Ushuaia Flat I is well worth the money! The view from the apartment is stunning and there is furniture to sit outside and watch the sunset. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of town, and the rooms were quite large. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

חסר מוצרים בסיסיים כמו מלח סוכר אבקת כביסה ועוד. הדלתות חורקות ולא נסגרות כמו שצריך. החימום עבד ללא וויסות וחדר השינה היה סאונה. נאלצתי לישון על הספה בסלון. תוקן רק לאחר שלושה ימים לא נעימים.

Excellent location. Very convenient to harbor as well as main shopping area and restaurants. Host was very nice and accommodating to our needs.

The room was a bit warm at first but we were able to address that by opening patio door.

Très bon emplacement, vue sur le Canal de Beagles

Nous avions l’appartement situé au 4eme étage, porte F. L’appartement est dans son ensemble abîmé, de plus les sols étaient sales, très poussiéreux, n’avaient pas été nettoyés depuis un certain temps. Les seuls WC de l’appartement sont situés à l’étage au niveau des chambres et l’escalier qui monte est raide, difficile pour une personne âgée. L’appartement donne sur la rue principale qui est extrêmement bruyante, circulation très tard dans la nuit et tôt le matin.

La ubicación es excelente, cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estadía. Cerca de toda el área comercial.

El departamento muy comodo, con una vista excepcional al Canal de Beagle. La ubicacion excelente, mas con niños ya que teniamos todo cerca: supermercado, restaurantes, rental de equipos e indumentaria, etc. Muy bien calefaccionado, el primer dia nos costo acostumbrarnos, pero en Ushuaia todo es muy calefaccionado. Todo muy limpio, no falta nada en cocina, muy bien equipado. La propietaria gentilmente nos dejo agua mineral en la heladera. No nos queriamos volver. Todas las personas con las que tratamos nos sorprendieron por la hospitalidad

La ubicación es excepcional justo en el centro y al lado de un rental de ski, con una vista al canal que se disfruta en cualquier momento del día. Eramos 4 y estuvimos muy cómodos. Las camas son super cómodas, en especial la matrimonial que es enorme! La cocina tiene todo lo necesario y un plus para nosotros fue el laundry en el edificio. Destaco también, que para mi no es menor, el agua de la ducha salía genial y super caliente. El trato con Eugenia fue muy bueno y super amable tratando de ajustarse siempre a nuestras necesidades, sobre todo con el tema de horario de entrada y salida.

Lo único que podría a llegar a pensar como "malo", es que la calefacción es central y por momentos hacía demasiado calor. Pero solucionabamos abriendo la puerta del balcón y ya. Realmente no era tan grave.

Nothing to dislike. It was fantastic.

Eugenia the manager was superb..she could not do enough to help and was always contactable. The apartment was in perfect position and well maintained with all the promised amenities as well as a large balcony and soap as well as toilet paper was provided along with clean linen and towels. The apartment is large with a lovely ambience and security. I would not hesitate to recommend or stay again.

Location location location

Just off main street party central. Occupants next door started partying on the terrace about 9.00pm still going at 3 .00am Best internet speed I could get was 1.3 to 1.7mps.download upload non existent switching off and on again did not help. Bought a local phone card. Contiuous balcony along all floor 3 units meant no security. Electricity must be expensive in Ushuaia I needed the torch in my phone to use the living room after dark. Needs better key pick up and drop when there are meet and greet conflicts. Disappointing At least there was enough light in the bedroom to pack and unpack. Wiring generally suspicious

Hermosa vista

The location is perfect, the host of the apartment is super nice. She meets us in the location as soon as we arrive. The view of the harbor from our room is breathtaking.

Over the decades we have used booking.com hundreds of times and have never felt the need to complain about any rental however i dislike dishonesty in any form. The description for this apartment includes articles that do not exist or are substandard There is no washer or dryer apart from in another part of the apartment block behind a locked door. We booked here on the basis of being able to wash clothes. The hob does not work and hasn’t for some time so cooking is a no go. There is a lamp next to the bed but no plug… There is no clothes rack. It is not a private entrance but a communal one in apartment block. You can hear every noise from adjoining apartments and busy road outside. The bedroom curtains have holes in them. Dishes on our arrival were dirty. You cannot contact the agent with any problems as they will totally ignore all communication which I have never experienced before.that’s phone , email , WhatsApp… 4 days after we complained about an electrical issue. No response. Even on the last day we could not contact the agents with regard to returning the keys. Everything I have listed has been mentioned on previous reviews so the owners are aware of these issues and are treating clients badly.
