L'emplacement de l'hôtel . La propreté de l'hôtel . Personnel magnifique, aux petits soins , honnête . Ils ont rendu mon séjour agréable. Je les remercie tous. Le restaurant italien de l'hôtel super . Le buffet petit déjeuner est bon.

Il y a différents bâtiments dans l'hôtel , à mon arrivée je ne voyais aucune vue mer , après j' ai compris que c'est le bâtiment en face qui a cette vue.

Fantástico hotel

Location excellent 5 mins from town centre, 3 mins from private beach. Lovely seaview room with balcony. Fantastic large terrace for residents meals with fantastic view. Great breads and pizza cooked on site. Choice of pillows in room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Liked everything. Room was a bit on small side. Returning from town its an uphill short walk.

Niente da rimproverare

Me gusto mucho la vista desde la habitación y el acceso a una zona de hamacas en el acantilado. La zona de desayuno tenía unas vistas preciosas tambien y el personal era muy amable. El tener agua fría gratis continuamente es un plus

Lo que menos me gustó fue el desayuno, el café era horrible y no había ni bacon ni salchichas, aunque para alguien mas veggie que yo igual era suficiente. La piscina era una charca pero bueno.

La piscine est petite et surtout il y a peu de transat. Le parking est surbooké le soir, les autos sont empilées l'une derrière l'autre et le matin un gardien déplace les autos

Payam Hotel was one of the highlights of my trip and exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was outstanding—spacious, spotless, and even better than I expected. I especially loved the beautiful sea view and the private jacuzzi, which made the stay feel extra special. The breakfast was the best I had during my trip. There was a great variety of fresh, high-quality food, and everything was absolutely delicious. The hotel also offers convenient on-site parking, which was very helpful. Its location is excellent, within walking distance of the town center, the marina, and the Antiphellos Ancient City, making it easy to explore Kaş without needing to drive. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Payam Hotel. The exceptional service, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast, and perfect location made it one of the best hotels I stayed at, and I will definitely book this hotel again on my next visit.

One small issue was that the elevator was out of service on the day we arrived. However, the hotel fixed it by the next day, so it did not affect the rest of our stay. I really appreciated that the issue was resolved quickly.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L’endroit est très cosy, avec une superbe vue. Le petit‑déjeuner était vraiment très bon et varié. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Petit bémol toutefois : le site indiquait que l’hôtel n’acceptait pas les enfants de moins de 7 ans, alors que nous avons constaté la présence de jeunes enfants à la piscine.

Во всей бочке меда есть одна ложка дегтя. Это жуткая вонь в ванной комнате. При заселении забрызгали дезодорантом, но позже проявился жуткий запах. Комната 812. Вечером не возможно было зайти в ванную комнату.

Het geheel ziet er top uit. Mooie, lichte, moderne kamer met zitje. Gebruik van minibar inbegrepen. Super uitgebreid ontbijt waarbij je kunt genieten van het prachtige uitzicht over de baai van Kas. Eigen, afgesloten parkeerterrein. Je loopt in 5 minuten naar het gezellige centrum.

Helemaal niks!

조식먹는 식당이 매우 이쁘다. 빵도 화덕에서 바로 구워준다 (근데 매일 달라져서, 맛있게 먹은빵이 하루만 나와서 아쉬웠음). 식사가 맛있다. 주차장이 넓다 (그늘은 없음). 캐리어는 리셉션 여자분의 사촌 남자들이 들어주는데, 진짜 귀엽고 젠틀하다. 객실의 오션뷰 테라스 풍경이 환상적이었다.

3박은 오션뷰, 1박은 일반 객실이었는데, 일반객실은 동이 달라서 엘레베이터가 없었다. 그래도 2층이라 다행이었음.

The location was awesome near to beach and the town center at the same time. Staff was very friendly and kind, I lilked them as well. Breakfast and restaurants sea view was million dollar’s worth. Fabio Pizza and its pizza was the most delicious one I ever had in Türkiye. Thanks to Deniz usta we tasted different tasty pizzas.

This was a fantastic stay. Location was great, easy access to the old town, harbour and dolmuş. The hotel was clean, staff extremely friendly and professional, couldn’t do enough to help. Breakfast was amazing - a wonderful selection of food. My view from the balcony and from the breakfast area was absolutely stunning. I was on my own but I felt safe and comfortable. Staff gave me great tips and advice about places to visit. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended

My room was near the restaurant so the noise in the evening kept me up. The pool was very small. Otherwise an excellent choice

There is always a parking slot available. The view from the room is fascinating. The staff is really friendly and speaks great English. The hotel has all the necessary facilities: restaurants, pool and private beach access. The rooms are clean and on demand cleaning available. The hotel provides drinking water of high quality as much as needed, towels for the beach for free. The breakfast is wonderful, tasty and of a high variety. Eleavtors are available inside the building.

We've just returned from a week at the Payam Hotel and our stay totally surpassed our expectations. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful and our sea view room, with a lovely balcony, just blew us away. A welcome gift of wine and snacks was very much appreciated too! Lots of choice at breakfast in a great setting. We also had dinner in the veggie restaurant twice and really enjoyed the food, cocktails and ambience. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again if we return to Kas.

This was by far my favourite hotel in Turkey. Did a tour for about 3 weeks - stayed in around 14 hotels. This was the best. Great location, rooms, staff and THE BEST breakfast! Highly recommend it.

Stanza ampia, moderna e pulita. Materasso comodo. Posizione leggermente defilata e con poco rumore. Parcheggio ampio. Colazione a buffet ottima e con vista del mare (super bella). Terrazzino per asciugare la roba dopo il mare.

Struttura magari da rivedere in qualche dettaglio nella manutenzione. Staff professionale ma non simpatico.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. Nice views from the balconies, bug room and clean and comfortable. The dining area was picturesque with views towards Meis/Kastellorizo. It was my 60th birthday and everyone was accommodating with our decorations and large group. The link to the Leymona beach club was excellent and it was a close walk into town.

The property is located about a 5 minute walk from the main tourist part of town, so it’s very quiet. The buffet breakfast is outstanding as is the on site pizzeria that opens for dinner in the early evening. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. There is a beach club a short walk away that gives a discount to hotel guests.

Position perfect. Our room had a scenic view of the sea and amphitheatre. Breakfast was sensational with great food and view of the sea. We could use beach lounges at facility across the road. Short walk to town.

We really enjoyed our stay stay Payam and wish we could've stayed longer. Comfortable and clean rooms, great location off the heart of the Old Town. The breakfast deserves a special mention with so many delicious and plentiful options. Friendly staff, beautiful views.... we can't wait to come back.

Завтрак скудный. Локация так себе на горе. Есть варианты лучше, в центре и дешевле. Цена слишком завышена. Номера супер маленькие, фото инстаграммные, это и привлекло. Одеяло было грязное, пол грязный. Горячая вода отсутствовала, в номере дуло со всех сторон… Плюсов почти нет

The staff were very welcoming. The room was light and airy and well-equipped. They clearly think about sustainability, and although it was well equipped, they tried to avoid small single use items. The breakfast was the most incredible thing ever! A phenomenal choice of fresh items and fresh bread cooked in the pizza oven. Out of this world. The restaurant served proper pizzas and the view and the restaurant were very relaxing.

房间够大。早餐种类丰盛，尤其是披萨、面包、布朗尼。餐厅面朝大海的座位不错，但是有限。免费迷你bar提供水（可以接水）、两小瓶苏打水和两小瓶柠檬气泡水。还可以去素食餐厅享用赠饮，柠檬水很好喝。前台提供海滩浴巾。

性价比有点低，阳台看不到海景。照片有点误导人。隔音差，楼上房间客人走路，听得一清二楚。

L'emplacement de l'hotel, la vue de la chambre, la salle du petit déjeuner avec vue sont super. Très appréciable d'avoir un parking à Kas, ensuite on peut accéder a la ville en 5min a pied. Le petit déjeuner est super, les crêpes, œufs à la demande, cakes étaient très bon. La chambre est spacieuse et lumineuse.

L'isolation phonique de la chambre vers l'extérieur est tres limitée. Les odeurs d'egouts dans la douche qui ont été camouflé avec un produit chimique a tres forte odeur suite à notre signalement. La porte de la salle de bain/wc ne permet pas d'avoir une réelle intimité (jour important autour de la porte).

The location, the staff, and the breakfasts/restaurant here were all wonderful! Everyone was very responsive and helpful! It was also perfectly located close to everything in the town, but far enough that it felt quiet and peaceful.

Our hot water was very inconsistent, and we took several uncomfortable showers. We also had small drain flies flying around our room throughout our stay.

не плохое расположение, не очень высоко, что дает возможность с комфортом добраться до отеля, если вы без машины, и вид из окна все еще хороший, а так же классный вид на завтраке, там открытая терраса. Очень вкусный и сытный завтрак, выбор еды хороший. смарт тв на телевизоре. если приехали в марте или другое холодное время года то обязательно будет одеяло

Great location and sea views. Parking was easy in the informal car park just behind the Hotel. The breakfast was wonderful - easily the best we had in Turkey. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was a little small, but we weren't expecting it to be spacious - could have done with a chair in the room. There were no instructions for the safe and we were told by the staff that we couldn't change the code, so it didn't seem safe - we decided not to use it.

stayed here as part of a group escorted tour around Turkey. A small hotel, and the dining room was on the other side of the street. Staff were very friendly and they were able to do some laundry for some of our group members (including us). For a very reasonable charge. Breakfasts were good and lots of choice. Omelettes made to order if you wanted one. The hotel is a nice walk away from the buzzy port area (uphill though!), but well worth the walk. Clean comfortable rooms, good size.

One of the more expensive places we are staying in Türkiye BUT we are on a very modest budget and for what the place actually is and provides, it's exceptional value. It really is an oasis of luxury. The staff were incredibly helpful - they originally put us (me and my adult child) in a room with a double bed even though I'd requested twin beds, but when I went to reception to show them my booking, they gave us a new room literally within seconds, no issue. The Hamam next door is also delightful. The views are incredible in all directions, the property beautifully located between the ancient theatre and the centre of town (10 min walk max to either). The breakfast is something to write home about.... I skipped lunch.

I'm being very picky but the shower was out of shower gel... might need to check shower supplies after each guest checks out. But that's hardly a deal-breaker.

Завтрак никакой, и за полчаса-час до окончания есть уже нечего почти. В туалете ужасно пахло канализацией, и этот запах разносился на весь номер, а выветрить невозможно. Матрас слишком мягкий. Мебель старенькая, что-то где-то не закрывается и пр.

Visited with G Adventures group. First hotel in Kas was terrible. Moved to Payam on the second day. Lovely rooms, great location (near the amphitheater), excellent staff, unlimited filtered water, best breakfast of our trip so far (plus breakfast overlooks the harbor). It’s hard to believe that they’re 5/77. I would have thought they’d be closer to 1/77.

Payam Hamam and Spa was an amazing experience, well worth the time and money. The facilities are a charming blend of traditional and modern. Cindy was friendly, professional and highly competent. I am happy to recommend this service any time. Michael P

Муравьи… атаковали сначала душ, затем одеяло. Также будьте внимательны - паркуйтесь на парковке отеля. У меня случилась неприятная ситуация. Отель и город тут не при чем. Но впечатление о городе подпортилось

Great breakfast!

У нас был великолепный вид из номера и вот это потрясающее джакузи на балконе, которое на рекламных фотках! Посидеть в джакузи на балконе - это был интересный опыт! Отель довольно большой, пять зданий, как говорят. Номера простые, вместо шкафа - канал с вешалками и приставная деревянная лестница - стильно, но не очень удобно)

Завтрак во время нашего пребывания начинался в 9, для нас это было поздно и мы уехали без завтрака. Дверь в туалет/ванную полупрозрачная и не закрывается вообще, нет замка, и между дверью и косяком есть зазор в несколько см. В ванне флаконы с гелем для душа и шампунем были пустые. В отеле два ресторана, один вегетарианский, а второй - пиццерия, я ни тот, ни другой не люблю))

Интересное оформление номера

В номере был запах застоявшийся канализации, по факту номера уже не самые новые! Были в январе, завтрак был никакой, поели ради того чтобы поесть) локация, вид отличные, но не вернулся бы ещё раз! Крайне редко пишу подобные отзывы, но тут действительно номер не стоил своих 120 долларов, но наши ожидания- это наши проблемы)) всем добра
