The car park is a little small when all the cars are in. If you have a big car it can be pretty tricky getting in and out.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Personale accogliente, ambiente familiare. Colazione buonissima ! Puliti gli spazi in comune, angolo bar molto carino e fornito di bevande bio e prodotti locali, tra cui diversi vini. Angolo piscina rilassante. C'è anche una zona in cui poter giocare a bocce!
La stanza è un po' piccola e non ha arredi particolarmente attraenti.

The bed was very firm for us, the location is very residential and not walkable (20 min walk to the nearest tram). It does not feel walkable to Juan-les-pins

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026L'hotel è arredato in modo semplice ma con buon gusto ed è molto confortevole. Lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile. La camera con il balcone è un gioiellino. La pulizia è eccellente. Il frigo bar, capiente, con all'interno la bottiglia con acqua fresca è stato molto apprezzato. Le aree comuni (la piscina, la sala colazione e la terrazza all’aperto) sono curate nei dettagli e piacevoli.
L'unica pecca è il parcheggio: i posti esterni sono solo 4 e sono stretti. Il garage sotterraneo (a pagamento) non aveva posti disponibili. Abbiamo faticato a cercare un parcheggio nelle vicinanze (forse in altri periodi dell'anno sarebbe stato più facile). Ma è l'unico difetto di questo graziosissimo hotel.

Everything was so beautifully and thoughtfully designed, with so many lovely little details that made the whole place feel warm and special. Everything was spotless, clean and very hygienic. The cleaning service was also excellent — my room was taken care of so well every day, which made my stay even more comfortable. But what really made my stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful and genuinely warm. You can really tell that they do their job with heart. They were so attentive and always happy to help, and I truly felt welcomed and cared for throughout my entire stay. The breakfast was also absolutely delicious, and the whole experience was just wonderful. I would definitely come back! ❤️

Restaurant très bon, chambre confortable propre, un peu petite mais nous avions reservé en derneire minute donc il n'y avait plus de chanbre dispo avec balcon. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester la piscine qui avait l'air tres bien.
le cadre autour de l'hotel n'est pas le meilleur coin d'antibes mais cela n'enlève rien à la qualité et aux prestations de l'hotel qui est un excellent hotel 3 étoiles.

The building structure is old. A miracle we did not damage the car navigating underground car park. Location is awkward to reaching the sea.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Wir sind spontan angereist und haben ein Hotel gesucht. Buchung erfolgte erst 1 Stunde vor Check in gegen 15:00 Uhr. Alles lief problemlos. Wir wurden herzlich von einem Jungen Mann (Ire) empfangen. Unser Bully konnte auch noch in der Tiefgarage einen Platz bekommen. Die Zimmer super sauber, geschmackvoll, einfach, aber alles da was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Frühstück kann man guten Gewissens buchen. Sehr lecker. Keine Retortenbuffet. Jeder findet hier etwas (frisch). Der Pool war auch sauber und einfach schön. Tolles Haus, daß eigentümergeführt wird. Das spürt man hier. Wir kommen wieder.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026This was our second visit to this beautiful boutique hotel. It is so beautiful in its decor, exceptionally clean and has everything you need. The staff are all extremely friendly, caring and efficient. The breakfast is wonderful with all locally produced breads and pastries. The pool is beautiful and Niobe reserves sunbeds as there is no need as there are always beds and towels available. Can’t wait to return soon.

Die Öffnungzeiten zur Poolnutzung könnten länger sein.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Mooi hotel met een groot zwembad! Kamers waren prima, lekkere bedden en een goede douche. De eigenaren en de rest van het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op loopafstand zit je op het strand of in de haven met verschillende strandtentjes en restaurantjes. Op 15/20 min lopen zit het treinstation waarmee je zo naar Antibes, Nice en andere plaatjes kunt gaan.
Wij vonden alles heel fijn aan het hotel!

Reviewed Oct 9, 2025Sehr freundliches Personal!!! Pool und Bar Bereich sehr schön! Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Es sind nur ein paar Gehminuten zum Strand. Besonders bedanken musß ich mich bei dem Personal! Ich habe meinen geliebten Badeshort im Zimmer vergessen und er wurde mir kostenfrei nachgesendet. Vielen Dank nochmals.....

Reviewed Oct 8, 2025Excellent hôtel, agréable, joli, très propre et confortable. Personnel très accueillant et au petit soin. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel.
Le seul gros point négatif est les place de stationnement. Seulement 4 petites places disponibles devant l'hôtel, et un garage en sous sol au prix de 15€/jours.

Pas de « vrai » lit double et pas de sur matelas sur deux lits simples pour éviter cette jonction entre les matelas jamais agréable.

Reviewed Oct 5, 2025Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich schön eingerichtet und es wird wird Wert auf Details gelegt. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht, da es uns für 16€ p. P. zu teuer war. Der Pool sieht schön aus und es gibt genügend Liegen und Auflagen. Es gibt außerdem einen netten Aufenthaltsbereich drinnen und draußen mit einer Bar die abends leider keine Snacks mehr zubereitet.
Die Wände sind sehr dünn, dadurch ist es sehr hellhörig. In unserer Zeit lag das Hotel in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens Nizza, wodurch wir viel Fluglärm hatten.

Reviewed Oct 4, 2025Perfect ontbijt, alles milieuvriendelijk en verantwoord. Topbediening. Heerlijke locatie. Hiewel de kamer klein was, was alles uiterst efficiënt ingedeeld. Prima zwembad, leuke tuin.

Everything was good, but a few extra amenities in the room would be appreciated (e.g., a fridge with water)
