Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Ļoti laba un moderna villa. iekārtojums fantastisks, ērts mūsu ģimenei. Virtuvē viss nepieciešamais maltītes pagatavošanai. Ļoti priecēja veļas mašīna, gludeklis un lielais, ērtais veļas žāvētājs. Gultas bija ērtas, varējām labi izgulēties (vienīgais iemigšanu nedaudz traucēja kaut kāds kustonis ārā, vai nu varde, vai kāds putns, vai kāds cits dzīvnieks, kurš izdeva nepārtrauktas skaņas:), bet ar ausu aizbāžņiem sanāca iemigt, tomēr daba ir tuvumā. patika, ka vannas istabā bija pieejams šampūns, dušas želeja. Villa ļoti tīra, uzkopšana notika pēc vajadzības un pieprasījuma caur Whats App grupu. Saziņa ļoti mīļa un draudzīga. Liels paldies villas komandai, mēs ļoti novētējam jūsu darbu!
Nevarētu teikt, ka nepatika, jo mēs zinājām, ka villa atrodas patālāk no centra un mums bija savs īres auto, lai pārvietotos. Retu reizi jutām, ka kaut kas notiek ar kanalizāciju, tā lielajā istabā nedaudz oda. Nav villas vaina, bet mūsu villai ar nr.4 blakus atrodas būvniecība, īsti jau netraucēja, tik skats nedaudz pabojāts.

Estaban haciendo obras en la villa de al lado(no nos avisaron) ruidos continuo normales de una casa en obras y indiscreción de los obreros. En otra villa la música a tope todo el tiempo ñ, buscábamos desconectar después del viaje largo y no cubrió las expectativas

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Very comfortable with a well equiped kitchen. The pool was refreshing with 24/7 access. Beds were lovely with good quality bedding.
The bath was almost unusable. Water ran very slowly and there was barely enough room for anyone to sit in comfortably. I am only 5 feet tall. Coffee was undrinkable - but these were minor problems that didn’t spoil a wonderful holiday in a beautiful location.

The villa location to tourist spots a bit far. But with free tuk tuk provided it is worth it 🤗 tuk tuk pick up also punctual.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026The entire experience was amazing! Lovely villa! Was so nice all of us under one roof! The tuk tuks that they arranged to take us around. The massages were unreal!!!!!! Hoping we can go back again soon!!!
If a simple breakfast was included it would have nice since we had kids with us. Also if house keeping could wash the dishes!! Also we were a big group of 10 and so the 3 bathrooms tended to be less but everything else was so nice that we managed.

Appreciated being able to check in slightly earlier & helpful WhatsApp chat. Tuk Tuk service was fab, beds & pillows were really comfy. Washing machine was amazing to have! Overall we loved our stay.
Nothing to not like our only small issue was that there was Building going on right next to our villa, drilling from around 9am on & off which is when we would have appreciated the quiet time around the pool. We wasn't aware of any work going to be happening before booking that's all. Like I say it didn't really affect us but it was slightly annoying.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026Très grand logement, avec vraiment beaucoup d'espace. Petite piscine sur l'avant de la maison. Le service de tuk-tuk proposé est indispensable et bien appréciable. Climatisation efficace.
Les vitres ont du simple vitrage seulement, et laissent passer beaucoup d'air. Même si les maisons sont éloignées du centre-ville, l'environnement reste trop bruyant, de jour comme de nuit. C'est dommage. Les climatiseurs ne sont pas tous bien placés, notamment dans la chambre parentale, et c'est difficile de les laisser tourner la nuit, malgré la chaleur. L'autre point noir c'est la situation du logement, à 10 minutes du bord de mer. Aucun problème pour y aller avec les tuk-tuks, mais on n'a droit qu'à deux allers-retours gratuits par jour, et jusqu'à 18h seulement. Au-delà de ça, il faut payer. Vu la localisation du logement, nous n'avons non plus jamais pu avoir un VTC.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026L’hébergement est très calme, avec une véritable sensation de tranquillité et de paix. Le service est tout simplement exceptionnel. Le tuk-tuk mis à disposition est un énorme plus : 2 allers-retours gratuits par jour la plage. le soir également disponible pour 200 bahts. Il suffisait d’envoyer un message et le tuk-tuk arrivait rapidement, aussi bien pour nous déposer que pour venir nous rechercher. Dès notre arrivée, ils ont créé un groupe WhatsApp avec quatre personnes dédiées à notre séjour. Résultat : il y a toujours quelqu’un de disponible et les réponses arrivent très rapidement (en général dans les 5 minutes maximum). Un grand merci à Matteuw , qui a été adorable, attentionné et très professionnel. Le seul petit hic, totalement indépendant de leur volonté, est qu’il y avait un immeuble en construction à côté, ce qui a occasionné un peu de bruit. Mis à part cela, tout était parfait. Si je retourne à Krabi, je reviendrai sans hésiter ici. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement.

The staff made our stay that much more enjoyable from the welcome to evey smile to every hello and every transport they organized they really made us feel welcomed and the cleaners did an amazing job each and every day.. The place was exactly like the pictures and it was very easy to organize shuttles to and from the beach, the location us was perfect for us, away from the hustle and bustle but not too far..

Reviewed Nov 1, 2025We had an amazing stay. The group chat with the staff was fantastic, every question and enquiry was answered almost immediately. The staff were so helpful and attentive and met every single one of our needs, including booking a 90 minute minibus to our next destination. The daily tuk tuks were also fantastic. The property was spotless and so cosy!
Nothing bad to stay, would stay again in a heartbeat!

Reviewed Oct 25, 2025The villa was spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff we encountered in person and via WhatsApp were all friendly, helpful and efficient. The location is peaceful (except some construction noise next door but not the owner’s fault). It is v easy to get about using the TukTuk service and/or Grab/Bolt.
The wifi is not perfect.

Reviewed Oct 19, 2025The villa was lovely, clean and spacious. Nice to get 2 free tuk tuk trips a day. The team were lovely, Sara was great, really friendly and helpful.
There was an ant problem on the kitchen island which the team tried to sort out a couple of times, worked for a while but they still came back....luckily we didn't cook in the villa.

Reviewed Oct 19, 2025Tolle Villa, super gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Pool ist ein Traum, unsere Kinder liebtwn es! Sehr nettes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ein Cafe mit leckerem Frühstück befindet sich ca. 5 Min. zu Fuss, bis zum Ao Nang Strand sind es ca. 10 Min. Fahrt mit Tuk-Tuk, ein tolles Restaurant mit Thai Gerichten um die Ecke. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Ao Nang im Oktober!
Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2025הוילה מטופחת ונקייה, כל יום נכנסים לנקות, לדאוג למילוי כל החסר ולהחליף מגבות לפי הצורך. הם חושבים על כל הפרטים הקטנים והשאירו מגבות נוספות גם לבריכה ולים, שטיח ותיק לים, ותיקים נגד מים למקרה הצורך. הבריכה מטופחת ונקייה ודואגים לבדוק את תקינותה מידי מספר ימים. כל הציוד מתוחזק ומטופל היטב. הצוות מאד נעים ועוזר, זמין בווטסאפ ועוזר לתאם את נסיעות הטוקטוק.
המיקום מעט מרוחק מהעיר, ידענו זאת מראש אך בפועל זה בכל זאת מעט ביאס אותנו. כל דבר דורש נסיעה בטוקטוק, כך שכאשר רצינו לצאת למסאז' או לבר/ מסעדה אין שום דבר בסביבה וצריך לנסוע לעיר. אומנם יש את הנסיעות חינם בטוקטוק אך הן מוגבלות עד השעה 18, ומעבר לכך הן בתשלום נוסף.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025Fijne ontvangst met duidelijke uitleg. Prachtig ruim huis met alles wat je nodig hebt. Hele mooie badkame r. Zwembad met banden en ligkussen. Zwembad is niet heel groot maar prima om even bij te komen.Er liggen zelfs drybags in het huis om mee te nemen als je gaat varen. De shuttle brengt je naar het stadje of naar het strand. Aanrader. Ook een leuk restaurant op enkele minuten lopen.
De omgeving van het huis is niet erg gezellig. Ligt in nogal troosteloos straatje met veel vuil langs de weg. Huis maakt dit wel goed.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2025Absolutely loved our stay at Baan Santhiya Villa! The villa is spotless – even under the furniture, not a speck of dust. Beautiful interiors, fully furnished kitchen, private pool, and even a washing machine for extra convenience. Service was outstanding – every request was handled immediately, from replacing a pool float for the kids to arranging a tuk-tuk at 5 AM when I fell sick. The free tuk-tuk service to Ao Nang town was a great bonus. From the warm welcome with cold towels and drinks to the moment we left, everything was perfect. We’ll definitely be back!

Zona muy tranquila y silenciosa para poder descansar! Piscina privada! Nos ha gustado mucho!! Muy recomendable!

Reviewed Jun 3, 2025Very spacious, comfortable, lots amenities and the free tuk tuk that’s included helps when going to the local town. The staff are very friendly too. The what’s app group they add you onto makes everything easier.
It has no hot water in the kitchen, only in the main bathroom. The bathroom window fell out but was sorted very quickly and replaced by the evening.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2025Honestly can’t say enough good things about this villa! From the minute we booked the team reached out to arrange a private transfer from the airport and the service just got better and better each time we got in touch. Quick responsive and nothing was too much trouble. They organised a driver for the jungle tour and visited elephants which was the highlight of our trip! It’s only 10 minutes from ao nang and the tuktuk service is so much fun! Hotdog and coldcat definitely worth a visit just down the road for a breakfast and we also visited the last fisherman and pan beach from their recommendations. All excellent. And yes the pool pillow is the best bit in the pool! Thank you all for a wonderful memorable holiday for us all.
Only the mosquitoes which they work tirelessly to reduce but we went in peak mosquito season so to be expected. They fumigated whilst we were there and there were lamps in every room. It didn’t detract from the stay so I wouldn’t deduct any points for this. I never saw one, but they found me!

Reviewed Apr 13, 2025Family of 6, loved this villa! All staff welcoming and friendly. Stayed 5 nights, Tuks tuks were good into beach or supermarket and only 10 min ride. Villa is big! Kids loved the floatys and huge pillow in pool, lots of fun. 100% recommend. We also ate at the nearby restaurant recommend by staff Yim just across road and it was by far the best Thai food and again lovely staff and fab price! Thank you we hope to return 😊

Reviewed Apr 2, 2025The outdoor yard area was very beautiful and clean. The pool was warm and clean as well. We enjoyed the superb help from the staff. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty and with great fresh fruit.
The floors were not swept daily and it was very dusty upon arrival to the villa. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the house.
