The price was reasonable considering the timing and options.

There were roaches in the bathroom and the bedroom. I didn't like that the staff seemed apathetic then initially offered me a 40% refund. That was insulting.

Great value. The quality and comfort read like a more exspensive hotel.

The room was big and the bed was comfortable. It was close to everything we needed to drive to. The staff were nice and helpful. Great place to stay.

Unfortunately, there was absolutely nothing we liked about our stay. From the moment we arrived until we left, the experience was extremely disappointing. I honestly cannot think of anything positive to mention about this hotel.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We arrived very late at night, exhausted and traveling with our young daughter, and the front desk employee who checked us in was extremely rude and unhelpful. After such a long day, the last thing we expected was to be treated this way. When we entered the room, we immediately noticed serious cleanliness issues. The bed sheets were dirty and stained, and we ended up having to change all the bedding ourselves. There were other areas that were dirty, poorly organized, and clearly not being properly maintained. The lack of maintenance throughout the property was also very noticeable. Several things were broken or out of service. The coffee machine was not working, and even the elevator had parts that appeared to be held together with tape. Seeing the condition of the elevator made us genuinely uncomfortable and concerned about safety. Breakfast was another terrible experience. The breakfast area was dirty, disorganized, poorly maintained, and honestly looked like a complete mess. It was certainly not what we expected from a hotel carrying the Best Western Plus name. Overall, the hotel felt neglected, poorly maintained, and inadequately cleaned. Combined with the rude service we received upon arrival, the entire experience was extremely unpleasant. We took photos documenting the conditions we found. Based on our experience, I would absolutely not recommend this hotel, especially to families traveling with children.

Property was clean and well kept. The breakfast was pretty good.

The elevators are out of there last serviced/checked date. Both elevators have duct tape holding up the button panel; one of the panels has a “wet floor” sign holding the panel up. The location is very difficult to get to after taking the u-turn lane, took multiple attempts to get to location.

It was convenient for my business trip

There was no hot water. Had to have several cold showers. Had to have several cold showers when we asked about it they said the hot water had been out several days and there was nothing they could do about it. also, the air conditioning unit in my room are broken.and had to move rooms. Staff were polite. It was not their fault they were just having to deal with the circumstances but the management or ownership could’ve called plumbers out even over a holiday weekend and by this time it was July 7 th so no excuse for cold water. If they knew this before we checked in, maybe they should’ve sent us a message giving us the option to cancel and book elsewhere.

Clean rooms

I was visiting because of my sister's funeral. Got up to get showered and no hot water. I asked several employees and no answer. I later find out it was 2 water heaters busted. I leave go to shower else where and the key card stops working and my grandkids got locked out. I was so over it by then that I just checked out and had to pay for another hotel else where.

Really just the price

Didn’t like the way that it had a nasty, lingering wet, musty smell as soon as you walked into the lobby, and it only enhanced even worse as you got into your room. The elevators and hallways to get to set room are terribly hot and the elevator buttons need service as a couple did not work during our stay also some of the access control i.e. doors that have magnetic strike mechanisms. Read the car correctly, but did not unlock properly rendering the door useless for entry and only good for exit shower pressure and temperature was extremely subpar along with the cleanliness of the restroom as we got towels that were stained, and that were rough and quite frankly just nasty also construction or whatever remodel of the bathroom was poor. There were sharp edges of caulking, broken tile, and it was just a mess. Definitely definitely will not be staying again unless extremely unfortunate circumstances require me to.

The staff did the best they could with so many problems with the hotel. No hot water, no AC in common areas, the breakfast was very basic and roaches in the room. I have stayed at many Best Westerns and this on by far was the worst. I'm not one to ever leave a review but I felt like others need to know this issues.

No room complimentary water, toothbrush, toothpaste, snacks. Linens and pillow fabric is rough to skin, not smooth to touch. Pillows are thin than expected.

That they don't offer other protein meat options, Everyone doesn't eat pork and eggs. I think we all need protein though, chicken, turkey or beef would be great additions. There wasn't a towel holder for the hand towel in my room. No coffee maker in my room but the kitchenette was great have.

Walls are too thin, I could hear other guests doing all kind of things very clearly. Sheets didn’t feel as clean and my skin felt irritated when using them. Pillos were not comfortable.

Not even a bottle opener in kitchen & overall poorly outfitted for any utensils associated with a Plus facility.

Everything was Great. Staff friendly. Breakfast was good. The staff that morning was very welcome and helpful as we decided what to eat. Easy access to all the business we were doing. Would recommend for anyone travels.

Early in the morning when you pay as much as I did to stay for 4 days it'd be nice if the staff was a little more quiet for the other people still sleeping. I get it they have jobs to do but yelling down the hall to one another outside of a room listening to music using their cell phones next to rooms that have do not disturb on the door at like 8:00 in the morning when some people might be sleeping was kind of annoying but I guess part of traveling. And having KKK wrote on the comforter so you know it's a king size might seem like an idea especially in the south You guys don't seem to think but to others using KKK writing on a comforter strings a little strange

Walls were paper-thin. I could hear someone snoring in the next room over. Everything looks updated on the website, but everything was falling apart and outdated. Front desk staff wasn't super friendly. There was a girl in a wheelchair who was very nice. However, the other girl who checked me in had me wait about 5 mins before greeting me, she didnt apologize for the wait, and wasn't super friendly.

The breakfast was so plentiful and the bed was so comfortable and one of the best night sleep I've had in a long time.

I was going to a concert at an outdoor amphitheater. The location and the price were very good at the Best Western. I missed the free breakfast but there is a Starbucks and a McD just one block away.

Room was clean and well stocked with towels and supplies. Bed was comfortable and the room/building was quiet at night when trying to sleep. There was a good variety of breakfast items. Overall it was a great value for the cost.

Issues using the free Wifi. The connection was very week.
