L'appartement était très spacieux, agréable et très propre. Le ménage était fait tous les jours ce qui était très appréciable. L'accès à la plage était assez près et il y avait du take away près de l'appartement.

Personnel adorable, très à l’écoute et disponible. Nous avions un appartement très confortable pour 4 avec nos deux enfants (lits séparés pour eux) Petite piscine agréable en fin de journée. Les sculptures de serviette dans les chambres sont toujours très appréciés. Parking ok et à 5 min à pieds de la plage de beau vallon. Je recommande vivement

Welcoming, communicative and helpful hosts, both before and during our stay. The apartments are extremely spacious and comfortable with a large balcony. The utility room with washing machine was a particular bonus. The air con worked very well and the kitchen had pretty much all of the equipment you needed (as with all self-catering accommodation I've ever stayed in, a knife sharpener would have been a welcome addition). The pool is small but perfectly formed for cooling off in with a nice shaded relaxation area next to it. The location is great - 10 mins walk to the main beach lots of food options, and there are (I think) 4 minimarts within 5 mins walk. Lots of parking space for rental cars and a security gate for peace of mind. I'd highly recommend Tropical Hideaway for families.

The lighting in the apartment was a bit dim, but that's about it.

Éramos una familia de 5 y nos pusieron una cama supletoria en la habitación de las 2 camas . La limpieza diaria excepcional Como llegamos tarde , el dueño nos proporcionó todo lo necesario para el desayuno al día siguiente. Tienes cerca todo lo necesario supermercado, comida para llevar, restaurantes… Hay un parking gratuito para el coche. Te dan toallas para uso en la playa La playa de Beau Vallon está a 5 min andando. La piscina es pequeña pero está bien para refrescarte después de un día de calor. El personal es muy servicial en todo lo que se puede necesitar. El wifi va bien pero solo en la zona del salón , en las habitaciones va y viene por momentos. El apartamento es enorme y completísimo. Gracias Derec por todo

Siamo stati molto bene. Appartamento enorme e pulitissimo. Posizione perfetta per famiglie con bambini. Dopo aver fatto gite e esplorato l'isola nel pomeriggio tornavamo sempre a vedere il tramonto alla spiaggia di beau vallon.

The Lodge was well located 10 Min walk from various Restaurants. Staff attended to all inquiries rapidly and a provided a service with a smile.

There were a lack of Power points in the main bedroom.

Tesis çok temiz ve çalışanlar çok ilgili. Fiyatları biraz pahalı olması haricinde bir sorun yok. Kalmak için konum ve olanaklar gayet güzel. Tesis sahibine teşekkür ederim.

Perfect location, everything in walking distance - bus stop, beach, shops, take aways. Hotel is nice, pool is clean, the staff very helpfull - everyday cleaning, even washing the dishes for us. Beautiful hotel area, incl the small playground and the turtle just in front of our room. Our apartment was really spacious, I think the pictures undersell the reality little bit. My family was really happy here.

Barbed wire around the whole area. Yes, I know - typical for Africa, but especially the one near the pool worsen the general look and view. Neighbors had very loud parties during the weekend. Its not failure of the hotel, but it bothered us until Sunday 9PM! In my opinion, price to value ratio is not that good as you may find some cheaper hotels near by. We selected this one just one week in advance and it was one of the last available (and nice) in Beau Vallon.

Sehr nettes Team. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Busstation 2 Min. und Supermarkt 3 Min. zu Fuss. Der Bus fährt ziemlich regelmässig.

У нас был 3 этаж если сильный дождь слышно как будто вам по голове стучат.Рядом в 5 метрах от нашей стороны толи ночной клуб толи ресторан один раз за неделю была гулянка музыка на полную и все гости орали ещё громче музыки до 3 ночи слышно было как будто у вас в номере.И ещё при выезде у нас самолет в 23.50 выселяют в 10.00 при том что в наш номер и в соседний так никто и не заехал.мы такси ждали в беседке в ограде до ночи

The location was excellent, close to nice beach and many restaurants, bars and cafes. The hosts were very kind and nice, super helpful. The property was in excellent condition with daily cleaning services.

The owner and his team were incredibly welcoming and ensured we were well looked after throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s location is ideal — just a few minutes walk to the beach, shops, bazar, restaurants. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Beau Vallon, or for a base to explore Seychelles.

The apartment had a filter coffee machine, but would be great to have other options for making fresh coffee.

Located in the Beau Vallon close to the beach and some restaurants, Victoria is also a short drive. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and well-equipped, we travelled with 3 kids under 5 and the owner made sure we stayed on the ground floor right next to the playground. They provided baby cot and high chair for our baby and even let us stay in the apartment after check-out for some extra money. The cleaning and mantainance service is excellent, the owners are very nice and flexible.

Within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach of Beau Vallon the location is great. The appartments are huge, spacious, well equipped, with good cooking, cleaning, beds, and most of all aircon. The photos undersell the space substantially. The pool is small, but well maintained and perfect for a quick dip. The stars of the show are Usie, Derek, and their team. They were on hand to help with even the smallest hiccups, and went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and comfortable. We arrived after a redirected flight, having been out of contact for hours and following a last minute booking. They were able to take in stride, help us after a tiring journey, and even source a car to rent after not a single agency at the airport had one. Thank you for rescuing our holiday!

Our stay at Tropical hideaway was phenomenal. The place was very clean, spacious, it had great facilities and the pool was nice and refreshing. Due to heavy flight delays we didn't get our luggage when we landed, but the owner Derek helped us get to the airport where we luckily found it on our second day. We could write any small or big question to Derek and he would help us. Things like help printing boat tickets, getting the correct phone number for our airline, getting in contact with a good driver - and the list goes on and on. Due to our special needs, because of our little daughter, Derek and his staff helped us at almost every turn. Very considerate, kind and nice people. The staff was thorough, kind, quick and efficient. They helped us with the bags whenever we were coming in or leaving the place. All in all a great experience and I can only recommend staying here.

The apartment was very well appointed and the owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. It was close to the beach and also had local stores and places to eat nearby. All-in-all, very convenient and comfortable.

My last night, when I had to get up at 0500 the next day, the neighbours had a very loud party which lasted at least until 0300. Not great.

Wonderful accommodation, friendly and helpful staff. We rented an apartment for 4 people, they waited for us upon arrival, took all the luggage to the apartment. The owner greeted us and gave us many very useful tips. The first day's welcome was waiting for us in the fridge (water, juices, bread, eggs, butter,...). In the apartment we had two bedrooms with their own bathroom, a large living room with a dining room and a large kitchen, and additional toilet and a utility room with a washing machine and ironing equipment. The apartment was cleaned every day and surprised us with towel creations in the bedrooms. The entire property is secured and fenced. Very nice and clean garden with swimming pool. For the New Year we got a present from owner. They organized a transfer to the airport for us. We had excellent experience. Market and restaurants/take-away are few minutes away 8walking distance). The beach and the center are less than 10 minutes' walk away.So it was a great location, too.

We are a family of four travelling with a little kid. At first glance we were attracted by the little playground and a swimming pool pictures but oh boy there is way more this accommodation can offer. Starting from a pleasant communication after the booking, following with great service on spot, the team is just amazing. Very attentive, pleasant, polite and always trying to meet any of your needs. We were simply wowed by the level of service at the accommodation. The location is great even for travelling to more distant beaches or hikes (requires a car though). The territory is clean and safe. The rooms are spacious and have all you need. The laundry surcharge only means you need to buy your own detergent. Daily cleaning and towel art - spotless. On the day of arrival it turned out that the ac in the living room was bit working and the accommodation was fully booked. Nevertheless the management did all to make our stay pleasant even in this setting. The next day even it was their day off they cleaned the newly vacant room and moved us to another apartment (earlier than agreed upon arrival). Handled with grace. The welcome package with basic food made our first day stress free. We would love to thank Usie, Derek and Nadir and everyone else from the bottom of our hearts to make our stay truly memorable. If coming back to Mahé, we surely will choose this place for our stay.

There were only six units at this accommodation. The owners were very welcoming. Their staff, especially Nadeera, was super helpful and friendly. The apartments are big, clean, and the property is super well maintained! Daily! The view of the mountains and low hanging clouds, from the upper apartments and even from the pool, is lovely. Hands down, if we go back to Seychelles or send friends, we would recommend Tropical Hideaway over any big hotels. (It had all the extras: locally owned and personal, AC, a beautiful pool, daily apartment cleaning, beds made and dishes done.) We walked to the beach (5min), and there were local restaurants and grocery stores to pick from. We had a car and so this central location was perfect.

The staff here are so lovely and go above and beyond to look after you. The apartment was super spacious and clean. Location was nice and quiet and close enough to Beau Vallon beach.

Property is perfect for families. Appts are spotless and finished to an excellent modern standard. Staff, from the welcome at reception to house keeping are exceptional, warm and super friendly. There is a lovely supermarket, chop shop, next door and you are only a ten minute walk to the beach. Could t fault it.

The windows and doors are not tight so it happens that you hear noise from outside and bugs or insects get inside, which happened to us several times.

Everything was great. The pool has been used by us quite often and the kids loved it. The beach was in easy reach and there is always someone on site looking after the property. We will come again.

The security features are great. The apartment has everything you need. The location is very good too. The housekeeping staff and the owners are nice people. The property is well maintained and the view is exceptional.

The only drawback was the default switching off of the living room AC by 11.30pm and switching it back only by 9.30am. The apartment is big so it does get stuffy. For the price paid, I believe this facility should not be restricted by the owner. On our last night one of our bedroom ACs stopped working too so it did get uncomfortable especially since it was hot outside. The basic appliances like toaster and kettle could do with a deep clean.

Best of best in Beau Vallon in terms of location and perfect stay for families. Very clean and well maintained place. Based on my frequent visits to this country, this place is most convenient which is close to beach and supermarkets

The plates are very delicate and they can get broken easily when using them in the microwave. The property plates are not safe to use in microwave. (The family were very kind and they did not charge us) The AC in king bed room is not cooling properly. The AC in the living room is only works between 9:30 AM until midnight.

The location is right on a main road - it's not noisy, but there aren't many pavements and no street lighting, so it's fairly treacherous at night.

Everything was extremly perfect. Talma and her husband are one of the best hosts whom I have ever met. They paid attention to every house guests(not only just us). My english is not sophisticated enough to write down all the kindness and all the positive things which Talma and her Husbund gave to us. No good words can describe their hospitality.
