Güler yüzlü Personeller, muhtesem Konum ve iyi bi Kahvalti
My wife and I have just spent a very happy and comfortable 4 nights over the Eid Festival at The Demisos Caves Hotel in Mustafapasa, The room was comfortable spotless, perfectly heated for the season, and benefited from a spacious terrace. A large Breakfast was served every morning featuring a delicious selection of fresh bread, pastries, local cheeses, olives, jams, honey, salads, tahini and eggs with fries, along with hot and cold drinks. Wifi worked perfectly and the hotel is perfectly situated to explore the many delights of the region Karim, our host was a delight, as were the rest of his family. They made us feel very welcome, and their hospitality, kindness and general helpfulness made our stay a memory we will cherish for years to come Thank you- we will be back
Staff was friendly, even with some limited English we managed to arrange everything needed. The room was comfy.
Staff smoke inside the common area in the evening/night, although the hotel clearly says it is a non-smoking property. Having a cave room means that the ventilation is a bit limited, so having smoke on the other side of the door is not nice.
Unique decor, friendly staff.
Clean, cozy, peaceful, basic. The hotel is in Mustafapasa, 10 minutes away from Urgup. It's a great location for a family. Simple but decent breakfast.
Like many other cave hotels, it is absolutely difficult for handicapped people to get in or out of the hotel. I broke my leg 2 months ago and recovering. I had hard time going over the high stairs. The whole area is a protected cultural zone and the hotel is not allowed to construct accessibility projects outside. Still, if you have difficulty walking this one will be challenging. Another thing would be, that the hotel offers tea for breakfast and there's no brewed coffee of any kind. There's instant coffee and Turkish coffee but I wouldn't consider those a replacement.
It had good air conditioning in the rooms and staff were very nice and helpful
Very friendly staff; amazing view; in the heart of the most beautiful part of Cappadocia; clean rooms; authentic feeling; very quiet ♥️
Nothing
Excellent support service . Went with my family and didnt have booked for Airbaloon and she helped us to do boom us for us the next day morning and all went well.. The cave Hotel stay was nice with great ambience on the hall area with very calm and peaceful atmosphere , very relaxing kind.. Breakfast is of lavish type with lot varieties of food items served and tasty. Also she support us arranging Cab services to airport without any delay and much cheaper price. Very Helpful personality would highly recommend this Hotel especially for families who would like to have safe and peaceful stay in capadocia ..
Nice
Good breakfast. Convenient location. Very nice staff.
Some facilities were not at their best. I'd like to get hotter water and better placed sockets.
The Cave rooms were very cosy, spacious and had a feel good factor about it. The Breakfast on offer was also fine. The staff service was super, although they could not understand basic English. However, with the help of Google translator we were able to manage comfortably.
The main approach to the hotel was not appropriate with steep and partially broken stairs and had the Cab driver not helped in pulling our luggage up, it would have been a real challenge. However, we later learnt that there is another entrance from the rear side that was okay and without any stairs.
We loved our 4 night stay here. The location is great ! We booked 5 rooms for our family, 6 kids, ages 6-17 and 6 adults. The hotel has comfie beds, complete amenities in the bathroom, slippers and a robe in the rooms, wifi in each room (look for a little sign on the wall for that room's PW). Breakfast in the morning is the best, lots of choices to keep everyone happy, including hard boiled and cornflakes, and lots of teas . Each day there was something hot served, like pancakes. In the evening we played cards in the breakfast room and were served corn nuts and seasoned pumpkin seeds by the owner! She called a doctor for our sick grandson after midnight - he made a house call for $75! (Including the medicine). And she asked about him the next morning to see how he was doing. She booked everything we needed: balloon tour, Cappadocia tours, airport transfers. Turkish bath and transfer, a vehicle to take us to Imagination Valley. Google translate helped us communicate easily. The price is very reasonable. It is a charming choice! I can't say enough great things about this hotel!
We loved everything! It is a charming hotel with a beautiful breakfast and breakfast room, comfortable beds, wifi, amenities in the bathroom, bottled water in our room. The owner makes every effort to accommodate and help her guests: she brought us snacks when we played cards in the evenings. She made so many bookings for us for airport transfer, balloon rides, Red and Green Tours, Turkish bath/hamam. She even called a doctor to make a house call at 1am for our grandson. We had the best 4 days in Cappadocia, mostly because of the Demisos Cave Hotel!
We can't complain about anything!
The hotel is very clean and tidy. Excellent bathroom. The hotel has a large common terrace with atmosphere and views. The staff is very responsive. The price was also very good. We were at the hotel at the beginning of August. The heat was not felt, but ventilation becomes a little more difficult. Great experience. I recommend.
This is a wonderful hotel. Ms. Nebahat and others are very friendly and helpful. The views from the hotel are really great.
We have the Demisos Caves Hotel booked for several nights in October 2022. They have been over-the-top helpful and accommodating - negotiating, arranging and booking airport transfers, Red and Green Tours, Balloon rides and more. They keep me informed of everything in a timely manner. We're not even there and yet we are SO totally impressed!
the host is like your mother. she cares about everything even your party. we invited our friend for a night in the public terrass and she welcomed them like her guests. the hotel is very friendly and cozy and the breakfast is over your expectations. we wanted to go to the running race for early morning and she woke up early and set up the breakfast out of the breakfast timing. the view is very nice and the rooms is even nicer than the photos. we had wonderful time there.
A small, very comfortable, clean and well decorated hotel with a cozy family feel. The most delicious Turkish style breakfast with a huge range of home made jams and local produce plus tea and coffee all day. The staff are very friendly and helpful (if you don't speak Turkish you'll need to use some form of translation). The prices are very reasonable. If you are expecting a balcony, pool, glamour and luxury don't choose a cave hotel.
Incredible cave hotel with the most gracious hosts! Wonderful breakfasts daily and always willing to accommodate changing schedules. Rooms are clean, lovely views, wonderful common areas to relax in. No request was too much for this lovely mother and daughter. Everyone always had a kind smile and friendly word. Would definitely return to this delightful, quiet village away from the hustle and bustle but easy bus ride away.
Amazing little hotel with 9 cave rooms all with Wifi. Our large room had a seperate living room area a few stairs below with a small balcony looking directly into the ancient caves across the street. The same view was from the large bathroom. Everything was so clean and so quiet. You can not imagine the great food the manager prepares. All home made. There were more than 10 different interesting jams for breakfast. And very important: the nicest staff you can find. I hope I can come back again
We stayed here three nighs and this was by far the best hotel during our Cappadocië trip. Our ensuite bedroom, 203 Sentinus, had 24 m2 floorspace, but with the side-excavations in the walls and smart illumination it looked more spacious. The well equipped bathroom is 4,5 m2 with a gorgeous warm shower. free Wifi, extra water, also with the dinner, tea when you want it ready at the reception. Especially the sumptuous breakfast and dinner were excellently prepared, also having a good quality Chardonnay for us. The entrance with the stairs is not really for people with a walking handicap. The shaded terrace gives a 270 degrees view over the perforated rockwall, bridge and down the street towards the centre. The deep cave construction caused that you would not hear any sound from outside, so we had an undisturbed morning sleep. When our host did not know a word, she looked it up or called a friend to translate. Thanks for taking good care of us.
İt is a great place to stay very quite, rooms are clean owner is very helpful i recomended this place 100%. Close the all attractions. Breakfast is good, cave suits unbelievable, my family enjoy the cave rooms a lot i wish i can stay more but definitely i will be back.
I was stayed at Demisos Cave hotel last week. Between 12th of Agu'18 and 15th of Agu'18. it was amazing. I was stayed really in cave !!! I like it,,, Room is clean and big also comfortable... I don't say anything about breakfast. You have to taste it. Breakfast was wonderful ! amazing and very delicious also home made all things. I have really recommend to DEMISOS cave HOTEL. Definitely I will came back again this hotel. Nebahat hanım is very very hospitable and she is helping for your comfortable ! Also she is supporting your visit places and good restaurant for the your lunch or dinner. She doesn't welcome you like a guest. She approach like her family member. Thank you very much Nebahat hanım your hospitable, wonderful breakfast.! Please to be ready my next visit in your hotel :)))))
If you are looking for a friendly stay in a family environment, you should not miss this hotel. Although the amenities may be little weak, hospitality here covers this weakness. Right at the center of the monastery street close to basic ancient churches and not exaggerating if you wish to stay only in the hotel and visit surroundings by foot, might be enough to feel the area. Of course hotel offers multiple attractions at the region, just ask for it. Breakfast is great, beds are fine, local wine is cheap and very successful. Hand crafts, local products can also be found in house. We loved it, and look forward to visit once at least. PS: If you book as a group and close the hotel during your stay, you can maximize your leisure and joy.
It was a fantastic experience. I've been there with a couple of friends for three days and it couldn't have been better. The room was very beautiful, built inside the rock, quite pitoresque but, nonetheless, very cosy and with good sound isolation, so it was possible to sleep very well. The common area is also quite pleasant, specially the balcony which allows you to enjoy the awesome meals prepared by Nebahat (the host) while experiencing Cappadocian mild climate nights. Nebahat and Ayça were tireless helping us to plan our stay in Capaddocia. They helped us with the transfer from Kayseri's airport to Mustafapasa and, when we left, with the transfer back again to the airport, with the booking of the two tours we made and of the balloon trip, it felt very good to have someone helping us with these arrangement, it saved us a lot of time. They were available at any time to help us with all our needs. And the meals prepared by Nebahat were simply amazing. After leaving Demisos we went to Istanbul for one week but still I can say the best meals I had in Turkey were at Demisos. The breakfasts had a lot of options, with various kinds of cheese, vegetables, bread, olives, menemen and much more. For dinner, I strongly recommend to try the lamb dish with red wine and on a different day just mezes with the traditional Rake. There were undoubtedly the best three days of our trip to Turkey
In last minute I found this small family run cave hotel and I couldn't do better! Great location, just 2 minute walk to the center, quite, with big patio, home cooked meals (extra order) and a great service. Room was specious and owners are very friendly and kind. Great place to get away from city noise!
