חדר עם שטיחים שכבר עבר הזמן שלהם , מקלחת כמו אכסניה , חדר אוכל היה עמוס , עם הגיע לחדר אוכל נאמר לי שאין מקום אז מה אני אמורה לעשות ? לא לאכול ? צריך מישהו בכניסה שינהל את חדר האוכל . כשיש תפוסה מלאה צריך להירשם לחדר אוכל בצורה מסודרת כדי לאפשר לכולם את השירות .

המיקום מעולה, הצוות אדיב מאוד, ארוחת הבוקר עשירה וטעימה. יש שמירת חפצים.

משפצים את הבניין ליד והכניסה למלון רועשת, המגבות קטנות ומרופטות.

Clean Breakfast was very rich and delicious. I am gluten free and Lactose free-and the kitchen was very well prepared to accommodate my needs. This is my 2nd time visiting and already thinking to return!

התארחנו במלון בראש השנה הצוות בקבלה ובחדרי האוכל היה מקסים ושרותי, גם כשחסרו לנו מגבות הביאו תוך דקות ספורות ישר לחדר (הגענו לקבלה לבקש כי היה חג ולכן לא יודעת לענות על תלונות שראיתי בבוקינג על זה שלא עונים לטלפון). גם הגענו לשולחן קבלה עם שתיה חמה קרה וכיבוד, כנראה בגלל החג, כד שיכולנו להמתין בנחת בתור והילדים נרגעו רגע עם האוכל והשתיה. חדר האוכל בארוחת הבוקר היה פתוח מ 8:00 עד 13:00 כך שלא היה עומס (אנחנו הגענו אחרי התפילה ויש מי שהגיע בבוקר כך שלא הורגש עומס בכלל למרות שהייתה תפוסה מלאה). בארוחת הערב חיכה לכל משפחה שולחן עם השם שלה, ומגש יפה עם הסימנים לראש השנה כך שגם בהקשר הזה לא היה עומס בכלל והצוות היה ערוך לקבל אותנו, לפנות שולחנות ולמלא מגשי אוכל כל הזמן. המלון הזמין רב שיוביל את כל התפילות של ראש השנה, בחור צעיר ומקסים עם אישתו המהממת. שניהם היו סבלנים, נעימים מאוד ענו על שאלות והרב היה עם קול מדהים מה שהפך את כל חווית החג הרבה יותר טובה. בנוסף מיקום מעולה, פחות מ 10 דקות הליכה עד הרובע היהודי/המוסלמי, 25 דקות עד הכותל, במרכז צמוד לכל הבארים והחנויות. לגבי חניה זה מקום עמוס, אנחנו מצאנו חניה ברחוב אבל במלון יש חניון בקומה מינוס 1 בתשלום. לא יודעת להגיד על זה מחירים וכו.

החדרי משפחה מתאימים לכל היותר לזוג עם 1-2 ילדים, בגלל שאנחנו משפחה גדולה התפצלנו לשני חדרים, ואין דלת מקשרת לא יודעת אם זה משהו בכלל שהמלון יכול לתקן אבל באמת שחוץ מזה הכל היה מושלם. אגב אם יש דרך להוסיף דלת מקשרת זה יהיה ממש נחמד למשפחות גדולות.

לא אהבתי שבמשך שעה חיפשתי את המלון וגם שהתקשרתי לקבלה לא היה מענה … אכזבה כי ביטלתי מסעדה בעקבות זה שלא מצאתי את המלון !!!

היה רעש מהבניה בבניין הסמוך. היה רעש מהרחוב החיצוני. בחדר האוכל היה מאוד צפוף בארוחת הבוקר. האוכל לא היה טעים.אין חביתות והביצים לא התקלפו ביומיים שהיינו.לא היו צלחות. אין חניה ונאלצנו להסתובב הרבה עד שמצאנו משהו פנוי. אין לובי מספיק לאורחים.

צוות קשוב, מיקום מעולה,למרות שמול המלון יש אתר בנייה.

חדר קטן ומיושן, ריח של ביוב במקלחת. שטיח עם כתמים, חדר אוכל על בסיס מקום פנוי ולכן בשעות העומס קשה למצוא מקום.

מזרן קצת פחות נוח לחלק מאיתנו

המקום מרכזי ונוח להתניידות בזכות הרכבת הקלה.

אין חנייה ,החנייה עלתה לנו 360 ש"ח ללילה ,כך שהשהות אצלכם היתה יקרה מאוד ביחס לבתי מלון אחרים שדואגים לאורחים שלהם לחנייה מסודרת.

מלון מקסים, מיקום מעולה קרוב להכול, צוות לבבי וארוחת בוקר מפנקת, היה ממד קומתי חשוב בזמנים כאלה, נהנו מאוד.

המיקום מעולה ממש כמה דקות הליכה לכל מקום ולשוק , ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. שירות מעולה.

Staff were cheerful, welcoming, helpful and efficient. The location is very close to the Jaffa Gate and has lots of cafés, etc nearby. Above all, the breakfast was brilliant!

Absolutely 💯 amazing hotel with the comfort you need. The receptionists” work was pleasant, they were so helpful. Thank you, my dear! The hotel is clean, fresh air, the breakfast was perfect too. I wish I could find Accor Hotels in Tel Aviv but we do not have any. The location is wonderful. You can easily reach the Old City and everything you need … ♥️

La ubicación está bien.

El desayuno no estaba incluido y eso no era claro en la páginas. El extra por desayuno salí mucho más caro que otros hoteles que sí incluyen desayuno (un extra por desayuno sobre el precio de la habitación de 80usd). El personal no fue para nada amable ni respetuoso a la hora de comunicarme sobre esto. La cama era incomodísima y hay dos obras en construcción frente al hotel por lo que el ruido en las habitaciones era insoportable.

This is the first time I stayed at IBIS CITY JERUSALEM CENTER, I was actually going to stay elsewhere, where I´ve stayed previously, but a good friend from Israel recommended I book here, I booked 4 rooms, and overall it was a NICE STAY! The Hotel is at a PERFECT location to move walking back and forth to the OLD CITY, which was what we needed, and it is surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants... in a safe area The staff at the restaurant are really nice, and food was delicious for breakfast!!! Rooms are pretty basic but clean, a bit small, and there is a lack o space for placing luggage, it would be a good idea to include at least 1 luggage carrier (foldable suitcase stand)... it would help a lot bathroom was good, more towels would be appreciated, specially for women guests, 2 per person is needed,

Staff at the front desk IN GENERAL were a bit BITTER... and this shouldn't be so in HOSPITALITY, and specially NOW with the lack of tourism in Israel, you should be a bit kinder to guests who amist it all LOVE ISRAEL and are there, A SMILE always goes a long way!

Szívélyes, kedves fogadtatás, felvilágosítás. Segítőkész személyzet, kiváló konyha, közel az óvároshoz. Tiszta, rendezett, kellemes hangulatú. Kicsekkolást követően az elutazásig lehetőség volt a csomagok ingyenes megőrzésére (7 óra).

we went there for a Shabbat sheva brachot as part of a 40 person group. the rooms are insanely small. i could not figure out how to call the front desk from the telephone in the room, so i went down and asked in person for 2 more pillows to be sent up, as we only were given 2 (instead of the usual 4 as in every other hotel i have ever stayed at). WE NEVER GOT THEM. the only coffee available the entire time (including in the dinning room) was instant. there wasn't any cold water available in the lobby, just from my bathroom sink. we ate on the rooftop for both Friday night dinner and Saturday lunch. it was freezing up there, even with the windows closed! friday night they put on 5 of the 9 AC/ heaters.... Saturday i personally asked 5 times for them to turn on the heat and i know 3 other people who asked as well. THEY NEVER TURNED ON THE HEAT. ITS JANUARY! i will not be going back to this hotel.

*ארוחת הבוקר הייתה פשוט מצויינת!!! טעים ומגוון. צוות חדר האוכל היה מאוד נעים. *זרם המים מעולה. מים חמים תוך שניה. *מיקום ממש על המדרחוב. נגיש מאוד. *לובי מאוד נעים.

*המגבות! דקות. פעם אולי היו לבנות, עם ריח לא נעים. *היינו 3 בחדר, ואני ישנתי על הספה נפתחת. "לא נוח" זאת מחמאה. התיישבתי עליה והיא פשוט התקפלה. מזל שלא עפתי.... *יש שיפוצים בבניין הצמוד. אצלנו בחדר לא שמעו אבל מבקרים שהיו איתנו בקומה רק מהצד השני, התלוננו על רעש שיפוץ כל הלילה. *התקשרנו לקבלה מספר פעמים כדי שיביאו לנו מגבות נוספות (במקום אלו שהריחו רע) שמיכה נוספת וסבון ידיים שהיה ריק. רק בפעם השלישית שהתקשרנו הביאו (חבל שצריך להגיע לטונים לא נעימים על משהו שהוא מאוד לגיטימי לקבל מראש) *בצ'ק אאוט נשאלנו איך היה. ענינו שהיו דברים מצויינים והיו כאלה שלא. בתגובה קיבלנו חצי חיוך והנהון. חבל שלא שאלו איפה ניתן להשתפר. לא היו לנו דרישות חריגות כל כך.....

This is the story of a promising hotel completely let down by deceptive payment practices, poor staff and a total refusal to communicate with guests. Positives: 1. The location of the hotel is excellent, about a 10-minute walk away from the New Gate and in the heart of modern Jerusalem City Centre, close to the light rail on Jaffa Street. 2. The breakfast was lovely, and I was sufficiently stuffed each day on shakshuka, bread, fruit and so on that I barely ever needed lunch and was good to go to dinner time. 3. Cleaning was done every day. 4. The bed was comfortable and I got a good night's sleep every night. Negatives: 1. They refused to respond to an email I sent the day before my trip about my arrival. 2. On arrival, I was met with an unsupervised 'trainee' receptionist who said there was a problem with the payment system - I don't know if this was true, or he just didn't know what he was doing. He made me wait for ages whilst he was doing stuff on the computer, complaining about the hotel's payment system, which seemed unprofessional, and eventually I had to pay for one night there and then and the rest the next day. He didn't explain why. 3. It turns out what he also did is that he put a block on a quantity of funds on my credit card when I was making the original payment. He did not even mention he was doing this, say why it was necessary, or outline the amount or the time limit of the hold involved, let alone ask for my consent. The hold remains to this day, almost two weeks later. 4. They have absolutely, totally refused to communicate in any way with me as I have sought to engage with them about this 'hold' issue. I have sent four emails about it, from two different email addresses = all ignored. I called them from the UK = their phone system cut me off after three minutes before I could speak to anyone. I feel I have to resort to writing a public review like this to have any hope of response, which is an absolutely atrocious level of customer service. I have also complained to Accor, and I await their response too.

We had a great vacation in an excellently located hotel with a very good breakfast. The Hanukkah candle-lighting tour was also included and very interesting. The only drawback of the hotel is the limited parking within walking distance, but you can’t really blame the hotel for the parking difficulties in Jerusalem.
