Hotel a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro, personale molto cordiale e disponibile, piuttosto pulito. Bello l' ambiente esterno, immerso nel verde.

Stanza umida. Sensazione di letto bagnato. Scarsa illuminazione in camera e in bagno, faretti con luce gialla cimiteriale. Una sola presa di corrente in camera da letto, in bagno mancava.

Nagyon jó helyen van, közel a központhoz. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész.

Az áramellátással volt kisebb problémánk az első két éjszaka, de aztán megjavították.

L'emplacement de cet établissement est super ! Proche du centre où se trouve les restos, les boutiques, les salons de massages etc... et en même temps, loin de l'agitation du centre, l'hôtel est au calme !

A little further away from central Ubud so it’s not as busy but close enough that main attractions are a 10min walk away. Great breakfast, clean rooms. Love the gardens surrounding the rooms. Lovely friendly staff.

Die Unterkunft ist mitten in ubud, fussläufig viel zu erreichen und am Abend nicht lange von der Bar Musik zu hören. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, das Personal super nett, sehr sauber, unsere Zimmer waren sehr groß mit einem sehr großen Balkon. Gerne kommen wir wieder

Die Lage ist großartig, schnell ist man beim Riidge Walk, den Palast, und der Stadt. Toll sind die Balkone und Terrassen vor den Bungalows, vom Obergeschoss aus halt mal herrlichen Blick ins Grüne, die oberen Räume sind auch heller. Wir empfehlen den ruhigen Orange Ridge Walk zu laufen! Sehr viele Restaurants in der Nähe, auch Spaß und Massagestudios.

Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bildet, täuschen etwas. Die Badezimmer und auch die Außenanlage könnten und müssten mehr gepflegt werden. Im Bad habe ich mich gar nicht wohl gefühlt, auch der Geruch war etwas modrig.

Deux éléments font la force de ce logement à Ubud : 1. Son emplacement, très central, et proche de tous les restaurants et de toutes les attractions 2. La sympathie du personnel, toujours à l’écoute et prompt à régler les problèmes. Dans une moindre mesure, le petit déjeuner est aussi de qualité, même si on peut regretter les faibles portions

En dépit des forces de cet hôtel, on peut aussi y voir de nombreux défauts, qui font que je ne recommanderais pas cet endroit pour loger sur Ubud. - La propreté de la chambre laisse grandement à désirer : moisissures, saletés, grande humidité ambiante. - La salle de bains est indigne d’un hôtel de ce standing : elle est vieille, l’eau déborde continuellement dans les toilettes et même dans la chambre et, plus encore, elle n’est pas aérée. J’étais obligé de porter des tongs pour entrer dans la salle de bains tellement l’endroit était sale. C’est inadmissible - La climatisation dysfonctionnait et nous avions chaud - Le lit était tellement mou et inconfortable qu’il était impossible de bien y dormir. - Nous avons vu un lézard circuler librement dans notre chambre - Enfin, le tout laisse une impression désolante de vétusté, si bien que la poignée elle-même de notre chambre se cassait.

L’établissement est idéalement situé au cœur d’une rue animée. Beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants aux alentours. La chambre était confortable et propre. L’extérieur est très bien entretenu, joliment décoré, belle végétation. Le personnel est très agréable.

Ho avuto dei problemi all'inizio perche la stanza che mi avevano assegnato non era come da fotografia e descrizione ma davanti al mio disappunto mi hanno cambiato stanza e il soggiorno poi é andato bene.

Hygiene was niet naar standaard!! Ons bed had vlekken en toen we dit aangaven gingen ze het beddengoed verschonen, met beddengoed dat ook vlekken had. Badkamer en wc was ook niet zo schoon als verwacht en stonk zelfs.

Very good lokation, rooms around the pool quiet and roomy, very nice and helpfull staff. The hotel is good value for money. We had a problem with the toilet bowl and they resolved it which was much appreciated. One can hire a car with a driver to the airport. A good stay!

We booked three rooms and all the bathrooms need maitenance, updating, and cleaning with attention to detail!

The room was very damp and smelled humidity so bad, the pillows and blanket were full of mold, there were insects and mosquitoes at night, and we would wake up with our whole body full of rashes on the skin and bites.

We stayed here for one night, and overall it was a good experience. The location on Bisma Road in Ubud is perfect,very close to the center, restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores, yet set in a quiet garden where you can relax and sleep well. The bed was very comfortable. The pool area is nice, the WiFi worked well, and the breakfast was generous and very tasty. The highlight was definitely the staff, they were incredibly kind and friendly.

The room was a bit dark and had a noticeable water smell.

Het ligt in een rustige zijstraat met een mooie groene tuin. De locatie is hiermee top voor het drukke Ubud. Op loopafstand heb je al het paleis, de markt en de winkelstraten. Ook in de zijstraat zelf zitten veel horecazaakjes, massagesalons en nagels. Zoals op vele plekken in Indonesië is ook hier het personeel weer superlief.

De kamer is best gedateerd waardoor het er ook een beetje uitgeleefd uitziet. Met name de badkamer is wel aan wat vervanging toe. Er hangt niet voor elk raam een gordijn waardoor het in de ochtend ook wel licht is in de kamer. De kamer zelf is wel cute in Indonesische style en ook was de kamer gewoon schoon.

Bel établissement, idéalement situé à Ubud, dans un cadre de verdure avec une jolie piscine, un peu petite, et avec un accueil chaleureux.

La literie pourrait être plus ferme.

El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte todo el tiempo, el hotel es rústico y se siente muy estilo balines, la comida es muy rica, excelente calidad precio, las habitaciones son decentes y el precio es muy bajo.

Que no pude quedarme más tiempo 😅

Pour mon 1er séjour à Ubud, ce lieu était idéal. Situé sur une rue relativement tranquille mais central donc près de plusieurs sites d'intérêt. Le personnel est adorable et le petit-déjeuner à la hauteur.

Comme il y a plusieurs commerces, la signalisation est tellement discrète qu'il met arrivé plusieurs fois de passer devant sans m'en rendre compte. Surtout lorsqu'on revient dans un sens de la rue.

The hotel has a great location, very close to many restaurants and convenient spots, which made getting around easy. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The food options were somewhat limited, but everything we tried had good flavor. The room itself was comfortable and overall pleasant.

On the downside, the bathroom could use improvement. There was a strong odor coming from the plumbing, and the cleanliness was not at the expected standard. The shower cabin had visible limescale and did not feel thoroughly cleaned. With better maintenance and attention to bathroom hygiene, the stay would have been much better.

Location is great! Very close to many central areas. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful They use refillable water bottles which they fill up when you need which I loved, so you don't need to buy more plastic. The swimming pool was great The garden was also beautiful

The rooms are very moldy and outdated, the cushions of the bed had a lot of black spots, make sure to remove the covers and check them. The airconditioning also made a lot of noise The toilet leaked so the bathroom was also very moldy and the shower head was too old and the water sprayed pretty all over The cats walking on the roof make quite a lot of sound at night. The photos are outdated also.. I ended up asking for a refund and moving somewhere else But the biggest problem is how moldy the rooms are. It's a health hazard and I recommend not taking it lightly. When you first come they use an air refresher so you don't really smell it, but once its gone you will.

La posizione è buona per visitare il centro di Ubud. Ed è un luogo molto tranquillo, inserito all'interno di un bel giardino. La colazione era buona. Il personale gentile. Accanto c'è un servizio per fare tour della zona. Noi ne abbiamo fatto uno che abbiamo modificato durante il tragitto, il driver Nik è stato molto disponibile.

Il bagno è orribile. La tazza del water è davanti al lavandino che non è comodo da utilizzare; per quanto possano aver pulito l'idea è quella di un ambiente sporco, che ha sicuramente bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Siamo arrivati durante la stagione delle piogge, quindi sono comprensibili dei disagi, ma durante i temporali sia scarico del water che lavandino non scaricavano, con conseguente risalita.....Nella stanza 101, dove abbiamo alloggiato, c'era un forte odore di muffa, c'era una chiazza visibile accanto all'aria condizionata, che pure non aiutava a migliorare l'aria stantia della stanza. La sensazione era di stare in un ambiente insalubre. Forse queste sono le condizione solo della stanza 101, ma non torneremmo mai in questa struttura.

Het rook er heel erg naar vocht. De badkamer liep steeds vol met water rond het toilet. De badkamer was viezig. Muren waren allemaal aangeslagen.

The room was very clean but there were little issues that need to be addressed, like fixing the switches to the bedside lights and mending the broken kettle lid. The stuff were quick to solve an issue in the bathroom.
