The staff were wonderful and so friendly. Breakfast was included with our stay and was delicious. Hotel was close to everything you could want.

Комфортный номер, Все соответствует фото. Номер просторный, все как дома! Все виды техники и посуда для приготовления еды, кому нужно. Удобно для большой семьи, стирка и сушка тоже в наличии! Рядом стрит-фуд и все торговики но при этом нет городской суеты. Персонал- просто душки, завтраки слабые конечно но бывают намного хуже в этой стране. Рекомендую!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. We had a 1 bedroom apartment and it was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food. Very enjoyable experience.

La localisation , l’accueil , tout le personnel est vraiment adorable , les appartements spacieux , modernes et propres . Salle de sport assez grande et piscine de taille tres correcte. Le pdj n’est pas des plus variés mais les produits sont frais et il y en a pour tous les goûts . C’est notre 3eme séjour et on s’y sent comme à la maison !

Location was convenient, near to Ben Thanh and walkable distance to many attractions in District 1. Staff was very pleasant and hospitable, working with a lovely smile at all times and highly accomodating The suite was clean and big, complete with full kitchen amenities as well as laundry and drying machine in our unit. Breakfast was adequate to start the day off. Overall we were very happy with our stay here, very reasonable price for great location, service and amenities. Keep up the good work!

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was fantastic and a bit out of the chaos which was great, but I could walk to most places I wanted to go. The staff were wonderful and accommodating and the amenities were excellent.

Not all rooms are renovated and was put in a very old and outdated room. Front staff didn't seem helpful at all. Breakfast was not good.

Situé au Au 101 Nguyễn Du, pratiquement face au Palais de l'Indépendance, on est dans une partie particulièrement agréable du District 1. Bến Thành est accessible à pied en quelques minutes, de même que le musée de Hô Chi Minh-Ville, Đồng Khởi, la poste centrale et une grande partie du centre historique. The location was great. The swimming pool was very nice and clean, the service was very pleasant and welcoming

Excellent location. Walking distance to tourist attractions. Having a washing machine and dryer after 2 weeks of travelling was priceless.

The apartment was very spacious, and the location was excellent. It was a 10 min walk to tons of spas, malls/markets, shops, and restaurants in the main tourist area. They also had a very good selection of items and cook to order options for the included breakfast every morning. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and they were quick to open doors for us, or help with communicating with taxi drivers to get us where we were going.

The decor and the apartment itself was quite dated. I suspect the apartments in this building might vary in their decor and updating status though. It was clean, and well kept though.

The location is outstanding. Within walking distance of all the main sites, Ben Nghe Street Food market, Ben Thanh Market, massages and shopping. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was cleaned daily and very spacious for our 11 night stay, and the washing machine (with powder) and dryer an added bonus. The breakfast was a perfect start to the day.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, unsere Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern war top ausgestattet, super sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso nette Cafés und Restaurants. Würden wir sofort wieder buchen.

Die Balkone sind nicht nutzbar, dort stehen große Klimageräte fest verankert, also kein Platz für Sitzgelegenheiten. Dafür ist in der Wohnung aber umso mehr Platz, es hat uns nicht gestört.

An amazing place to stay! I spent a week in a one bedroom deluxe suite, on the 10th floor, and it was just as good as the pictures suggest. It had loads of space, with a kitchen, dining room, living room and a walk in wardrobe so you can keep your stuff organised and tidy. It also had its own laundry, as well as a small second bathroom. It was spotlessly clean the room attendants did a great job with their daily refresh. The staff were all lovely, and extremely helpful, particularly the doormen who are a great asset to this hotel. Breakfast was great, with plenty of buffet options, as well as eggs cooked to order. It is a fantastic location-so quiet inside and yet just minutes to walk to all of the must-see sights of the city, and so many restaurants, cafes and the Street Food market right around the corner. Check-in was easy, and they accept credit card payments. This is a far better way to spend a holiday, rather than being squashed into a hotel room.

Great location, very close to groceries and Grab delivers anything. There is also a park closeby. Staff is very freindly and helpful. I wd stay here again. Nothing wanting for a long stay. I stayed a week.They clean teh place every day (its a hotel first). Think of some of the Mariott or Hilton garden inn kinda suites designed for long stay. The apartment is quite spacious never felt cramped....even by US standards. Loved it. Size matters lol. A lot lol lol...

日中にカウンターにいるおばさんの対応は「？？」人の話を聞いてくれない。 ウォークインのシャワーを目的にリノベーション済みの部屋を予約した。（質問でリノベーション済みの部屋を取ればウォークインシャワーがあるとホテル側が回答していたので） しかし、部屋にはウォークインシャワーはなく、バスタブ一体型のシャワー。騙された気分。 またカーテンを開けると隣接した建物の窓が直ぐそこにあるため、4日滞在したが常にカーテンを閉めた状態。これなら同じ価格帯でもっとよいキッチン、洗濯機、乾燥機付ホテルはあるので 次回はそちらを選ぶ予定です。

We had a lovely stay here. It was one of the recently renovated rooms. It was very clean. The cleaners came in every day. We had a city view which was lovely. The staff were very friendly. Always interacted with us which made us feel very welcome. Fantastic breakfast selection and the location was walking distance to restaurants, bars, beauty spas and the Ben Thanh markets and The Palace.

The balcony wasn't usable. Very small and the aircon units were taking up all the room. No room to sit out there at all.

The ‘balcony’ was very small and had the a/c on it so could barely stand on it

The apartment was very large, nice kitchen, washing machine and dryer, large bathroom, comfortable living room with large TV, dining room with many chairs, large bed room with another TV. The swimming pool and gym were nice. Having a breakfast was good too.

The balcony was a bit small and there was little view. The breakfast was not very plentiful. They only had one room card for us. However, I would still book there again. Those are just minor issues.

Comfortable, spacious, and clean. The service was very friendly, and every staff member greeted us with a warm smile. In particular, the gentleman at the entrance was exceptionally welcoming and had a wonderful smile.

The breakfast selection was a little limited. The shower water also tends to splash and flow onto the floor, which is a little inconvenient.

The place was nice and good location, unfortunately even though we had previously told them about an extra bed, when we arrived they refused to give us extra bed in the room, as apparently they couldn’t fit it in. Ultimately, we have to buy another room/ apartment for 1 child, and when we were finally given the keys (after 1.5hours of checking in process) we realised that the original apartment we asked for was huge and could have easily fitted an extra 3 beds in! The rules are so rigid and they refused to see sense. I was told there was a miscommunication however there wasn’t my emails and messages were quite clear to the hotel.

I didn’t think they were helpful in providing us the extra bed I had asked for. Though 1 of the front desk staff was helpful the other was not. The cleaner didn’t clean the rooms properly and we came back to the kitchen in the Appartment still a mess.

I still cannot believe to be accommodated in an apartment suite at such a surprisingly low price. The suite is located right at the side gate of the Independence Palace. Make one turn, and you'll reach one of the most iconic intersections in the first district near Ben Thanh Market. I did not expect much from the size of any hotel rooms in Ho Chi Minh City at first, but this one really impressed me.

Washing Machine and door attendants

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. From the moment we walked in, the whole place felt like a prison — no natural light anywhere, not in the entrance, not in the breakfast room, not in the apartments/suites themselves. The real problem started as soon as we got to our room: a strong, foul sewage smell in the bedroom, which we suspected was coming from the toilet pipes. We reported it to reception straight away, but their attitude was dismissive — they simply pointed to Booking.com, since that’s who we’d booked through, instead of taking ownership of the problem. We asked to speak to the manager and were told they were “in a meeting” — no attempt was made to actually get them involved. The only “solution” offered was housekeeping spraying air freshener in the room, which was never going to fix what was likely a plumbing issue. On top of that, our room had no view and no privacy. There was a window directly opposite another building, so we had to keep the curtains shut at all times. The only outlook, when open, was rows and rows of air-conditioning units. Because the hotel refused to properly deal with the situation, we avoided spending any time there — only returning in the early hours to sleep. We tried breakfast on the first day, but it was so unbearable we ate out for breakfast every day after that. Between the smell, the lack of light and privacy, and how dismissively we were treated, this made for an extremely stressful stay. Not recommended.
