Reviewed Apr 13, 2024The front desk receptionist is absolutely horrible and should be fired. He is a horrible representative for the company and if i were to base my stay off of him i would put one star. He lied and was rude the entire ordeal with him was beyond frustrating and i wouldn’t want that for anyone.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2023I liked the stay but at the end of my stay I recently a phone call before check out. I was asked if I wanted to stay another night. I was not sure at the time and said maybe. When I woke up I called reception and told them I did not want to stay another night and that I was going to check out. The receptionist said its too late that I cannot check out because he added me for another night. I told him I don't want another night and that he cannot change it. He wanted to charge me an additional amount to stay another night that I did not want.

Reviewed May 25, 2018The staff is great, the room us spacious, internet connection rocks, the lobby is very comfortable, and you can find almost anything within walking distance. Highly recommended.
