Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Les collaborateurs sont très accueillants, toujours disponibles et souriants. La possibilité de garer mon gros Defender 110 devant l'hôtel sur une place réservée est appréciable. La chambre est confortable, propre. La médina est à 5 mn à pied. Vu l'offre d'hébergement de la ville, je n'ai pas trouvé mieux pour découvrir Tétouan (4 jours) tout en ayant mon véhicule en sécurité

Jak na tamtejsze standardy śniadania dobre, restauracja czynna długo, 7-11. Lokalizacja umożliwia łatwe dotarcie do wszystkich ważnych punktów i dość dobry dojazd do głównych dróg. W pobliżu dużo lokali i sklepów. Podziemny parking czynny 24/7, choć jest zamykany i pozostawienie auta wymaga wcześniejszego kontaktu z recepcją. Pokój nie budzi zastrzeżeń. Klimaktywacja działa, podobnie telewizor, WiFi niestety czasami szwankowało. Ogólnie, polecam.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026El personal de recepción te hace sentir como en tu casa, muy amables, acogedores, derrochan simpatía y te ayudan en lo que puedas necesitar o requerir, destacando a Hicham que era un encanto de persona. Igualmente puedo decir del personal de comedor, muy atentos, serviciales y simpáticos. La situación es perfecta: todo queda cerca y en dos minutos llegabas al ensanche y en nada estabas en la plaza Feddan, la Medina o Bab Tour.

Le personnel a été particulièrement disponible, accueillant et toujours prêt à nous aider, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le parking souterrain, très pratique et sécurisant. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal : tout peut se faire à pied, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de la ville sans contrainte. Une très bonne expérience que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026تجربتي في الفندق كانت أكثر من رائعة! من لحظة الوصول حتى المغادرة، كل شيء كان على أعلى مستوى من الراحة والاهتمام. طاقم العمل راقٍ جدًا ولطيف ومتعاون دائمًا بابتسامة ويحرص على راحة النزلاء. النظافة تامة في كل مكان — الغرف، المرافق، والمطعم — مما يعطي شعورًا بالراحة والاطمئنان. أما الأكل فكان متنوعًا، لذيذًا، ويُقدَّم بطريقة جميلة ومرتبة. بصراحة من أجمل الفنادق التي زرتها، وأنصح به بكل تأكيد. وشيء آخر شخصي أنا في الحقيقة تأخرت يومين كاملتين من وصولي إلى الفندق ولكن في آخر يوم تفاجأت بان الموظف يقول لي بكل ادب واحترام بأننا سوف نعوضك يومين الذي تأخرت عنهم في مجيئك لنا بسبب الطيارة ، إذا تريد وبدون أجار 🙏🙏

Chambre spacieuse Le personnel de la réception est adorable : souriant, disponible, serviable. Merci à Hicham pour m'avoir organisé un pick-up pour l'aéroport de Tanger! Gentillesse du personnel de petit-déjeuner (je n'ai pas eu à faire avec les femmes de chambres) Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est convenable, complété par une bouteille d'eau et un verre d'oranges pressées. L'hôtel a un restaurant mais ne sert pas d'alcool. Le restaurant le RESTINGA est situé en pleine ville, est excellent et sert de l'alcool (à 8 mn à pied de l'hôtel)
Il n'y a aucune insatisfaction qui m'ait été provoquée par cet hôtel, qu'il s'agisse du personnel comme de l'établissement lui-même. Je ne regrette aucunement mon choix et reviendrai ici si je devais revenir à Tetouan!!

Reviewed Sep 30, 2025الموقع وسط البلد وبجانبه مقاهي ومطاعم وبقالات وبنوك وصرافين بكثرة حسن تعامل الاستقبال هشام ومحمد وحمزة وعاملة نظافة الغرفة اعتقد اسمها زهرة. توجد في الغرفة ثلاجة واسعة وسجادة للصلاة واتجاه القبلة الافطار لا بأس به ولو ترك الاختيار للضيف بدون وجود مساعد لكان افضل من تجهيزها مسبقا وان كان الاختيار متاحا
عدم وجود غلاية وعدم وجود قرعة ماء للشرب وعدم وجود صندوق زبالة في الغرفة وليس في الحمام المصعد واحد وبطئ الافطار تنقصه السلطة الخضراء والزبادي

Lots of local bread to choose and the staff would help to heat them. Coffee/tea, juice and water was also served by staff.
