V3 Hotel & Residence Seri Alam

Overall good

Limited food breakfast

Counter service ok

Good location

Low hygiene, there were stains on the bedsheets, the towel i received gor stains and already worn out , there are fungus grow in the room

Nearest to the cafe, Lotus and public University.

None

there was breakfast which i thought was good, the parking was good, there was a lift, check in time was early.

the tv setup was bad.aircond was not cold enough.

Dekat dengan banyak kedai viral dan sedap like the J

Harga semalam terlalu mahal and ruang bilik yg kecik dan terlalu dekat dengan tandas serta ada bilik yg tingkap yg kecik macam xde tingkap and ade yg tingkap besar tapi bilik kecik

Semua baikk

Tiada

Is a strategic place to food, walking distance for t The J Restaurant, Osman, Banafee Masai. Nearby malls like Today's, The Lotus. Just beside Regency Hospital.

The hotel's main lobby was decent, but the rooms were too unclean. Those with OCD will find it difficult. The toilets need a revamp; the toilet bowls are too dirty, and the heater nuts are rusty. I had to change to another room, which was also a bit similar. The air conditioning was not cold enough, and the TV had no proper channels. I had to auto-tune each time I turned the TV off and on to get the channels..

Only 1 plug available in my room. I have a lot of thing to charge but i don’t have enough plug. Please make it extra for that.

Yes

Breakfast

The best is the location. Very near with eatery .. walking distance. Just beside Regency Hospital Johor Bahru... Able to do late check in (i.e: 12.00am) Staff knocking the door asking if i want to clean my room next day after I checked in..I feel so impressed by just normal hotel but can do daily room cleaning. Then I request for late check out, it's allowed with very minimum charges. Will come again later.

Clean

All OK

Nearby Facilities are great, great food and stay

Transparent bathroom

Location was the bonus point. Walking distance to many restaurants and food spots. 7E is next to the hotel, Family Mart, Juice works and The J a variety of food selection opens till 3am. As for the breakfast served (should you choose to be included), the selection that you can choose from is limited and can only select 1. To name a few : Nasi lemak, mee goreng, pan cake, kaya toast bread with half boil eggs, sandwich, oat cereal. Taste is good

The noise from outside can be heard.

Location and Breakfast.

Bathroom not in well maintained condition. Bed is comfy, but pillow is too hard and blanket look like not so clean.

Big room Huge space

1. Bench & place for smokers at the entrance of the building. Not a convenience place for family with small kids. 2. Room is not sound-proofed. We cannot sleep all night due to the loud music & cars outside. 3. Limited choice of breakfast with small quantity.

Senang dapat parking. Staf di kaunter mesra. Katil selesa tidur. Bilik sempit sikit tapi sesuai dengan harga

Bau rokok dekat dalam lif dan kebersihan tingkap. Sy harap dapat bersihkan habuk di tingkap tersebut walaupun kita takkan bukak langsir tu

The bedsheet was so dirty, i feel my whole body is itchy. I can even see the stains on it.

all was good. tempat yg strategics. dekat dgn semua benda. senang keluar cari makan. staff all friendly.

Affordable

Cleanliness

Fast check in..air conditioning sejuk selepas service free

Air conditioning punya la tak sejuk langsung.walaupun dah buat 16'c speed 3..last2 terpaksa buka sendiri.. ( rujuk la pada gambar).. selesai service free.baru la sejuk.. air plak duk bermasalah, menitik tap tap tap.. yang itu aku tak ada tools nak tlg buatkan.. bilik 2332..

Location

Nothing

Ala carte breakfast, good enough

Nothing

Easy to get food. Surrounded by famous Restaurant.

Limited parking.

Bathroom, there was a leak a pipe and the room door didn't have a latch.

Location, nearby to restaurants

Cleanliness can be improved

It is convenient and food establishments are nearby.

wifi connection

Room size too small

Good choice of breakfast

Extremely small table and cramped set up

Location, parking, wifi, Good breakfast

Bathroom was wet when we arrive. No tooth brushes and tooth paste. Other things are ok. Bit noisy in the night because near to the road.

like this we called the quality hotel and comfort hotel.

Very noisy from outside, sound proof is bad

We stayed for two nights on the 3rd floor 2- bedroom apartment. Really like the comfy bedding...but could do with additional pillows! There was TV in both bedrooms as well as in the living. Provided were also a microwave and a standup fridge. There were a couple of plates and bowls, etc but not a complete set. No cutleries! No dish soap either. Locations wise, thumbs up!

Nearer to restaurants and convenience stores

a lot of garbage around the hotel & the toilet in the room does not smell good
