Clean, good food for dinner, was convenient to have a restaurant on site breakfast was decent

Excellent hotel, clean comfortable, friendly and efficient staff.

Wifi in the rooms was not good, could hardly connect to the internet. This was a working trip and I needed a fast and effective wifi, this was not.

Very comfortable and clean. Staff are excellent and helpful. This is our second stay here and will definitely come back on our next visit to Nampa.

Easy to get to from the interstate. Wonderful rooms and very comfortable beds. Really liked the convenience of a restaurant on the property and it wasn’t expensive. The burger Theory food was delicious.

The location. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Shawn at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay.

Great location! So many restaurant options around this hotel. Easy friendly check in. Double queen room was spacious with plenty of storage, hooks on wall for hanging purse, totes or clothes in addition to a closet. Very clean room, bathroom and halls. We stayed one night, arrived late, left early, so did not explore the rest of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Came here for a business trip and was met with the greatest hospitality I’ve ever had and left with the greatest memory and someone I’d call a friend. Buffy was absolutely incredible and that is an understatement. She served me and my two colleagues for several nights and it was legitimately the greatest experience we’ve all had. She was amazing! We will miss her! That woman deserves a raise. Thank you for everything Buffy, we miss you already!! - Kadee :)

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff

Visited the Burger Theory restaurant inside the hotel. Nice quiet area with tvs showing different things (one with sports, one with cartoons, another with a movie playing). Tables are spaced out for a little privacy and they even have an outdoor area with a fireplace! My server Buffy--shes the best! Attentive and offered suggestions since I can be indecisive sometimes. I ordered a salad with extra chicken and it was perfect! Chefs kisses! I highly recommend giving this place a try if you are looking for something new or just good food in general :)

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Nampa, and the highlight was definitely the hotel bar. Our bartender, Brynna, was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, kind, and incredibly friendly from the moment we sat down. After a long day, her warm personality and excellent service made it so worth coming down to the bar to relax and unwind. The food came out fast and was delicious, and the overall service was top-notch. Brynna really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. It’s rare to find that perfect combination of efficiency and genuine friendliness. If you’re staying at this Holiday Inn, do yourself a favor and stop by the bar — especially if Brynna is working. She made our evening! Will definitely be back.

We stopped in for dinner and there had been some emergencies making everyone short-staffed. It was so amazing to see everyone jump in and help without missing a great. Specify Brynna was running the best, waiting on tables and making sure we had everything we needed. She didn't skip a beat and we were well taken of. The food was amazing also!!! We will be back!!

Brynna was great! The restaurant was short staffed so she took care of the bar and out party of 6 and did such a great job. Food and service was great.

There are several options in the area however, its the overall experience that matters to me. Perfectly located. Excellent value for the accommodations. From the front desk to the restaurant.. friendly, helpful and attentive. Brynna consistently stands out for me. Always remembers who I am and what I like. When you travel over 350K miles a year, little things make a big difference.

Bryanna deserves way more than 5 stars honestly. Absolute 10/10 service from the second we sat down. Super friendly, fast, attentive, and somehow still kept an amazing attitude even while the bar was busy. Drinks were on point, vibes were great, and she made the whole experience feel fun instead of just another night out. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does. Easily one of the best bartenders I’ve had in a long time. Definitely coming back because of her.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel is spotless, the rooms feel fresh, and every staff member we met was warm and welcoming. And then there’s Burger Theory — the hotel bar that ended up being one of the highlights of the trip. The food was genuinely delicious, the drinks were top‑notch, and Brynna was phenomenal. She kept us laughing, hydrated, and in great spirits the entire time. Total rockstar.

Buffy was absolutely amazing in Burger Theory. I came to eat here more than twice during my stay and her energy was very consistent, light, joyful, and fun. Will definitely comeback even if it’s just to eat a burger.

We stopped at Burger Theory while passing through Nampa on a 'cancer tour' for friends and family, and the staff made our night truly special. The hospitality was exceptional during a very emotional time. Both the sirloin steak and the crispy chicken salad were delicious, but it was our server, Buffy, who made the meal unforgettable. Her kindness turned a simple dinner into a beautiful memory. Highly recommend this spot if you're staying at the Holiday Inn!

Brynna in the bar is amazing! This hotel is always great to stay at! The front desk staff is always happy to help, and makes the check- in process easy. The location is just perfect for access to the freeway.

The best place to stay. Everyone that works there is always making sure your stay is the best. Especially the bar tender Brynna. She makes sure you are well taken care of when dinning in at the bar and restaurant at the hotel.

Brynna was awesome! She was very cordial and had a great review of the local beers.

Comfortable and clean. Noisy as hell Extremely loud music that interfered with enjoyment of relaxation until 10pm. I mean so loud you could hear it throughout the entire hotel.

Big room, comfortable beds, and great location

Absolutely way too expensive, double the price of other hotels in the area, will when we arrived, we didn't realize how much it was, but we were so tired. We stayed anyway, it was a big mistake, there are just as nice hotels in the area for half the price, our price was 230 USD, that's insane, it didn't even include breakfast.

Our server Buffy was funny ,and excellent server in general.

I did not stay at the hotel but let me just say my experience at the restaurant inside (Burger Theory) was very great! Buffy was such a sweet heart, she made me sweet tea that was awesome! and a little bit through my meal I spilled my drink everywhere… she made me feel so taken care of and told me she will handle it. Just great service! We will be back for their delicious food! Thank you Buffy

Thought the breakfast was overrated. Milk was not cooled well. Pastries were not fresh. Fruit bowls were excellent. Need a shuttle service to the airport.

Ive stayed here frequently over 3 years,have spent 20k or more and tipp the staff very well. I was just informed my money is no longer good here by general manager. I was informed local are no longer allowed to stay here within a 30 mile radius of hotel.

Restaurant onsite is great, food is phenomenal and prices are great. Hours to restaurant are so nice for late travelers and even early risers. Breakfast isn’t complimentary but it’s ok, the buffet style breakfast is not expensive and is free for kids. Swimming pool is great and so are the hours of availability. Staff is very friendly and try to be as accommodating as possible.

The hotel is overpriced and unfortunately it just doesn’t meet the standards for the price point. Nice design for the rooms, but the smell is horrific and it’s every room. They are aware as well. Their answer to this is, it’s Nampa, it’s the location by the freeway, the sugar beet factory, and sewage lines, and the sewage lines get flushed every Thursday so it’s stronger smelling on the weekend. Our room smelled like someone urinated on the bathroom walls. And when I brought my issue to the staff informed me of this known issue and moved us to another room, that still smelled, maybe a little less but at that point I had already spent a night in it so I was acclimated to the smell. There was no offer to decrease my room rate (almost $500 for two nights)!! Seems that for such a known issue they would have an automatic resolution in place as well as not charge such high prices. Beware if you have a sensitive sniffer… the smell is horrible.

This Holiday Inn was probably the best hotel we’ve stayed at in the past several years. Awesome location, awesome staff and awesome amenities including a restaurant and bar.

Great hotel!

This Hotel was above and beyond our expectations, worth the extra cost. It Has a modern / rustic decor. Our room was very clean and comfortable & spacious with a wall thermostat in the rooms. The breakfast, there was a small extra cost, but it was amazing: eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, fresh fruit, bottled juice, Chobani yogurt, oatmeal & cold cereal. Thank you Holiday Inn for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

Noisy, broken blinds, way too expensive

The location is very convenient right off freeway. Their are multiple resturants within walking distance like In-N-Out Burger. As I walked into the room it was already nice and cool! The room has a lot of space and very clean! Oh my gosh, the sheets, blanket, and pillows were so comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you sign up for their rewards program you can take advantage of their late check out of 12:30. The only complaint I have is in regards to their curtains, which allowed too much light in.

Great hotel. Clean room and comfortable bed. It was a little loud because of the proximity of the freedom. I think if I stayed on the interior side of the entrance it could have been quieter.

The room was excellent! The smoke sensor on the ceiling kept flashing brightly quite often however. The window shade worked great to block outside light. Some liquid creamer for the coffee would be so much better than the dry. Some bottled water would be great too. Joshua, who checked us in, was wonderful! All in all, loved the room the stay!

Upon entering the staff was warm and friendly. The rooms and common areas were clean. Other staff I spoke to in the halls were always pleasant. Overall one of the best hotels ive stayed at in a long time!

The room was large, comfortable, and clean. AC worked well but the thermostat was fixed at 70 degrees. Staff was cordial and helpful.

I don't like microfiber sheets at all and certainly would appreciate the better hotels returning to cotton bedding.

Property in good shape. Nobody seemed happy to see us. Black out blind would not come down. Breakfast left much to be desired. Rubbery eggs, hasbrowns cold. Oatmeal like sticky mud and cold. Very disappointed. Like someone set it out and left it unattended. We ate at 7 a.m. Not the quality one expects from IHG.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. I take my grand daughter for her birthday and we use the pool. The bar and breakfast are pretty good! Great location with lots of shopping and food options in walking distance.

The pool area has an outside seating area that I wish there was a way to enter and exit without your key but maybe a 4 digit code.

Great place to stay. Really good restaurant. Only negative is that it’s located off the busiest intersection and area in Nampa so gets really congested but you can plan for that and it’s fine.

Access off the interstate is quite easy, and there is lots of free parking. Rooms are a good size, and beautiful, even including an upholstered rocking chair! It was very quiet at night. The hotel is basically in an industrial zone, so there isn't much within easy walking distance, but there are eating places only a short drive away. The closest proper grocery store was about a 10 minute drive. I had booked the breakfast package with the room, and the breakfast was very good (really good bacon, lots of fruit, even very good croissants - unusual to find croissants that actually taste like croissants at a North American hotel). Overall a great place to stay.

As always, a nice clean and quiet room. I had to go back to the front desk after checking in and remind them that I had requested a top floor room which they eventually accommodated. Front desk staff seems to not be as welcoming and friendly as in the past.

Property is very clean and the staff is kind and helpful. Nice jacuzzi and indoor pool. Plenty of grate eateries across the street and easy access to I84 freeway.

The breakfast was just ok to be paying 10 in advance and onsite it was 12.50, little pricy when we have stayed at the Fairfield down the street and the breakfast is included and the buffet if so, much bigger (more available). The service was good but not like bend over to make sure your happy, the onsite restaurant in the evenings was exceptional, great food and there the service was excellent and friendly.

Very clean and renovated. Amanda heating system very loud, enough to wake you up. Also close to train tracks, with a train going by at least once an hour blowing its warning whistle. Front desk and breakfast buffet personnel very friendly and helpful.

The bed is uncomfortable. But everything else was amazing.
