Santosi

Una súper experiencia, muy bonito hotel!!!!

Love everything about this hotel

No volveré a hospedarme ahí.

Cute and accessible hotel in downtown San Luis Potosí. Walkable near many restaurants and bars.

The hotel seems to be an older property but very well kept. The rooms were nice and clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I didn’t forget anything but they did offer the essentials in case you did forget something so that was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful with answering questions about the area. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Nice place to stay. Outside loud music ends at midnight. The music inside the room was not as loud as if you opened a window. Ask for rooms farthest from the main street. Otherwise, food is good and room was spacious

Beautiful Place, Excellent Service

Muy buena limpieza

It was in a great location and the complementary breakfast was amazing.

Good

Music from nightclubs till about 2-4 am

No regresare.

Great bed

Llegamos y no encontrabamos la puerta principal. Estaba cerrada. Timbramos. No tenia a/c. No ventanas. Un abanico. Lugar inseguro. Cantina alrededor.

Excelente

very friendly customer service.

El recibimiento no fue el mejor

Amazing place - good choice for its money!

They forgat the towels I had to get them my self the bar across the street plsyed music late into the morning and we couldn't close our window because there was a hose thru the window for a portable A/C

The place was quite nice - clean with very friendly staff. The location was good and parking was included as was a nice breakfast. The one major complaint I have is the noise from a bar across the street that started blasting music at 6 or 7 pm. Not great after a long day traveling or out and about visiting the museums of the city.

There is a club across the street. Music loud and on until 3 am Tuesday thru Sunday. You can hear it inside your room.

The hotel is totally wrong for a disabled person. There is no handicap ramp to get into the hotel and you had to take a step to get into the bathroom, which had no handicap bars. The room was not heated and you had to call to get hot water. We checked out five days early.

We all know if we damage the property we will be accountable,I booked a room for my parents and they were told by the receptionist in a rude way that if they broke something up they would pay for it,mom and dad are 68 and 79 I understand if you’re traveling with kids but that was a bit out of line for two seniors citizens,AC unit wasn’t working, everything else was in good condition.

Great location. But no A/C

Ok property but no parking garage or parking spot near or next to it l love walk but not field safe because parking garage was 5 blocks away from the hotel and they don’t have a safe spot on front of the door , you have to go the garage and you have to carry your bags / suitcases 5 blocks away from the hotel or parking garage

Noise from the street bothered me. Parking garage is far away. Breakfast was excellent.

Terrible experience! :( My first room was dirty, very smelly, and noisy. I asked to changed it for another room. Sadly, the second room, was a noisy one due to the bad isolation from the street because of the night club just right across the street; poor cleanest, dirty hand towels and pillow sheets with lipstick marks and make up and a noisy air fan. The staff was friendly though, and very attentive.

Parking is four blocks away and rooms have no air conditioning

Super friendly staff. Excellent location. Is loud at night from a rooftop bar across the street, but I am a night person, but that may bother some people.

ALL

This is a small hotel and remodeled very nicely. There is no air conditioning but a fan was in the room. A very nice breakfast was included in the rate. Centro was an easy walk as was the parking garage. Good restaurants within walking distance.

The place is clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel , very comfortable, clean and well decorated room , the hotel staff was always very friendly and helpful

I was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy breakfast which was a warm breakfast. The “sacate” provided works much better for exfoliating than a wash cloth. One must remember to dial 0 and ask for hot water, and it only takes a few minutes to get hot.

It was close to everything Downtown

The staff were super nice and helpful! The location is very convenient you can walk to get places so didnt matter in the end that parking was not on site (just a walk away). Plenty of good food around too. The breakfast that was included was great also

People who work there are just the best. Super attentive and helpful.

Very nice boutique hotel located in San Luis Potosí. Very clean, secure and centrally located. Staff is amazing. Breakfast is good. You really can’t go wrong with this hotel. If I ever go back to SLP I would be crazy to stay at any other hotel.

Absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel! Incredible room, excellent staff, and delicious breakfast! We had a great time. And it’s in the beautiful historic district of the city!

Stayed 10 days, about the same coast as Airbnb. Free breakfast tipped the scale. My room was spacious with windows offering good interior line of sight through the courtyard.

Very pleased with our stay. Location was walking distance to attractions. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and ready to assist. Breakfast was great, cooked to order. Discounted parking at a garage a block away. Very pleased with their eco friendly policy of no plastic. We would definitely stay there again.

None of the pictures of rooms are what they showed me. They were charging a very high price for a basic room. It was supposedly a presidential suite. I was going to cancel reservation they upgraded room but still not what I was expecting for the price charged.Staff did the best they could for a difficult situation. They should be commended. First problem is rooms are not in same building as where check in is. We were happy with hot breakfast.. For the price I prefer to stay at westin/hilton type hotel.

Overall a good stay; good size room and bathroom. Had to ask for a few housekeeping items like towels, toilet paper, etc. Staff always friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a small room; would be nice to have place for luggage or some drawer space. Good location, a few blocks from downtown. Breakfasts were yummy!

Safe and secure with a cooked to order breakfast!

Cute stylish hotel in the center of SLP - recently refurbished

There’s a lot of places that you go to and realize how customer service has died. However, Santosi thrives because of their incredible service! They truly make you feel appreciated and at home. They’ll go above and beyond to assist their guests in whatever they can. My smoky has stayed here for the last two summers, and we have not been disappointed!

Property is tight but nicely redecorated and super well located if you want to spend some time in the old downtown which is really worthwhile... Staff is super attentive and nice. The only down with the property is lack of AC on my room

Nice Place, very clean, staff with amazing service attitude. Just problems with parking space.

Our room was small and cramped. Clean and a very comfortable bed. The minibar was half empty. No ice? What hotel has no ice? Breakfast was free but not very good. Eggs undercooked, others over cooked and too salty. Beans were cold. I returned my Chilaquiles untouched and I was charged for the replacement dish. Overall not very satisfied.

Interesting hotel, but in a rather run down area of town. Sadly the biggest problems are a) Its freezing cold and there are no heaters in the room, we ended up sleeping with our clothes on the first night. The next morning was interesting to see all the staff dressed in winter coats and scarves. And b)There were only 2 tiny windows in our room, both high up and shuttered, probably because the view outside was not so good. Other than that this is a beautiful hotel, the interior is really nice. The room was spacious and very well designed. The shower was great and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very very good. I would go back, but only in the summer !

Great boutique hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms and a modern, relaxed atmosphere. Staff are extremely supportive and will go the last mile to support you. The made-to-order breakfast is very good. The location is very convenient being 2 blocks away from Aranzazu Plaza in the city center. Would definitely recomnend and would stay again on my next visit to San Luis Potosi!

Very modern, comfortable boutique hotel, close to everything in the centro historico. The receptionist was very helpful in directing us to secure parking. Breakfast was from a menu and served, not a buffet. If you are there on a Friday night as we were you may need ear plugs as the music nearby is loud. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is wonderful.

Being a small boutique hotel the staff was very attentive. Food at the hotel was amazing! Great props to the chef!

The hotel is beautiful the food is great the only thing is that they need more personal but with so little personal the service was perfect

No AC. The room was super hot. No refrigerator. No desk to work. The alarm of the clock didn't work. The stuffs were singing songs (not know what was going on) and occupied the guest area. No additional toilet papers. Only few stuffs speaks English. Not good place to stay for business trip. Some stuffs were nice.

Wonderful service especially Arman the manager who accompanied us to the parking garage and escorted us to a restaurant. All of the staff were most accommodating

The hotel from the outside is not particularly distinguished, but the staff, the room, the breakfast, and the sense of security were all very good. I was very happy with the overall experience. More than once, the staff, including the cook, went out of their way to make our stay as pleasing as possible.

The Expedia price was awesome! The hotel was very close to one of the main plazas making it very easy to walk to restaurants, etc. The room looked just like the photo and we loved the arrangement of the bathroom facilities-best showerhead ever! Street parking was not easy but we then found a nearby parking lot that accepted a card from the hotel. We didnt breakfast at the hotel after finding a nearby restaurant that we liked the night before but the menu looked pleasant and we would have indulged if we were spending one more night.

No closet, you hear EVERYTHING. The furniture is super cheap and you can even move the bathroom sink

Pros: Very well located in historic downtown SLP, very good breakfast and attention to the client Cons: No A/C in the room so you have to open the windows. It is not a big deal but it can get very noisy on the weekends as nearby bars keep the volume up until 2-3 am. Maybe I was in the unlucky side of the hotel (room 405), though.
