Pinar Pansiyon

The breakfast was a typical delicious Turkish breakfast! Fresh bread, veggies and a boiled eggs and Turkish tea. The staff were very friendly. Sevghi and her son assisted us at breakfast. Beautiful hart people! Will definitely return. It’s centrally located, close to the bus stop and walking distance from old town and the harbour! Looking forward to going back.

The room was basic but fine for the price. The breakfast on terrace was nice.

Bagno piccolo , classica colazione turca

This was the worse place i ever seen. And i have travelled to more than 120 countries. Its one thing to book a hotel with low stars and another where you get missleading information. This was Disgusting. It says 4 stars, this dont even have 1 star. They didnt even check passports when checked in. No possibility to shower because it was no water on max, i even filmed it and will inform the authority of turkish Tourism about this scam. The bed had really bad madrasses it better to sleep on the floor and avoid a herniation disc next morning. The smell of the sheets was not nice at all. We booked four nights at this place and had to leave before we even spent one night. Im glad we found another that was clean and fresh with water and soap in the shower. These reviews cant be correct. Its a very bad entrance with high stairs. It feels really disgusting. How dare they charge this much? I will make take this scam further and inform the government about this. I cant allow this to happen to anyone. When we where going to leave it was no staff anywhere... it feels very unsafe and very bad. Hotels should take this scam seriously and stop supporting this scam.

Mükemmel temiz bi yer. Şehir merkezinde olması büyük avantaj. Kahvaltıları da güzel.

The single room is quite small and you cannot place your luggage, but it is overall clean. The breakfast is basic, but it is decent. The staff is helpful. Quite in the center of the City.

Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz. Bir daha gelicez.

I liked the location, it was very near the centre. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast on the rooftop terras was very good. But they did not clean my room in the 4 days I was there. The shower has not much water pressure. And I was charged €4 more then what it said on the site. Because I could not be charged in euro's on creditcard or cash.

Tesekkurler

Close to bus station and town centre. Breakfast is ok with homemade jam. Room is very basic, bed is too soft. Charge too high for this standard.

The exterior of the hotel looked a bit shabby but for the price you pay it is not going to be the Ritz. Very steep steps up to the hotel and once inside the stairs are very narrow and steep too. Having a dodgy knee I would have liked a handrail to help the climb. The room was a bit dated but very clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was good considering the price paid and there was plenty on your plate. The location is excellent as it is right in the centre of Kas and everything is just a short walk away. I think that the hotel is more suited to the younger, fitter age group not ancient crumblies like us. But, like I said at the start of this review for the price paid it was good value accommodation

Herşey çok güzel.. Tavsiye ederim. Temizlik çok iyiydi. Teşekkür ederiz..

Bon emplacement calme

Kendinizi evinizde hissediyorsunuz

Very friendly staff. Great location and a very good breakfast.

Merkezi yerde olmasi nedeniyle tercih edilebilir.

I enjoyed my stay at Pinar Pension. The accomodation is basic but comfortable and clean. The single room is really tiny but it's a good option for budget accomodation in Kas. The breakfast was good and the rooftop terrace is really nice. The location is probably the best part as it's situated just behind the main street but away from the noise. I would stay again.

Great location and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again :)

Resepsiyon güler yüzlü karşıladı, ilgilendi ve güleryüzle yolcu etti. Oda temiz.

Arkadas canlisi nazik ekip, merkezi konum, teras kapanma donemlerinde işlevsel, kahvalti gercekten lezzetli. Fiyat performans 10/10

One of our friend suggested here. Location of the Pınar Pension is very central and all premises are very close you can walk all around Kaş. This is a family pension so all breakfast products prepared by themselves and very clean, fresh and tasty. Rooms are spacious and quite large I think that will satisfy you. And finally, I would like to say something for valuable staff Ali and Bilal for smiling faces, kindness and great hospitality. Keep going like this and see you next year...

It was a decent place.

Perfect family ran budget hotel. It’s located right off the Main Street and they have free parking available. Beautiful breakfast buffet served every morning. My room had the most comfortable bed I’ve had while I’ve been traveling in Turkey. Thanks for a great stay.

I was surprised how small the room was , tho it was clean. The shower / toilet was very clean and new but again small. A good breakfast. The name of the hotel should be changed to 'The Keep Fit Hotel ' as there are SO many steps to climb.

We booked a room for 1 night in this hotel. We went a little bit early that day and wanted a room just to change our clothes and do some preperstion for the sea. the guy in the reception gave us a really hard time but a last he gave us a temporary room. While using the bathroom I cut my leg and 2 drops of blood spilled on a towel. After exiting the room I spesifically told them about this towel and mentioned they didn’t have to give me a new towel and they can put this one in my room. 5 minutes after this guy from the hotel called and told me things so bad even when I think about I feel ashamed. He told me things like “How could I spill blood on his towels? Now he has to buy new ones.” “You have to pay for new ones”. He basically shouted at me and I left the hotel without accomodating and found a new one last minute.

we had a perfect time at this small hotel. we booked 2 rooms, 4 persons. we got rooms next to each other, very nice. rooms are clean, nice balcony and airconditioned! breakfast is perfect too, roof terrace with nice view. we always return here, because of the location too: in the old town!

What a fabulous find. Pinar Pansiyon has so many positives. The location is at the town center and walkable to everything including the boat docks and amazing restaurants. I was traveling solo and felt comfortable walking around the area all the time. The Room was clean and comfortable. I had a balcony with rooftop views that I loved. The Breakfast had many choices. The staff was caring and helpful and friendly when out of their way to help me book my next hotel because they were sold out--again and Ali even gave me a ride to my next place. Ali has a wealth of knowledge about the area and loves to help set itineraries... he continued to help me when I was at the next hotel. The rooftop patio has the best views in the city. I will return!!!

Pinar Pansiyon is exactly what I was looking for. A clean, comfortable room with a private bathroom. To save money, I booked the smallest room possible. It had a balcony with a door.... and rooftop views. The staff are friendly, the location is right in the center, the prices are amazing, the breakfast is buffet with a wide variety of foods. And the rooftop patio was my hangout. I felt comfortable walking around the area, even at night--alone. Highly recommend!!!

The owner spoke great English. He was very helpful and provided wonderful service. The homemade breakfast was great. Spotty WiFi was our only issue.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. As with so many other pansiyons in Kas, the location gave easy access to the harbour area. Nice roof top terrace for breakfast. Good Turkish breakfast. Not impressed that payment was demanded in Euro only - cash - this property is in Turkey where the currency is the Lira. Room tiny. Smallest double room I have ever stayed in. Bathroom tiny. Wet bathroom is not to my liking. Towels were like fresh sandpaper and old. Very steep stairs to access the building. No onsite parking, but parking is possible on the street. Being there in shoulder season we managed to get parking daily but expect in peak season it becomes difficult. Plenty of eateries in close walking distance.

I feel very relaxed staying at Pinar pension house. Everyone is just just chill and helpful, so you will feel at home. It's a family-run business, and everyone from mom and dad to their son, Ali, and his cousin, Osman, are involved in the management. It's not a fancy place for sure. But it is very clean. The breakfast is also great. For the very reasonable price you pay it is really a great value. There are fancier places in Kas. But I'll come back and stay at Pinar.

Ali and Osmar are very friendly hosts. We called the pension spontanously and they got a room for us without any problems. Location - the pension lies in the local section, where you feel the turkish taste of living. It is still really close to the center of Kas. Facility - we had the room on the north. The room was very small but had all you need. Food - really enjoyable breakfast buffet with a amazing view on the rooftop

Shower not separate therefore everything gets wet, however does clear away quickly. Staff very friendly, manager very helpful. Breakfast absolutely delicious

With 2 minutes walk to the square, this is a nice accomodation option with its functional rooms for people who do not care about a luxury staying. Staff is very helpful and charming, breakfast and the restaurant is nice with its sea-view terrace. Mr. Ali (owner) is reachable always and a prompt fixer.

Tucked away in a scruffy back street and Pinar Penysion suits its surroundings. Very dated and very basic. Couldn't recommend it and plenty of much better and same price accommodation in Kas. Staff not very friendly either. Gross basic breakfast, everything looks like it is from 1970's. No reception and feels more like a hostel in Asia than a hotel. It's dated and doesn't live up to the reviews. Wouldn't recommend it and won't be staying there again.

I stayed in Pinar for 2 weeks and the quality of room was great! It is located right between the bus station and the harbor but at the same time it is very quite. At an affordable price you get a room with a double bed, your private bathroom, air-conditioning and your own balcony. Breakfast is included, it is modest but absolutely enough for the morning. The pension is run by Ali and his family who are very kind and will do their best to help you with anything you need. Ali's english is very good so you'll have no problem communicating with him. Very satisfied with my stay in Pinar Pansiyon!

Very good value pension in the central town, 5 mins from Otogar, 5 mins from the harbour, lots of good eateries around. Clean, small rooms, but with sweet little balconies onto fruit trees. Breakfast on the terrace was decent enough. Boreks for breakfast was a bonus!

Kas is very small city. It's on a hill. The pansiyon is around 10 minutes walk from the bus stop and 5 minutes walk to the center. That's how it is small. The Pansiyon is small and owned by family. The mum cooks and they eat from the same breakfast. Breakfast for me was really good. Cheese, sausages, different types of homemade jams, some yummy bakes, and other traditional plates. It's very clean, by far more clean than hotels. I enjoyed sleeping smelling the cover freshly washed. The guy running the hotel speaks decent English and can arrange trips for you. He helped us find a calm spot by the sea to hang out and he adviced us with good restaurants.

stayed for 4 weeks, small single room but very clean, nice bed, airco, good bathroom. even a balcony with chair and table. ropes outside to hang your swimming suits and towels. excellent breakfast buffet at roof top terrace. very nice owners. location is perfect, in the middle of the center, although very quiet. perfect value for money.

Whereas the breakfast and rooms were all nice, the manager was incredibly rude. Upon arrival we told him we had booked a room with 3 single beds (as we were 3 single people) and he said "Well this is all there is, you can go somewhere else". We had booked on booking.com so we would be charged either way so we did not have a choice. The booking we confirmed was a much bigger room with a much bigger bathroom and a balcony. Later the guy said booking.com doesnt give details and that it just says 3 people, which I really just do not believe, but we let it go as there was absolutely nothing we could do if he refused to let us have one of the bigger rooms. Then when checking out as three separate people we tried to pay with 3 separate debit cards. He accepted a credit card payment from my friend then looked at my card and told me and my other friend we can't pay by card and we have to go to the ATM and pay him in cash. I have lived in Turkey 2 years and have never had that happen so I told him my card does work here, and insisted on using it. He then go very pissed off and said, never mind you just don't understand what I am saying. Then he charged the rest of the amount just on my friend's card so that after we left I still had to go to the ATM and give my friend the cash which he then had to take to his bank to deposit. I will absolutely go back to Kas and enjoyed the wonderful breakfast and found the rest of the staff very kind and polite but will not stay at the hotel unless this guy is no longer working there.

Stayed there for 2 nights in August. Very friendly atmosphere, and recommending for singles had a welcome and safe feeling. Walking distance of everything. Excellent home made Turkish breakfast that only was the price more than worth.. would go again. Perfect spot to stay in combination with a trip to the greek island Meis, everything at walking distance.

I adored this family run pension! I had an excellent stay here and highly recommend it! Firsly, the staff (Ali and his family) are beautiful, friendly and helpful people - I stayed here for 5 nights and they began to feel like good friends. The breakfast is one of the best Turkish breakfasts I've had! Really, amazing breakfast. The rooftop terrace is fantastic - great place to chill and there's possibility to sleep up there - ask about that! The view is spectacular. I would go back in a heart beat.

Everything was above our expectations regarding the price we have paid. The location is good. They had a very good breakfast with home made foods. The staff were welcoming and very helpfull. They had a very nice terrace. The only poor aspect about hotel was the small room and uncomfortable bed.But in terms of value for money for me Pinar is excellent.

Pinar Pansiyon is in a decent location, near the beach in central Kas. A five minute walk from the restaurants and stalls. Ali has decent English and was very helpful. We spent one night in a room with a balcony and one night without a balcony, the balcony room was obviously much nicer. Will definitely stay again, hopefully for a longer period of time as Kas is beautiful. Thank you Ali

I love this pension. The owner, Ali is very helpful, sincere and talkative. The location is perfect in Kaş. We walk everywhere what we want. The Breakfast is so delicious that I get fat😀 Also you can swim all the beaches. Pınar Pension is very close to the beaches. I want to go there again and again. Thank you Ali for everything.😊😊
