warm when we stayed in November. No restaurant other than excellent breakfast served 9-10.30. We had to check out at 8am the last day but they're prepared breakfast for us early. The hotel will suggest restaurants and book a car. The return car / taxi cost us 6000 pesos return equivalent to 2 beers. Would stay again. Highly recommended.

All the stuff were great, Christian greeted us and made us feel at home. Breakfast buffet is extensive with fresh scrambled eggs cooked for you. The pool and area was extremely well maintained. The interior looks and feels like a fine major house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Perla. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, a country-like setting away from the noise of the city but very close to the attractions of Santa Cruz. The staff were very friendly and super helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean and recently remodeled; the bed was very comfortable. We would gladly stay there again.
