The Stuff Didn't Give Any Information Upon Checking In very Unfriendly And Seemed He Didn't Want To Deal With My Family CheckOut Staff Was Very Friendly

Nice clean affordable

Hotel is awesome Food is good as well They need a bigger menu

Business trip, nice hotel.

Great Inn, clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great dinning , close to everything.

New hotel with good hot breakfast. The door lock couldn’t lock from inside though.

fine

Great place, location and service. Very good food and friendly servers. Very clean, great place both for work or pleasure with beautiful surroundings.

The front desk was really helpful in changing our room as the bathroom was not up to our cleanliness. She was awesome. The exercise room needs more equipment. Possibly a treadmill? Overall it was a comfortable stay. The restaurant in the lobby has great specials and the soup is good.

Clean rooms friendly staff

Clean and quiet

The hotel is one of the nicest in the area, very clean, modern, and quiet. The only problem I had was I wanted to use the washing machines and after getting change for the machine they told me they didn't have soap for it........ Not sure why they gave me change if they didn't have soap.

Free breakfast, but only if you're vaccinated, Even delivered to your room

Free breakfast was nice.

Great place, great staff, clean, close to everything, enjoy this hotel

Great location, close to everything, clean, great staff, very good food and the choice of dine in or room service

Great location, fair price, great food, clean, friendly staff

the room is clean, bed was fine, but the walls do not hold back sound. I could hear everything said and the tv in the next room. I checked out at 3am because of the next room making noise watching tv and their loud activities at that time of night. The staff was fine.

Had a nice stay! Front desk staff were great! Restaurant was ok.

Very nice property, clean, friendly staff, very nice room, great restaurant. Excellent job with the care taking the quest with sanitizer all around

Great hotel, clean, friendly and helpful staff, great restaurant, quiet, great parking

Very friendly and helpful staff! Facility was clean and inviting.

Surprisingly quiet, comfy bed and good food, not much in wabasca bush but there too work

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was great.

Location was great close to amenities. Staff were friendly breakfast was great

While there for working purposes, there was a fire during the night. We had to evacuate the building in -36c weather, wait in our trucks to keep warm. After fire department cleared us to return to our rooms, we ended up with 3 hrs sleep. All rooms had to be aired out from the smoke in the rooms and hallways. We all were charged for the night !!! There should have been No Charge for that night !

Hotel was nice. If you hook your xbox up to wired internet its great. Restaurant has decent food but if there is more then 4 tables of people in the restaurant the waitresses are horrible. A couple exceptions, but mostly horrible.

Very clean, great set up, very friendly staff, great food. Would like if they had some exercise equipment

Large rooms, comfortable beds, clean, good breakfast.

Clean and newish hotel. Great restaurant. Phenomenal staff

The restaurant was very good. We didn’t like that the room only had small wine glasses for drinks but we got some from the restaurant. Also more chairs in the rooms would be so nice!

A fine place to stay while working in the North. Convenient restaurant onsite.

Twas amazing. Met Raymond at the front desk who was magnificent and went way above the call of duty in helping me solve a charger problem! All of the staff were incredibly helpful and kind!

Nice clean new hotel. Very friendly staff. Beautiful view of the lake and sun rise in the morning.

Very nice place on first impression! However check in was disappointing. I had to greet the clerk, and ask questions. This was my 1st time at the hotel. She didn’t even let me know where my room was-just provided my room key to me. She didn’t provide me with a coupon for breakfast or wifi password. I could have checked myself in. However, check out was a bit better with 2 different clerks checking me out.

Very happy to find a hotel with a comfortable (to me at least) bed. The municipal water system could use some work.

My stay at the Nova was excellent. I’ll be staying here on my next trip to Wabasca. Room was large and luxurious.

Nice hotel and the room was clean. Enjoyed the stay.

Clean, new, quiet, free breakfast, soap isn’t good

The hotel was okay. The staff at the front desk have a lot of difficulty checking people in and out, and the process is often much longer than it needs to be. Still probably the best hotel in town.

Most comfortable bed and pillows of any place i've ever stayed.

This is a great hotel in the Wabasca area. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff seemed new, so check in and out took some time, but they were friendly.

Overall very good experience. Staff were friendly and the restaurant was excellent.

Excellent service with place to eat next door, good service all around, thank you. Clifford

the hotel was clean and the rooms were very comfortable

Amazing Thursday night dinner buffet for under 30$!!! Breakfast fresh and plentiful. Room was comfortable and large. Great stay

Nice hotel, great complimentary breakfast

It was a good stay, especially liked the bright cheery rooms, and very good breakfast.

The room was clean & new. The free breakfast was great.

Nice, brand new hotel. Everything looks very clean
