Le Nautique Luxury Beachfront Apartments

The rooms were extremely comfortable & each room had a fantastic view of the water. The place was impeccably maintained by Michelle and her team. It is a family run place. Located near shops and restaurants. Highly recommend renting a car to go around the island (which they can help organise).

Near to perfect, outstanding is the friendlyness of realy everybody from the owner to the ever working Raj

We stayed at Le Nautique for two nights upon our arrival to Seychelles. The manager was very kind and accommodating, allowing us an early check-in since our flight arrived in the morning, which we appreciated. The development itself is small, nice, and cozy — a comfortable place to stay. However, if direct access to a sandy beach is important to you, please do thorough research before booking. Despite the pictures showing a sandy beachfront, the property does not actually have one. Instead, the shoreline is rocky with strong currents, making it unsafe for swimming, especially with toddlers. The owners mention that a sandy beach appears during low tide, but from our experience, this seems to be a very limited and seasonal occurrence. So if you’re traveling with young children or want easy beach access, this may not be the ideal choice.

Truly excellent and a slice of paradise. One of the best places we have stayed at. We all loved it and if we get back there we will unquestionably stay there again.

Rekommenderas mycket starkt!

Our time at this hotel in Seychelles was nothing short of perfect. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and offered a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredibly friendly and service-minded staff—and the owners were just as warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We felt truly cared for and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Fantastisk utsikt. Nära till bra restaurang och affär.

We had a great stay in Le nautique. Our room was very comfortable, clean and well furnished. We loved using the barbecue for cooking our fish, enjoying the pool and watching the ocean. We hope we will come back soon.

Bathroom has no ventilation or window and entrance is from the bedroom. Area around property is small and it is not really beach front just a small dock access to the water. It is newly built apartment so it is clean. Furnishing and items are from ikea. King bed looks good but it is not comfortable. It is fenced off property with the gate right onto main road. If you have a car and plan just to sleep over location is fine, but we would not stay there again.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Always very clean. Beautiful views, but no beach. Easy walking into town for restaurants and shops. Close to bus stops. Thoroughly recommend.

Een geweldige locatie. Vriendelijke maar geen opdringige mensen. Konden niet genoeg voor je doen. Wat een aanrader!!! Gaan hier zeker nog een keer heen. Wat een topper.

Helt fantastisk.

Wonderful quiet property! Recommended.

We had a very nice stay. We really recommend la nautique. It is also 4 min from the best beach in mahe, Anse Royal.

Le Nautique was a great stop over place for us. The communication from Annalise before our arrival was faultless and so helpful. We were so stoked by the location of the venue from the airport and Anse Royale. The rooms were super clean and had everything we needed. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. I’m sure we will be back and would absolutely recommend this property to everyone we know. Thank you so much for being great!

Very clean waterfront property. Beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. The staff were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and always readily available to resolve any issues. Will recommend and can't wait to visit again.

Our stay at Le Nautique was wonderful. The team there is very helpful and gentle. Always willing to help and assist when needed. The property is a great very small community with a stunning view on the Indian’Ocean. Every day I enjoyed the sunrise watching the sea ! The flat itself was great, cozy and well furnished. It is really well thought ! Location wise, Anse Royale is quite central and you could easily go on the other side of the Island or up North close to the capital. You have beaches around that are just unbelievable

Incredibly clean and quiet waterfront property. <2 miles to the closest shopping and restaurant center. You can get food delivered to your room. Management is top notch and so are the rest of the staff members.

We stayed 5 days and had a wonderful stay, the apartment is well equipped and we loved the little balcony, it's nice there is a small pool to cool down. All the employees are very nice, and they also helped organize a tour for us. I can highly recommend.

Lovely apartment right on the water. Everything new and modern and well equipped. All the staff were pleasant and helpful, especially Natacha and Raj (?) . We would recommend highly and tell others they really should count on renting a car while here to get around the island.

There is a reason this property is always sold out! The units are modern and comfortable and the staff really go out of their way to maximize enjoyment for guests. Restaurant recommendations were spot on and car rental is easy to organize on site. It’s about a 7 minute walk to town for restaurants and grocery stores.

We had a lovely stay. The property was very nice and the accommodations were great. Latacha was so helpful and extremely pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay of 8 days at this property. The property is clean. The apartment is in very good conditions, well equipped and had everything we needed. The staff is courteous and just outstanding in many aspects. We booked a year before our stay and Annalise made sure we had all our questions timely and correctly answered. She helped book taxi for pickup and drop off, car rental and so on. Everyone, including the guests, during our stay was just amazing. We will get back to Seychelles and stay at the same property.

A great hotel by the beach . They also have one in le nautice

Great place. We stayed here after our flight to Mahé before we were to check in at another place. This place was very clean, very well maintained and had the nicest people.

We stayed at Le Nautique for our 2 first nights in the Seychelles. Very nice and cute condo unit, very clean and very well staffed. The owner is very friendly, bed comfy, really nice bathroom. Only downside, nothing to do onsite, and a bit expensive.

Really nice location, peaceful!

An amazing stay, we wish we could have stayed longer. Very helpful hosts and staff, nothing is too much trouble. Our chalet was lovely , spotlessly clean and with everything you could need. Wonderful sea views

Amazing place to be based for a 4 night trip on the island. Annalise was super helpful in all aspects of advising where to eat and which beaches to visit. Apartment was spacious, modern, clean and kitchen was well equipped!

It’s better than a hotel in my opinion. It has practically everything and the attention to detail is immaculate. Owner is very friendly too.

We had such a great stay at La Nautique, the place itself is beautiful and everyone was so warm and friendly. Everything we needed was attended to from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The room itself is very spacious, modern and clean, even better than the photos. Sun loungers and kayaks are provided to guests too. We’ll definitely stay here again if we come back to the Seychelles!

We loved everything about our stay at Le Nautique. Our studio apartment was fabulous, very comfortable and well appointed. The property is immaculate and shows pride of ownership. Annalise and Michelle were great to deal with and helped with transfers and car rental as well as being a wealth of information for our day trips around the island. We would love to go back someday!

Excellent choice for staying on Mahe. Quality in everything - appliances, beds, bedding. Spacious and well thought-through. Wonderful management (we communicated with Michelle), highly professional and personable at the same time. One of the best places we've stayed at during the many years of travels.. Hope to be back some day!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean rooms with new amenities. Our check in was very smooth and the property manager Annalise was so helpful. We were given a map, she also organised us a car for our entire stay, which cost us less than what we had found online. The bed was very comfortable, lots of pillows. The walk in shower was lovely, and had good water pressure. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We would come back for sure, thank you!

Nice property, good location but windy in July. Clean, has everything you need and the owner is very nice and answers questions and gives recommendations.

The property was just as pictured. Very clean and the staff was great. Upon check-in, Annalise took time to give us recommendations of what beaches to visit and other things to do in the island. Very helpful. I would definitely recommend having a car. The grocery store is about a 7-10 min walk but literally only a 1 min drive. We basically drove around the island in one day, beach-hopping, and had a blast.

Wonderful, everything was just wonderful.

Terrific property, beautiful surroundings, wonderful staff - and very close to essentials (grocery, food, spirits, etc)

We had an amazing stay at Le Nautique, the appartement is super clean with all the facilities needed. The location is just perfect as it is steps away from the best beaches in Mahé. Supermarket, pharmacy, market are just few minutes drive which is very convenient. We really felt home and we will definitely choose Le Nautique next time in Seychelles.

The apartment was very clean and well designed. The bathroom and bedding were super, as was the kitchen. Onsite parking was close by and easy to move luggage. The property manager helped organized a rent car for us, which worked out very well. The only downside is that that there wasn't any usable beach onsite, but there were good beaches close by, so we didn't see this as a downside. Property management is superior and we really appreciated her help!

We had an amazing time - it's a great location with a beautiful view. The owners are extremely nice and helpful, and the entire property is well-maintained. Everything was just perfect!

Excellent self catering hotel on the Seashore. We had everything we need for life. Excellent staff! Many thanks!!!

We had a beautiful stay at le nautique! It was comfortable, clean, aesthetically pleasing, and the staff was really nice! Would definitely recommend this spot to friends who are coming to mahe.

Our stay at Le Nautique was excellent. The hospitality offered was second to none. Thank you so much for our stay.

From the minute we planned our stay months ago the communication was amazing! We had many questions being visitors from very far away, every one of them were answered immediately and Annalise set us up with a pickup at the airport upon arrival that was awesome! The apartments aren’t too far from the airport and we were so pleased as soon as we pulled into the drive inside the security gates. It was all we hoped for and more. We had a warm welcome from Michelle who went over a few items, provided us with some water bottles and extra cream for our morning coffee. She then took us to our beautiful apartment, #5 which we loved! A great layout, nice tiled floors, great couch with mounted tv, perfect kitchen area, comfortable bed and good size bathroom. We felt SO at home! The sliding door opens to a little covered patio with comfortable chairs (cushions are provided) for relaxing and a small table and chairs. They have plenty of picnic tables, bbq’s, chais and lounges to keep everyone happy. The sparkling turquoise water is practically on your doorstep and SO beautiful. Also kayaks, paddle boards and more to use. Easy walk to the village for little markets and restaurants-lots of good info provided by Michelle. She also set us up with a day tour of the island which was awesome! She can set up tours and activities, she set a catamaran day - unfortunately we had to cancel because of a windy stormy day.

The unit was tastefully done up and well-maintained and the grounds were lovely. We enjoyed our last day in Seychelles relaxing in the beautiful setting by the sea. Thank you, Annalise and Michelle!

Lovely sea view apartments. All very new and modern. Very good outdoor shared area with sun loungers and canoes, paddle boards etc for free use. Only slight disappointment was that weather conditions meant that beach area immediately in front of the apartments was not accessible, though beach was only a 3 minute walk away.

Check-in process was easy and she explained the local area; facilities very clean; host was very personable!

After two weeks in the Seychelles and staying in multiple guest houses, La Nautique was by far the best we experienced. Although this was perhaps the smallest room we stayed in it did provide the cleanest, airiest and best decorated accommodation of our holiday. The service from our host was also top standard and provided us with many local tips and history of the island. Highly recommended.

Stunning location. Very modern waterfront apartment with everything you need, upmarket fixtures etc. Hosts were great a truly great place to stay after flying in. Many thanks.

Immaculately clean and modern and stylish comfortable beds. Lovely kind owner who enjoys spending time talking to you about the Seychelles and what to do on the island. Nice steps into the sea for a swim to the floating swim pontoon. We watched sunrise from our room and the full moon rising over the sea. Beautiful views across the bay to Church, lush hills and small island. Bay protected by a reef so good for swiming and paddle boarding (free to use) Outside gas BQ for cooking fish in evening. Really excellent stay.

We stayed for 4 nights at this beautiful location. On arrival we were greeted warmly by the host, Michelle, who efficiently checked us in and explained all the necessary details regarding the island. Our flight had arrived late and we requested a few days in advance for basic food items in preparation for breakfast, this was very kindly brought for us, which was extremely appreciated. The apartment itself was equipped with everything required for cooking dinner, with even a barbecue! The interior is immaculate with a beautiful walk-in shower. However, it should be noted there can be short power cuts of a couple of hrs during the afternoon (this happened twice, which we were told is unusual). There is no swimming pool, however this is a stunning waterfront property (limited beach even when the water recedes) with access to Kayaks for free. Again, our host was helpful in organising car hire and brilliant suggestions for our stay. We even discovered a great beach we would have otherwise overlooked. The property is child friendly too and there are lots of shops/restaurants/banks minutes away from the apartment, very handy on such a idyllic island. I have recommended this property to friends and family already and we would definitely stay here again in the future. Excellent service, clean and modern accommodation and wonderful surroundings... we couldn’t have asked for more!

I had an additional day in Mahe and wanted to experience more of the island after my work assignment ended. Anneliese was very efficient in terms of communication and being helpful when I arrived. The property has access to the water and I took fool advantage of kayaking. The town is a few minutes walk for foodstuffs, restaurants, and ATMs. Le Jardin du Roi is also in the area, offering a great view.

Very nice self catering efficiency apartments. Beautiful beach and wonderful staff! Located about 20 minutes to the airport with no traffic.

This place is exactly like the pictures, the access to the sea is one of a kind with the stairs leading directly into the beautiful sea - no need for a pool! This area is well sheltered by a reef so great to swim. There is a little island 20 min kayaking and we definitely recommend snorkelling around. Kayaks, long boards and snorkelling gear ready to use + laundry & barbecue area. The flats are brand new and well decorated, and that just enhances the holidays experience. We stayed at others places in Mahé and Praslin and our only regret is that we didn't just stay there from the beginning. Annelise is a great host, always here to help. It is close to everything although would recommend renting a car as the island is worth to get lost and discover. Also there is a great breakfast place close-by called Kafé Kreole on the beach.. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Mahé.
