Irgendjemand hat eine Plastiktüte über den Rauchmelder gemacht, das geht ja nun überhaupt nicht. Ist ein Sicherheitsrisiko! Sollte darauf geachtet werden von den Reinigungskräften! Die Matratze ist ziemlich weich gewesen!

Персонал не учитывает положение посетителя, впервые прибывщый в Европу и не польностью вникавший в местные правила. Несмотря на мою просьбу о перебронировании с учетом сложившей ситуации и вернут сумму с оплаты на 5 дней, в нем было отказано. А это не малая сумма для меня. Я несколько раз направил свою просьбу и отелу и Booking.com. Но нет никакого отзыва. В помещенни отсутвовали много чего, о чем было заявлено в сайте. Кондиционер работает слишком шумно. В номере отсутствуют тумбочки, шкаф для одежды и сейф. Звукоизоляция существует только снаружи, а внутри отеля-вокруг номера было часто шумно.

Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de Annis, quien desde nuestra llegada fue muy amable y atento, especialmente con mi hija y conmigo, ya que era nuestra primera vez en la ciudad. Además de brindarnos un trato excepcional, nos ofreció recomendaciones e información muy útil para conocer mejor el lugar. Sin duda, su amabilidad hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más especial. ¡Muchas gracias!...... Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet und die Atmosphäre ist wirklich angenehm. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Betreuung durch Annis, der von unserer Ankunft an sehr freundlich und aufmerksam war – insbesondere gegenüber meiner Tochter und mir, da wir zum ersten Mal in der Stadt waren. Außerdem gab er uns viele hilfreiche Empfehlungen und Informationen, um die Stadt besser kennenzulernen. Seine Freundlichkeit hat unsere Erfahrung definitiv noch schöner gemacht. Vielen Dank!

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei, daher war der Weg von 2km bis zur Innenstadt kein Problem. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.
Kein Schrank im Zimmer, lediglich 4 Haken mit Drahtbügeln an der Wand. Nur ein Lichtschalter für die Nachttischbeleuchtung beider Betten. Die Tiefgarage hat 25€ je Tag gekostet. Um die Ecke kann man für 3€ je Tag am Wochenende (ab Freitag nachmittags) parken.

Alla reception troviamo una sola persona che fa un po di tutto, da bartender, all’accoglienza, al check-in/checkout, addetta al parcheggio alla colazione. Lo Staff è poco o per nulla cortese e indisponente. Le pulizie delle camere, e di conseguenza il cambio degli asciugamani, li fanno ogni tre giorni. Se chiedi dei teli puliti quasi quasi ti fanno una cortesia se li trovano. Le camere sono sprovviste di armadio, ci sono solamente 4 grucce per appendere le giacche ma non si ha la possibilità di poggiare nulla, neppure una semplice maglia. La posizione è molto decentrata e fuori dal centro. Struttura Sconsigliata vivamente.

The reception / bar area was understaffed. The staff worked very hard to try to accommodate everyone but a small team of 3 managing Check-ins, bar and food order and servicing. As well as the snacks purchasing area was not sufficient. Meaning people constantly waiting for extended periods of time for service. No fault of the staff but insufficient manning levels by the hotel operator. The Room we had was very basic and did not have any amenities you would expect like a small fridge, or even a wardrobe, or any drawers. Perhaps an oversight when booking from myself. Assuming these would all be standard. The Air Conditioning in the room was not sufficient for the summer temperatures outside. Only capable to cool the room to 26.7 degC. Which made the room uncomfortable and made sleep difficult. The wet room was not designed properly. As the floor was not angled to run to the drain whilst showering. Meaning that the entire bathroom floor is flooded when showering and there are no squeegee devices provided to push the lying water into the drain. Meaning showers have to be stopped every few seconds to kick the water towards the drain whilst showering

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Die Lage war/ ist ideal und bietet sich an für ein Vorhaben in der Klassikstadt. Die Tiefgarage bietet genügend Platz (25€), auch für größer dimensionierte Fahrzeuge. Das ganze Hotel ist sauber, "stylisch" designt und daher auch für jüngeres Publikum geeignet. Die Bar mit allerlei Spirituosen ist bedarfsgerecht bis weit nach Mitternacht geöffnet. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken vielfältig.
Den Zimmern "fehlt" ein Kühlschrank mit Getränken.

Es gibt eine Terrasse, so muss man nicht vor das Hotel zum Rauchen. Die Lage ist klasse, es gibt ein Parkhaus direkt ums Eck (Preise der Lage in FFM entsprechend). Fantastisches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist es nachts etwas laut an der Straße.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Verkehrsgünstige Lage, sauberes Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück für jeden Geschmack, gesellige (und bis in kleine Details durchdachte) Lobby für Groß und Klein, in der man angenehm Wartezeiten überbrücken kann, in der immer Personal ansprechbar ist, in der man auch spät noch zu essen und zu trinken bekommt (gibt dort sogar einen Frisör).
Ein Zimmersafe, in dem man Wertsachen auch auf dem Zimmer (nicht nur in den Schließfächern der Lobby) aufbewahren kann, wäre schön.

Expensive shop items - go to nearby Lidl or Aldi. Surprised there was no fridge in the room. No kettle with coffee/tea supplies either, although I don't need them. People do like their first coffee of the morning though without having to get dressed to go down to a bar or breakfast room.

The only thing I can say is that there was no trash bin in the room so we used our own bags as trash cans.

Der Check-in hat viel zu lange gedauert und war eine absolute Katastrophe. Eine halbe Stunde für den Check-in einer einzigen Person ist einfach nicht akzeptabel. Preis für Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit 25 € zu hoch.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Beim Check-out hatte ich ausdrücklich um eine digitale Rechnung per E-Mail gebeten, da ich meine Buchhaltung komplett digital mache und Papierbelege auf Reisen schnell zerknittern oder verloren gehen. Leider wurde mir dann mitgeteilt, dass die Rechnung bereits ausgedruckt worden sei. Ich bat dennoch darum, sie mir zusätzlich per E-Mail zuzusenden, und habe die gedruckte Rechnung deshalb nicht mitgenommen. Leider ist die E-Mail bis heute nicht angekommen. Der Kontakt mit dem Support war zwar freundlich, allerdings muss ich nun mehrere Tage auf die Rechnung warten und kann sie dadurch nicht mehr rechtzeitig in meinen Monatsabschluss aufnehmen. Für Geschäftsreisende ist das ziemlich unpraktisch und ärgerlich.

De zaterdagavond was er een Poolse standup comedy show in de bar. Deze was met microfoon en dus erg luid voor de andere gasten. Vervolgens komt de organisatie vd show vragen of wij zachter willen praten (als gast vh hotel) of ergens anders willen gaan zitten!?! De meeste bezoekers vd show verlieten na afloop het hotel en waren dus niet eens hotelgasten... Nog niet eerder meegemaakt in een hotel.

Da die Dusche keine Abtrennung bzw. Duschkabine hat, steht nach dem Duschen der gesamte Badezimmerboden unter Wasser. Das ist leider etwas unpraktisch.

Die Dusche hatte keine Trennwand, somit war immer der komplette Badezimmerboden nass nach dem Duschen .

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Guter Einrichtungsstil.. Sauber und gemütlich. Schallisoliert, bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man kaum etwas von der Straße und die Zimmernachbarn auch nicht.
Mir war das Kopfkissen zu dick und fest, aber vielleicht mag jemand anderes genau das.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Frankfurt. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The entire hotel environment was pleasant, modern, and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was organized and efficient from check-in to check-out. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Frankfurt.

Noisy inner courtyard even After Midnight! - das ist ein no go!!!! Fitness is still ok - gloves are lacking nobody apparantly knows?!?! Nobody at reception notes the remarks on reservation (or do not care) - constant battle on c/i although enough avaibility and rooms are same….
