Die Zimmer sind sauber, wir hatten einen sehr guten Putzmann namens Mustafa.

Das Hotel ist altmodisch und sanierungsbedürftig, die Toiletten in der Rezeption dreckig, das Frühstück war nicht lecker. Das Wlan funktionierte gar nicht und die Zimmermöbel waren alle alt und kaputt (wir konnten die Schranktüren nur mit Mühe öffnen). Wir reisten zu dritt an, wir Eltern mit Kind (3 Jahre alt) und erhielten ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. Als wir die Rezeption fragten ob wir ein weiteres Bett bekommen würden hiess es, ein zusätzliches Bett kostet 10$ extra pro Nacht. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Wir werden nicht wieder in dieses Hotel gehen und empfehlen es niemanden weiter.

للمرة الثالثة أسكن في هذا الفندق بحجز غرفة مساحتها 50 م ويتم إسكاني في غرفة مساحتها 28 م وبحجة هذه الغرف المتاحة للحاجزين عبر البوكنج وقد أبلغتكم بذلك في المرات السابقة وبدون فائدة ، وليس هناك بديل أفضل في هذه المحافظة وما حولها .

Kaputt Türe.Alte dreckige Teppich,kappt Sefbox ,im Restaurant dreckige stuhle .das Hôtel Zimmer braucht Renevation ,im loppy die WC ohne Papier,das ist schade

Overall, the stay was very comfortable. Everything was in good condition and there were no major issues. The staff was polite and helpful

The only downside was that breakfast was served late, and on the day of check-out, it was delayed as well, so we had to leave without having it in order to catch our travel schedule

The reception is very good, Very good attitude, very meticulous and enthusiastic. the reception who's name is Shrouk Ragaee made a good impression on me. She helped us a lot.

There iwas a party until one o'clock AM. it was hard to sleep.

Location is great, allowed us to check in early, felt safe, and housekeeping staff were very nice!

Wi-Fi is basically non existent so don’t depend on it, especially if you’re working from home! Breakfast was average at best. The really annoying this is that this is also a club where weddings happen and/or couples come to have their wedding shoots. So the entrance can get really crowded and the guards are a little intimidating every time you want to walk to your room. Should be cheaper for the city and amenities.

It’s a grand place but rather spread out. The rooms were fine but the WiFi was terrible. I wasn’t sure if it was mainly a wedding venue, a swimming club, or what. The staff were helpful but, like so many places in Egypt the IT infrastructure is poor. Nice room.

breakfast was quite basic, the swimming pool is always occupied with local swimming clubs, every evening terrible loud musik because of parties, Internet connection only stable by the reception

Room over swimming pool Swimming school learning starts from 7:00 AM to 01:00 AM of next day, swimming pool over crowded with children and their family

Ottimo il servizio, un po' vecchiotte e non proprio al top l'arredamento delle camere. La doccia è fatta in modo tale che comunque il bagno un po' si allaghi. Il condizionatore posto esattamente sopra il letto non è proprio una felice. La piscina che viene usata per i corsi non può, in molte ore del giorno, essere usata dagli ospiti.
