Air conditioning did not work.

Hotel was full and nobody available at 9 pm to get a key

price was right for someone spending little time at the Motel itself it's dated and needs some updates but it was a nice enough place to stay for a few nights

you need to have more garbage cans IN the rooms and outside the rooms for travelers with pets more lighting BESIDE the bed please I moved the chair to between the two beds and used the 'nightstand' as a table

It was very clean and good value for the price. The owner was welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It is right off the main drag, easy to find with a great restaurant across the parking lot.

The room was very dated but in fairly good repair but the bathroom basically needs a complete refurbishment. It was meticulously clean but in disrepair. The gentleman playing the bongo drums in the next room wasn’t much appreciated, the walls are a bit thin.

Didn't have breakfast. The location suited my needs. It seems like a nice town.

Although the motel is dated, it was very clean. I found this a very good, affordable option if you’re not super stuffy about how fancy your room is. Definitely recommend if you don’t mind dated, but super affordable and clean.

Tiny and outdated, but incredibly clean. Beds were comfortable. Great for what you pay.

I needed a room to sleep in between medical appointment and surgery. They allowed a very late checkout for my escourt on surgery day. Very accommodating.

Nice Owners, quiet stay. They are doing some minor updating here and there. Rooms are nice and cool in the summer. Excellent Restaraunt next door.

This place is not worth the money they charge. It does not have a clean feel to it at all, the bed was clean so that was a plus. There have been renovations done but not by someone that was very experienced. The fit and finish was not very good. The lack of room darkening curtains can also make it hard to sleep and lack of proper insulation means you can hear all vehicles and conversations outside.

Older building, had a shower, big mini fridge, firm bed, was quite- for a night it worked alright. Air conditioner was giving me issues, so I enjoyed the center court yard breeze, which was really nice honestly. there was also internet and TV although I didnt take advantage of it.

The was clean could use some upgrading. For the price it was really good. There was plenty of hot water and the air conditioning was good. There’s no coffee pot in our room, but the Coop gas bar across the street had great coffee. The food at the restaurant served great meals.

This place is in dire need of some TLC. It’s very run down and lacks many amenities that should be available even for a lower budget room. Also the outside lights are on all night and the thin curtains do nothing to keep the room from being brightly lit all night. Very hard to sleep. Everything was so run down and broken. There were two double beds and 4 pillows in total that were as flat as paper. It was like sleeping on a flat mattress all night. We paid about $100 dollars but it was too much for what was provided. I feel bad saying this because it’s a family business but with some upgrades and details it could be better.

Good stay for a night. But pet fee does not match the web site. Website states $5 per stay. But place said $10 per pet/ stay. Owner accommodating and just charged us $10 per stay.

Not modern but clean, bed comfortable and quiet.served the purpose well. Only inconvenient thing was the check in time had to be between 3 - 4:30 PM

Clean room, quiet stay. We booked ahead but the room was very cold when we arrived and took most of the night to heat up - we stayed in January. The water also took forever to reach a good temperature for showering or washing.

I believe upgrades will happen as there were many appliance boxes in office.

Room was cold….heaters didn’t put out a lot of heat. No heat in bathroom. Took a really long time to get warm water to the sink. Don’t think it ever got hot. Shower finished poorly with flooring, not a lot of room to park.

Nice motel for the price. Its simple. Its basic. Its a place to sleep and watch some cable.

they tried to ding me for a $100 deposit but I told them that wasnt in the add so they didnt end up charging to my account in the end but said they were going to when i arrived. The noise from the road was rediculous. No AC or fan.

Location was perfect for walking to the Corn & Apple Festival. The price was very reasonable. The air conditioning unit and fridge both worked amazingly well. The lady at the check-in office was so friendly. She gave me two bottles of water when I couldn’t get any due to the gas stations being closed.

Need some fly traps as there were flies everywhere and it was constant. I arrived for the 2pm check-in and the room wasn’t ready due to previous guests who checked out an hour late. I came back after two hours and the room still wasn’t ready. I understand that it’s a family-run place so they don’t have enough staff to keep up with the work, but the delay was caused by people checking out late. They should have been charged for a late checkout and I should have received a discount on my booking. (I did mention this to the proprietor.)

Itchy, had to buy Raid from Giant tiger to get rid of dust mights..All carpeted, clean room,but should have Laminated flooring..

Run down needs lots of updating

The manageress went above out of her way to get us extra towels and pillows! She was very friendly!

Bathroom was small, use to a bigger one! A/C may work better to be raised higher than even with the beds! Flys where bad!

Met our needs, place to sleep. Room was depressing due to dark paint and carpet colors. Good thing was clean. Was a noticeable unpleasant oder when checked in, but leaving window open for number of hours (we were downtown) cleaned up problem. Was OK, cheap and were not at room for extended time. Last place would rent if had alternative.

The room was damp feeling (they had a lot of rain and perhaps it was due to that) the towels and bedding were damp. The fridge wasn’t plugged in so I couldn’t store the food I had packed in it.

The property eas very clean and comfortable. The owner and the staff were very courteous and friendly! Iwould definitely stay there again. Very affordable also!

Terrible place. Room looked clean but smelled like mildew. No coffee, no phone or any way to contact manager. TV remote didn't work. Pillows looked ancient and grungy. Woke up to extremely drunken, cursing neighbours in room next door. Did not feel safe as no dead bolt on the door to our room. NEVER should anyone ever stay in this dive.

the cable was out no tv checked all night long I think there cutting corners don’t pay cable bill customers are gone next day … oh no the cables out I can’t do anything boom got you to stay and no cable bill and no ice on site

So many wrong things... Door isn't sealed at the bottom so bugs get in. Damp moldy smell. Incredibly tiny bathtub/shower with old shower curtian that clearly has never been changed. Hot water takes five minutes before reaching the room. Tiny TV. Mold on the seals of the bathroom floor, not professionally installed bathrooms. Ceiling tiles look like they will fall any second. Under the bed has never been vacuumed. Carpet floor is gross and damn to walk on. Don't recommend staying here even for a night. Bottom line is that the Chinese owners are cheap and doesn't care about their reputation.

Very nice room and very clean. The front desk lady was very nice. Everything was as expected!

My stay was good. I did not spend much time there because I was at a conference.

There was no hot water, no bedside table lamp, and the bed was uncomfortable. One of the chairs was also broken. It’s a decent place to stay on a budget.

It was very clean. We stayed just one night, so we just needed some place to sleep. The people were friendly.

The parking was confusing. We could not see an obvious parking lot. We ended up parking in front of our door, which worked out alright.

The bedding and towels were clean and the bed was quite comfortable. the television did not work, plaster over some areas of the wallpaper, no coffee facilities, generally shabby I would not expect my guests to be in such a tired looking accommodation.

The rooms were clean,but you could still smell that the room had been smoked in. I did pull the filter out on side of A/C to clean.Very Dirty .Always check that in rooms with Older A/C.

Motel was not aware of my booking on Expedia that I had done two weeks prior. Motel still honoured our booking, and the room was pretty much what we were expecting.

Room did not have a coffee maker, bed frames were backwards and therefore tipped up when we sat on the end, the shower was not full bathtub size and the shower surround was lined with linoleum rather than tile, and there was no vent fan. The floors and walls were hollow and not insulated at all so we heard every word and footstep of the couple next door as they got up to leave at 6am. The AC unit was window mount and when I turned it on it blasted a cloud of black grit all over the bed and pillows, and was so loud I had to turn it off before I could fall asleep, even though it was hot and stuffy in the room

the uniqueness was the quietness of the place but it was only because there were no other people around. Place felt dirty and only cold water for the shower on a freezing cold night where you would have liked a warm shower. No wonder I was the only one in the place and I only was there because every other place was sold out unfortunately.

After reading the reviews I was questioning my choice to stay here. Due to the pipeline construction in the area it’s is very difficult to find a room in the Morden area. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is tiny so if you’re obese I would look elsewhere. The only negative was that the smoke detector was missing its battery.

never stay in this rat infested place ever . I came here to work and i booked this place to stay. I came back from work one day and they had taken one of the beds of of my room. i couldn't believe it . Another thing was i went and told the owner that i have mice in my room the chinese owner went to the back room and bought me back a cat to put in my room and said that will get rid of the mice . Also no heat and don't give you toilet paper in your room , shampoo . you could find better motels in Iraq. The dryer does not work you can put 5 bucks in and your clothes still are damp. this chinese guy is really cheap stay away from this dump
