Very nice Spa

Accueil très professionnel. De passage comme chaque année, pas pour la destination mais l’établissement, où j’y retrouve le calme, un service régulier, tout comme les prestations, un souvenir me revient à chaque passage : les scellés sur la porte de chambre qui justifiaient de l’état sanitaire de la chambre. Durant la pandémie, c’était le seul à le pratiquer. Il serait agréable que le bar soit un peu plus présent. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Espace détente compris dans l’offre agréable. Terrasse plaisante. Petit déjeuner correct. Parking facile d’accès. Je lui trouve un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Hôtel vieillissant qui nécessite un remplacement rapide des moquettes sales... le point positif est le spa intérieur, la piscine extérieure est minuscule. Personnel non professionnel, ne saluant pas dans les couloirs.

Séjour excellent à l’hôtel. Personnel accueillant. Chambre spacieuse et calme. Aide pour les bagages. Peignoirs & bonnets mit à disposition gratuitement. Buffet de petit déjeuner excellent et du choix. Places de parking limités gratuites sinon par jour c’est 15€. Petit bémol pour les cafards dans le SPA mais c’est un peu un endroit de développement pour eux … Le SPA est interdit aux enfants de moins de 3 ans Pour les autres de 3 à 10ans uniquement le matin de 10h à 12h30 environ sinon c’est à la piscine extérieur. Dans le SPA piscine couverte chauffé avec un jacuzzi Deux saunas à température différentes, douche froide Bain à la turc, salle de sel, bain chaud avec bulles etc Je vous conseille à proximité à deux minutes à pieds la pizzeria chez Willy excellente !

Très bon séjour comme à chaque fois dans cet hôtel.

The hotel itself is very beautiful and luxurious. The location is also great, you have lots of restaurants nearby. I arrived at the hotel with 3 luggages and I wished the reception would have asked me to help out with carrying my luggages to the room since I saw other luggages being taken care of, besides that I would recommend this if you are looking to relax!

Hotel storico ristrutturato da nuovo. Una lacation veramente bella, di qualità superiore, una delle migliori SPA visitate in questi ultimi tempi. Peccato per Salsomaggiore ormai una città fantasma abbandonata al suo destino passato.

A pleasant surprise around every corner, amazing staff, 20 meter long breakfast bar, and a unique and relaxing spa experience. I would travel to Italy just to stay at this location. One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.

Très beau hotel et authentique

Très bon hôtel à Salsommagiore, confort et qualité du spa, bon petit-déjeuner varié et copieux. Seul reproche (pour ceux qui apprécient une chambre fraîche) : il fait assez chaud et difficile de baisser la température en-dessous d’un certain niveau.

Un hotel dagli antichi fasti oramai irrimediabilmente perduti. Il ristorante interno “La Cantinetta” terribile!! Servire un fondo di prosecco aperto nel secolo scorso è stata una dimostrazione di miseria infinita. Vergogna!!! I capelli sparsi nel bagno erano davvero sgradevoli… I fasti di una volta…. Dove sono finiti? In compenso buoni i cornetti alla colazione!

Stayed here 2 nights, lots of decent restaurants within walking distance. Spa was very nice but busy, massage was fine. Great location to Parma and Modena, nice boutique hotel would definitely stay here again

Arrivés à 19h, très bien accueilli,belle prestation,nous avons dîné à l’extérieur de l’hôtel pour profiter de la ville, le lendemain matin nous avons bénéficie de 2 heures de spas, sauna,. Très propre.

Hotel was lovely and the town was very nice (a bit faded maybe). Pool on roof was more like a bath tub, but spa was great on lower ground floor. No-one manned the bar in the 3 days we were there, but there are plenty of bars just outside the hotel gates. Restaurant was very nice.

Der Poolbereich (innen) ist für Kinder nur begrenzt verfügbar. Das ganze Hotel macht nachts einen spooky Eindruck.

Not sure how this hotel reached the rating it has reached. No AC, dirty laundry rooms, extra charge for wellness, the breakfast a joke. The price: 150€ per night.

Had a pleasant two night stay. Loved the courtesy and work ethic of the staff. The big hearty breakfast was something else. Kitchen looked impeccably clean. Overall, the hotel needs refurbishment especially near the pool area.

Lovely, magestic property in a small Italian town. The pools, steam room and saunas were a lovely treat. The hotel is simply beautiful, and the included breakfast was delicious.

This was a nice hotel. We were disappointed we could not get massages at times that worked with our schedule. The hotel was not busy at all. The spa area was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious.

Great structure and comfortable rooms. I was very disappointed because I booked 3 rooms, I had to cancel one and they did not let me cancel I had to pay anyway … Too much cleaning and change of towels,,no attention to sustainability! The spa is wonderful but open only during working hours so I couldn’t profit of it … You have to make cancellation free, pay more attention to environment and open much earlier et clods much later your spa !

This hotel was a hiden gem. Beautiful small town, seems to have lots of history. In addition our stay had excellent breakfast and access to a wonderful spa. We found a great restaurant near by with an amazing dinner menu. Our room was great.

Week end tranquillo e rilassante

Dust under the bed and hair in the bathroom, clearly not cleaned often even though they claim to clean & treat with ozone before every visit. Black mold in the shower and leaking everywhere, broken faucets, dirty bathrobe among other things. We complained and had to argue(!) to get a new room but was met with the same issues in the new room. We were served crisps in a plastic takeaway lid and beer in plastic glasses. They also tried to serve beer with 75% foam... Furthermore we found moldy lumps in the oatmilk. The breakfast overall was that of a three star hotel, tops. The spa is okay, even though some of the facilities clearly needed touch ups and repair. The floor is extremely slippery and the slippers were too small and of low quality. Since we changed rooms and complained without success it seems like the 1 star reviews here and from Google are true. It is a mystery why it is so highly rated... The hotels answers to reviews also seem very aggressive and doesn't seem to listen clients. We wish we read more reviews and the owner's answers more thoroughly before booking. We won't come back, ever.

The property has been expertly upgraded, modernised but have managed to keep the traditional elements in place. Parking was readily available, free, in the grounds with the addition of an underground car park, chargeable.Room was very good size, comfortable, quiet with good comfortable beds. Although the pool was small, not for swimming in, it was agreat place to cool off in the heat. It was well kept, cleaned and being beside the pool bar, open all da, was a bonus. Ample sun loungers . Be aware that the main restaurant is not inside , it has been set outside on the terrace with ample umbrella coverings. Food was excellent but in my opinion a little expensive. Breakfast was also plentiful and served indoors with a good choice, all be it too many sweet items for me. Must compliment their ability to keep the hot food hot was excellent. Most unusual in other hotels. Only disappointment was the fact that the town's Therme next door was closed for a 2 year renovation project. Would go again.

L'Hotel è molto bello è il secondo anno che ritorno ,servizio ottimo di cambio biancheria giornaliero ,compreso kit di cortesia,spa bella e gradevole,buona la pulizia non posso dare il voto massimo perché i vetri erano sporchi e qualche altro piccolo dettaglio di pulizia è sfuggito ma nell'insieme pulito...la colazione era buona con tanta varietà eccetto le brioches non di mio gradimento, probabilmente decongelate....Personale freddo,non attento e non cordiale, fatta eccezione per le ragazze dells spa molto gentili chiara e Serena Beatrice e anche Cataldo ,gentili le stagiste...molti altri invece lasciano a desiderare non salutano e un sorriso nemmeno a pagarlo..dovrebbeto imparare che l'accoglienza e la gentilezza sono il migliore biglietto da visita e lo dico con cognome di causa ,dal momento che lavoro nel settore ..consiglio di sostituire i cuscini sono di pessima qualità invece il letto è comodo.. Sicuramente ritornerò ancora il prossimo anno perché comunque il mio soggiorno è stato piacevole.. ho sempre cenato fuori e non posso dare un giudizio sulla cucina

É la seconda volta che vado e non ho mai trovato nulla di negativo. É un hotel fantastico...

La habitación del hotel era muy amplia y la cama era muy cómoda. El personal fue correcto en todo momento. El desayuno es variado pero si hay mucha gente tardan en reponer los productos.

Bella spa, ottima pulizia,bella camera e bel bagno,colazione discreta,personale spa e sala colazioni gentilissimo, meno gentile personale generale e reception.Delusa che non avessero un taxi che potesse portarmi in stazione..alle 7 del mattino carica di bagaglio mi sono dovuta fare il percorso Hotel stazione a piedi,mi spiace ma questo è un punto di demerito ,anche se mi è stato detto che i taxisti non si muovono per un breve tratto, l'hotel dovrebbe offrire un servizio ugualmente...cuscini di bassissima qualità ho dovuto dormire senza...personalmente lo considero un 4 stelle,da un 5 stelle mi aspetto la perfezione e non queste lacune...

Fantastiskt hotell med allt man kan tänka sig. Rummet är stort (vi hade det minsta de hade) och så fräscht. Det finns balsam inte bara någon mix av tvål och schampo. Frukosten är så bra, hade kunnat äta frukost hela dagen. Massa färsk frukt, pannkakor, chark, ett halvt bageri.

Some of the reviews for this hotel suggest that it isn't really a five star hotel. We felt it earned the 5th star through its wonderful spa, which had excellent facilities and wonderful staff. The rest of the hotel is stylish, well positioned and again has excellent staff. It is fair to say that, whilst pretty and well furnished, the rooms aren't "wow" but they are good. Others have also written about the lacklustre breakfast, we see where they are coming from but the cold buffet was amazing: a variety of fresh fruit, a cake table as good as any we've seen in Italy and soooo many juice choices. It would be nice if the coffee was self-service though. Overall an amazing hotel in which to stay and a lovely town to spend the week.

Stiamo parlando di una struttura a 5 stelle , quindi l’aspettativa è molto alta . La struttura e’ molto grande e ben tenuta , qualche dettaglio da sistemare. Servizio impeccabile sotto tutti punti di vista, degno di un 5 stelle . La camera superior molto bella , bagno, letto e arredo all’altezza, forse un po’ piccola per una camera superior mi aspettavo qualche metro in più . Per quanto riguarda la Spa , è completa di tutto , l’unico punto dolente è la “piscina “ di acqua termale , che poi è un idromassaggio di acqua termale , troppo piccolo , mi aspettavo fosse più grande , ci si può entrare massimo in 4 persone e quindi bisogna attendere il proprio turno .

Perfect location and perfect spa

Siamo stati benissimo, hotel curato e immacolato. Pace e tranquillità. Personale molto gentile. Come speravo (essendo in un giorno infrasettimanale in bassa stsgione) la SPA non era affollata (anzi, era quasi tutta per noi) e piacevolissima. Purtroppo l’acqua termale è solo in una vasca tipo idromassaggio, ben inserita in una piscina più grande con acqua normale, comunque molto piacevoke. Avremmo preferito l’acqua un po’ più calda. Temperatura camera un po’ bassa per noi ma è possibile regolare temperatura. Letti comodi. Colazione ottima e varia.
