The hotel has a beautiful reception, w/ cafe & modern rentable Hall. The staff is friendly & helpful. The rooms are in back, at ground level, not so modern, but clean. Walking distance to beach promenade & restaurant.

Lobby and dining not enclosed and hot. Need to be air-conditioned and closed.

We were served beers and you could see dirt/rust in the bottles. The waiter and bar tender insisted on cleaning the inside of the bottles. I showed it to the desk manager and he said he wouldn’t drink it. In power your employees to handle situations.

The water has no adjustment to make it warm. The beddings were poorly make. The bed sheet could hardly cover my body same as the blanket. Good to see in the picture but not in actual. And has roach in my towel

It is recommended by the locals as their best hotel. However, they charge for everything extra such as pillows, etc. Amenities in the room aren’t sufficient. Not enough towels, NO washcloths, NO hand towels. There is no pool either. Shuttle to & from the airport is convenient but anywhere else has a charge. Overall, it is good enough for a few days stay.

The place was very near San Jose Airport. Staff are all accomodating and friendly. The place was good, transportation is accesible. Its just the aircon in the room was not that cold, maybe its because of the hot weather during our stay. Food at the dining is affordable.

Our deluxe queen room came only made up with a single sheet. When informed the staff gave us another sheet. This time a double sheet. Managed to make the bed using both. No hot water. When told, maintenance came and fixed the problem but then in the morning soaped up and the water stopped. Had to use the toilet hose to wash off. Good aircon, good dark room for sleeping. Lovely, friendly staff

There was a free parking, near the airport, the restaurant has variety of delicious foods and drinks to choose from, the staff are very attentive and helpful, the room was kept clean and tidy, all requests were granted quickly or asap, there a generator standby so no brownouts, the aircon was working well, shower has hot water but water flow is very slow… over all I rate the hotel 10 out of 10, excellent.

Overall the rooms are average clean. I have to ask on our third day to clean it up and give us fresh towels and shampoo

Short but great stay. Excellent dinner and service. Only not so good you mention free Airport Shuttle. But your Shuttle service starts only at 07.00 a.m. and the flight ist at 06.30 a.m in the morning - so no big help.

Unfortunately there was a power outage in San Jose. Good thing Seasons has a generator. The rooms were hot and this is one of the few hotels that still require the room key to be in inserted in a power slot. If you leave the room the power goes off. Took over 4 hours for the room to cool down. the room should have been pre-cooled. The wifi has a strong signal in the reception area but it is weak in the rooms. Overall my stay was nice and the staff are great.

I had a 2 night stay at the seasons Hotel and it was a very nice stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We did have to request an extra blanket but aside from that there were no issues. The complimentary breakfast was a made to order breakfast and the food was good. The staff at the hotel were excellent. The services that provided really made any interaction enjoyable. I recommend using their airport shuttle. They were waiting for us when we arrived, the van was in great shape and had aircon. While we were arriving at the airport for our departure my girlfriend realized that she forgot a bag in our room. The driver went back to get the bag for her as we checked in. They really went above and beyond and that was appreciated.

This property is close to the airport, the beach and the staff was execellent.

Been going to Mindoro since I was 6yrs old and I could say that I haven't seen anything like Seasons. I found the place very comfortable since the rooms are not only spacious but kept pristine clean at every check-in. The food is as good as it gets for a place far away from city centers. (They even serve Chinese food) Staffers have always been amicable; the people never miss a step in terms of courtesy. This is a place which city-dwellers can adjust seamlessly to the much rural lifestyle southwest of Metro Manila.

Had to fly out last minute to visit my food franchises in the different supermarkets in Occ. Mindoro. Great experience and great service considering that it's a relatively new hotel in the area. Will definitely stay here whenever I visit Occidental Mindoro again. 5 stars for great service!

Everything is complete, and the staff were very accomodating. Kudos to this hotel! Will definitely be back with more people! The view is also very relaxing, best beach spot in the area of Mindoro!!!!!

Used this hotel to go around the city. In terms of value for money, this hotel is at the top of my list given the amenities and service you receive. The location is great and the staff are extremely helpful and readily available to attend to your needs. Its a no fuss hotel and you definitely get more than what you expect given how affordable it is to stay here. Thumbs up as well to their manager who gave us a couple tips on what to do during our stay. He recommended to us some tours we should be taking. An extra thumbs up cause they have an in house Chinese restaurant that served great Chinese food! Would recommend!!!

Clean vicinity, courteous and prompt staff

Upon entering the hotel, the hotel's vibe is very calm and relaxing given the trees and plants surrounding the area. Staff were friendly, accommodating and fairly well-trained. Rooms are clean and affordable. Value for money is there. Location is near the airport. They also provide van service to and from the airport to the hotel. Restaurant serves quality and affordable Chinese dishes. Personally, my favorite is the sweet and sour pork! They also have a lobby bar where you can have drinks with friends. They also arrange island hopping tours for guests. Will recommend Pandan Island!

This hotel is out of the way and not a great option if you want to stay the night to take the RoRo from Bulalacao Port. For a start the 50 km trip is a 60 to 90 minute drive depending on the time of day and weather. Once there the hotel is just okay. In spite of appearing nearly empty we were put in back rooms. Our bed had someone else's hair on the sheets, and more than a few which was disconcerting but we were too tired at that point to ask for a remake. The air-conditioner was old and noisy and whatever I tried pointed straight at the bed so an uncomfortable nights sleep.

Had a really great holiday here and meeting family. The hotel is clean and nothing is to much trouble. The staff are most definitely the most helpful and friendliest I’ve ever come across. I definitely recommend this hotel and will come back when next in the Philippines.

The hotel is ok but may quite expensive,just near the airport The water flow is very slow, so damn slow. Room is ok Breakfast is just right Staff, they are friendly Overall, I would choose another hotel

Together with my office mates, we only stayed over night and got a two-bed sharing accommodation with extra bed. The amenities inside the room were alright, including towels, heated shower, and free bottles of water. Inclusive of the booking is the complimentary breakfast and it was available as early as 6am since we need to leave by 7am going to our next destination. The choices of food were Filipino dishes, including my favorite dish, dried beef (tapa). Brewed coffee was also served but I asked for tea bag and it was given instantly. For the dessert (not included in the free breakfast), I ordered a slice of carrot cake and a delight indeed! By the way, the wifi is also available in the room. the account name and password will be provided upon check-in. The rooms are ground level only and the pathway connecting them is narrow which is quite crowded for a two-way direction.

Location: Convenient near the airport. Pros: The room had AC and water heater in the shower. Nice lobby/reception area. Includes breakfast. Airport pick up and drop off. Cons: The room we booked was not as what we were expecting, on the website it looked huge and comfy. The bed sheets, pillow case had stains, my husband and I had to share one blanket. Bathroom door does not shut. Dog/s were barking the whole night, we couldn't sleep. Mosquitos in the room. Customer Service: Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Overall experience was alright. It's good enough to have a room to spend an overnight.

We had booked one night at Seasons Hotel and Convention Center on our way to Coron, but for some reason the boat wasn't running that day so we had to stay for 2 nights instead. It is a pretty decent hotel for the price. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It has A/C, and when the power went out they fired up their generator in less than a minute. The laundry service was appreciated as well. During our stay the restaurant was closed so we had to eat all of our meals in the lobby, which was very hot and is open to the elements. There was a conference going on and those guests were allowed to be in the restaurant, but the paying hotel guests only got the lobby. But the food was better than I expected. I don't think anyone in our group had any complaints about the food, but after the first day and a half we all had stomach problems. All 9 of us were in and out of the bathroom for most of our stay, so we switched to chips from the convenience store. But like I said, the food tasted good, we all just ended up getting sick. The downsides: The service staff was pretty bad, even for Philippines. We could hardly ever get a menu, even with 9 of us sitting at a table, and when we would ask for menus they would bring us ONE to share among all of us. Every time we needed another drink we had to go and ask for one, and I had one time where the girl behind the bar saw me coming, put her head down and pretended to focus on her notebook very hard, and refused to acknowledge me even after I said "Excuse me" right in front of her. Someone else eventually came by, took my money, and promptly brought me my drink about 10 minutes later. Aside from the servers, the front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. HOWEVER, I do have one concern. They were going to book tickets for us to Coron, and the Montenegro Line wasn't running on the one day. They said we would have to stay for 2 days, and I told them that I know of another boat, the Bunso line that also goes to Coron. The guy behind the desk said "Oh, that one isn't running either" so we had no choice but to stay 2 nights. The next day we found out that the Bunso boat WAS running that day, and we didn't have to miss a day in Coron to spend more money at Seasons. I confirmed it again when we got to the pier 2 days later, the Bunso was running the whole time. I now wonder if the guy even looked it up. The people I spoke with had no reason to lie about the boat, but the hotel made lots of extra money by keeping us there for 2 days. Financially it's a good move, doubling your profits, but I ended up paying for 5 rooms in Coron and 5 rooms at Seasons, costing me lots of extra money.

I checked in seasons hotel the only hotel that accepts credit cards. The management and staff was great. The management was able to book me my 3 days making adjustments even though they were fully booked. The restaurant room and security staffs were very understanding kind and helpful. The bed we're comfortable clean sheets air-conditioning. The bathroom is clean very nice hotel I would recommend top of the line. Believe me my family and I shopped. Thank you. Rating I would give it 5 stars

We stayed here 1 night and it was awful : we got bitten all night by bed bugs, the room looked brand new and clean though. The view from our window was on the aircon exhausts of the other rooms :( We clearly noticed a problem in the staff management : they asked us several times the same questions all along, showing clear inefficiency in the team. Also, they asked us to pre order our breakfast for the next morning 5:15am (we had to catch the only flight back to Manila - so they are supposed to be used to it as there is only 1 flight per day..), but which we finally had to wait from 5:10 to 5:45am in the restaurant...and only got our coffee ! No food. So I wonder why they asked us to pre order the night before in the 1rst place ??!! Finally they made mistakes in the bill and tried to charge us 20% more. Mistakes happen, but the worse was that the receptionist didn't apologize and called her Manager to know what to do ??!! No ownership, no initiative, no customer service.

Seasons Hotel is new, fresh, neat and peaceful (thumbs up to their bathroom). You won't get bored using the cable TV and enjoy the free and fast wifi. It is also just a few steps away to the beach. They serve delicious food and have their own convenient store, perfect for your budget. Though the hotel has a reception area, I still hope the new building includes the lobby area to entertain the guests and give more privacy to restaurant.

The hotel is very new. Staff are friendly. Always smiling. They are ready to help me. The room is the best I have seen in San Jose. Will stay here again. Compared to all the hotels here in San Jose, this hotel is beyond compare. They made the hotel standard in San Jose very high. Congrats to Seasons and to us travelers.

Convenient for overnight stay or layover while waiting for flight. Helpful staff, very near airport and with free shuttle. Tricycles are available if you want to go to town center, which is very near. . Rooms are new and still expanding. Best wishes!
