Reviewed Sep 13, 2025唯一的優點，就是我買到湖景房，早晨跟傍晚的時候確實漂亮。
1. 員工態度很差。剛開車到日月潭的時候問說停車場在哪裡，感覺員工非常的不耐煩。去櫃檯Check in的時候，一直把我們誤認成其他來住宿的人，明明名字都對不上了還一直說只有這組客人入住，講了房型之後才又重新找名單。還有結帳說要刷卡的時候感覺還很不爽。 2. 民宿沒有提供Buffet早餐沒有提前講。直到Check in的時候才說因為入住旅客比較少所以不會請廚師，改成訂早餐店的。但我在任何相關的網站上都沒有看到相關的說明，甚至當我們在現場疑惑的時候還說早餐跟停車已經是附給你們的。 總之花了4000多卻沒有感覺到該有的品質，唯一的優點也只有湖景房的風景。

Reviewed Sep 10, 2025地點很好附近有很多小吃跟當地名產，美味佳餚，而且就在伊達邵碼頭旁，湖景第一排，我們訂的房間是有陽台房型，所以可以坐在陽台賞景聊天，很愜意，只可惜當晚太晚回來，不過租bike或搭船搭纜車都很方便，房間還算整潔乾淨，櫃台人員也是親切有禮，而且有附兩副門卡
如果真要說美中不足的點就是停車場有點距離，走路大概需要三到五分鐘，雖說不遠但如果要上下大行李的時候就必須把車開到民宿門口，前面的路有點窄無法久停，但平日還好車輛不多

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025第一に、スタッフさんがすごく誠実です。 台風が接近していることが判明したのが、すでにキャンセル料が発生する日よりも後だったため、キャンセル料を払うつもりでしたが、前日にわざわざ電話をくださりキャンセル料を払わなくても済む方法がある旨お知らせいただきました。 結果的に台風の影響はあまり受けずに宿泊することができたのですが、お部屋も広く快適で、ロケーションも抜群に良いですし、ホテル1階には美味しいローカル料理のレストランもありました。 印象や快適さがすごく良かったため、客室の壁の塗装がちょっと雑だったのもチャームポイントと思えるほどに、良いホテルでした。

樓層太低，會看到街道上的人（眼對眼 不適合I人太社恐了 門隔音不好，門外聲音很明顯 一樓碗盤聲音會因為樓梯傳上來

Reviewed Apr 20, 2025房間和公共區域都非常整潔乾凈，本次訂兩間房，湖景房可以俯瞰日月潭，出門左轉就是美食街，用餐逛街非常方便，斜對面就可搭乘遊湖船，民宿有賣優待票，有專屬停車位，走幾分鐘就到了
希望早安可以多一些原形食物。

浴缸及很多角落都發霉，地板也很髒，建議自己帶拖鞋不然腳底板很黑，ㄧ樓是餐廳跟櫃檯合在一起，下樓出電梯就感覺油煙，及不喜歡煙味的人也要慎選！

Reviewed Feb 28, 2025Nous avons passé 3 belles nuits dans cet hôtel de taille raisonnable : c'était TOP ! Notre belle chambre se trouve face au lac et aux embarcadères mais reste très calme. Le personnel est vraiment adorable et professionnel. Le petit-déjeuner varie chaque jour avec des mets taiwanais différents. C'était très bien et bon. Si nous devions revenir sur Sun Moon Lake, nous reprendrions cet hôtel sans hésitation.
