Kuhla Hotel

Schöner Urlaub

Upgrade

المواقف محدودة لكني لم اواجه مشكلة

"The stay was absolutely perfect! Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The staff were incredibly kind specifically mr Mustafa from reception, helpful, and professional — they made us feel truly welcome and at home. The breakfast was delicious and the location is excellent, close to everything we needed. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!"

Very polite staff Very clean space

Close to coffee shops and restaurants Staffs are friendly and helpful Room is spacious

Everything is good

The room is clean and comfortable. The air conditioner is amazing. The bathroom is clean, comfortable, and all accessories are available. They gave us 3 cards for all of us. Sido mustafa is really great, he is very helpful, approachable and really amazing.

Location is not bad, but it is far from trabzon medan

Location is superb, main road everything is accessible. Staff is very cooperative and humble. Clean bedrooms and breakfast is good too

Bathrooms could be little better

The staff is excellent specially receptionist Mustafa , Location is good. But the room is not well protected from outside noise. The bed is not comfortable.

Every thing was perfect starting from the kind and helpful staff who meet us with smile, the location of the hotel in the center surrounded by all what you need, the hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious, the breakfast is excellent. Big thanks to Erdim and all the staff who help us to enjoy our stay and special thanks for Sido Mustafa who was helping us before travel and during our stay with all the information we need about the city. I highly recommend Kuhla hotel for family stay in Trabzon. In general we as family enjoyed our stay in hotel and was impressed with the excellent and fast service from all the staff.

The sound of cars in the street in the night was little annoying, better to have isolated glass of windows

i was very happy for everything, i did enjoy too much , the reception are great in welcome and answering me

Close to everything and the staff are very helpful and lovely .. many thanks to Sydo Mustafa who prepared everything ahead and makes our stay cozy and comfortable

Everything

Nothing

The location

Suites were spacious and clean.

Breakfast was average with less number of options.

I would like to send many thanks to the Reception guys especially Mustafa for the great help and with a wonderful smile. Also when I visit Trabzon again this will be my hotel 😁😎

nothing

the staff, the location, the cleanliness.

If room has a balcony, people before you might have smoked and left the balcony door open, that would make the room smell like it’s a smoking room. Even if you book a room next to a person who does that, the smoke smell comes to your room very easily from the AC. I almost had to change my room twice because of this problem.

Everything was perfect. Thanks to the staff and management. They are very kind and friendly.

Nothing

Place is good . Hotel is clean , not so crawded.service excellent, breakfast need more improovement

This a nice clean hotel. I liked that they considered even the small details in the room. I reserved connected suites and I loved it. Only I did not like that they did not understand my reservation through Expedia and they tried to give my single suite for less number and I refused to accept then they gave me as per my reservation. One more thing that I did not like that ther is no Arabic or English TV channels
