Preis- Leistung wunderbar für einen kleinen Zwischenstopp Richtung Kroatien. Personal und auch die Kommunikation vorab war super.

Pěkné ubytování byli jsme v létě, v zimě bude blízko na sjezdovky. Hotel je pěkne a účelně vynaven. Nebyl problém s komunikací s personálem na úpravu velikosti pokoje a počet osob.

Parkování v garáži je úzké a může se stát, ze budete zataraseni dalším autem. Počítejte se strzenim zalohy 100 eur na pokoj z karty, bez potíží vráceno do týdne.

Good price

Too much bird drop on the balcony. We found some hair on the bed in the first day. The key was not activated after 24 hours, it was forgot to do. We have to wait 15 minute to can go to our room after a long day

Die Betten sind sehr unbequem, leider könnten wir nicht schlafen und uns erholen. Um 6:30 das Personal ist laut, Sehr früh am Morgen sind störende Geräusche zu hören; irgendjemand putzt um diese Uhrzeit oder räumt etwas um. Auch gegen die Wand wird gehämmert. Keine Frühstuck, obwohl die es anbieten. Ich komme nie wieder

El entorno

Cuando llegamos estaba la basura de los anteriores clientes. Al llevar perro nos hicieron cambiar a un apartamento especial para estar con ellos, mucho mas cutre que el de las fotos, no tiene nada que ver. Hay parking pero muy, muy estrecho. La recepción en teoría es hasta las 20pm y luego no es así.

V létě nebyla pustena ( a nešlo to zvrátit) sauna. Bylo možné nabíjet elektroauta, ale za fixní sazbu, která nebrala v potaz velikost baterie a u plugin hybridů nedávala smysl.

Hotel se nachází v exponované části známého turistického centra. Ocenili jsme zejména vyhrazená parkovací místa v lokalitě kde jinak platí zákaz stání. Obývali jsme tři apartmá, což nám dávalo možnost využít 3 parkovací místa. Stačila nám i pro našich 8 motocyklů a jednu dodávku. Kuchyňky apartmá jsou vybaveny vším potřebným, pokoje jsou dostatečně velké pro krátkodobé ubytování a postele pohodlné.

Piękny widok z okna, blisko nad jezioro Grunwald, taras, wyposażenie kuchni, wszystko co potrzeba.

Przydałaby się szafa większa. Bardzo głośny wentylator w łazience, ale po zamknięciu drzwi do łazienki i pokoju było ok.

Хорошо, чисто и уютно, есть поздний заезд с бесконтактным заселением, есть бесплатная парковка (на 1 авто бесплатно). Прекрасный вид с веранды.

Приехать ночью, не сразу было понятно где вход во второй корпус, фото входа на инструкции нам бы помогло. Но это не испортило общего впечатления, отдохнули хорошо.

Great experience

We were located in the main building. We liked that the parking place is below the building, so when it rains, it won't rain on you when getting in and out of the car. There's an elevator, kitchen in the apartment is nicely equipped. Each day they changed the bag in trash can. They provided an additional blanket and pillow upon request. Obertauern is beautiful in summer, much colder than Radstadt or Lungau region, and we would definitely recommend this hotel and region

The bed was too hard for us :/ Also it would be great if the balcony offered some type of protection from the sun like parasol, because the UV index was heavy (but to be honest, we didn't ask if they offer some solution not provided initially, so that's on us). Either way, it didn't spoil our stay :)

We had the apartment on the first level and since the building is on a mountain side, we had to use stairs going down (with our luggages)

Da wir nur eine kurzen Zwischenstop von einer Nacht hatten, kann ich das Hotel nicht groß bewerten, aber der kurze Eindruck war super. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Bad großzügig und die Betten bequem. Der Check-in hat reibungslos funktioniert, trotz später Ankunft.

Bei den Parkplätzen ist leider etwas schief gelaufen, da ein Parkplatz doppelt belegt wurde. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde anderen Gästen gerade telefonisch mitgeteilt, unseren Parkplatz zu benutzen, weil dieser belegt war. Wir fanden zum Glück mit den anderen Gästen eine Lösung.

I highly do not recommend this hotel. The staff was completely unwilling to reach any sort of agreement. On top of that, the hotel unauthorizedly charged my card for money they had absolutely no right to. I only got my money back after a lengthy process through Booking.com customer support. Avoid them at all costs!! I have never experienced such a terrible approach.

There is no light by the table, I needed it for working.

Preisleistung war in Ordnung

We stayed in Obertauern for two nights during the first days of August. Vienna was melting at 37°, Salzburg and surroundings at 32°. We were so happy to be able to cool down and literally chill out in the late afternoon and overnight at this altitude. It probably gets very crowded and busy during skiing season, but in the summer and for our needs, it was the best. Perfectly equipped kitchen. But don´t expect many restaurants to be open in the off-season! Parking space for the car was free too, and yes, you need private transport here!

Access to parking is a bit tight and probably difficult for some, but that's just due to the geography of the place.

Brilliant location, views were stunning! Room was well equipped and clean. The sauna was a lovely extra.

Nice location. Modern, equipped, clean and spacious apartments. Parking. Smooth (well explained) self check-in after 18.00.

I was missing coffee or tea inside the apartment.

The hotel is located across from the gondola, which goes up the mountain. This is ideal for hikers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The village of Obertauern is within walking distance, about 20 minutes.

The room felt a bit dated and old. The couch in de room took up more space than it was useful for. The toilet was a bit crooked. The closet doors, if opened, blocked the entrance to the room and the bathroom. The total price of the room felt a bit high for what we got.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. It was nice to walk up in the Alm and enjoy the views. The Johannes waterfall is very close and it is definitely worth visiting. Spar grocery store is only 4 mins drive and is open till 1p.m. during the weekdays. Also, Talstation restaurant offers a delicious Austrain Kaiserschmarrn!

While we were staying (mid July) the area itself looked so quiet that it was a bit unpleasant to be out in the evenings. Besides that, there was some building in process and the noise from the building machines was not the one we wanted to hear :(

Все було чудово! Прекрасне місце! Класний готель! Неймовірні зорі в небі! Плануємо приїхати на більш тривалий термін, щоб насолодитися природою!

Ніде не було вказано, що за собаку буде стягнуто 25 евро. Чому б одразу не написати це, щоб всі витрати були зрозуміліші для подорожуючих?

Saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten, gute Lage

Personal war unfreundlich, unaufmerksam. Frühstück war ein Reinfall! 20€ zusätzlich pro Person extra und dann waren um 9 Uhr Saft, Joghurt, Croisssants und Pancakes leer. Es wurde auch nichts mehr aufgefüllt. Das restliche Frühstück war alles andere als üppig.

Well equiped kitchen, spacious appartment.

Good position in general, oriented to the south slopes, quality furniture, bed, kitchenware, small balcony, everything was clean. We stayed in appartment type B without breakfast, so I cannot day anything about the food.

The hotel consists of 2 buildings that are not connected in winter via direct walking path, you have to go around on the street. This is 5 minutes at least, which is not a lot but if you are with friends or family, cannot simply visít eachother if you are not within the same building. The slope can be reached via the street only from the upper building, from the lower one you directly have to walk down to the Grünwaldkopf lift station. Both ways are 3-4 minutes walking.

Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, ein 150m zur Piste und es kann los gehen. :) Unser Appartement war zwar klein, aber sehr gut ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Odległość od wyciągu, śniadania

Sauna - zdecydowanie za mała jak na taki obiekt, żadnego miejsca na przebranie, tylko 4 leżaki koło sauny, jedno bardzo małe pomieszczenie.

Notiz zur Lage: Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Meter von zwei Liften entfern. Auch der Rückweg mit Skischuhen und Ausrüstung ist wirklich kein Problem. Von der Ortsmitte ist es zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten (Hinweg bergauf) entfernt. Eine Fahrt innerorts mit dem Taxi (Bulli) ist problemlos möglich und hat im Winter 25/26 16€ gekostet.

Tolle Kommunikation zuvor und folglich einfacher CheckIn - auch bei später Anreise. Das Zimmer - sprich die Wohnung (App. D) war sehr geräumig und zwecksmässig eingerichtet. Die Aussicht einfach unglaublich. Es gibt einen separaten Skistall um das Equipment über Nacht einzulagern und der Zugang zur Piste sind keine 5mins.

Die Preise für das Frühstück (25€ pro Erwachsenem und 15€ pro Kind) sind wohl Standard; allerdings für eine 4-köpfige Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern meines Erachtens mit 80€ überzogen. Da habe ich definitiv schon attraktivere Alternativen (u.a. Betrag je nach Alter des Kindes) in anderen Skigebieten erleben dürfen, die mich absolut überzeugt haben.

Really nice breakfast with plenty of options. Ideal location for a short stay where maximum ski time is important as close to main lifts serving both sides of the valley. Virtually ski in, ski out.

A bit further out from the town. Not a criticism, it's just a bit further out.

Sehr saubere Zimmer. Ausstattung sehr gut. Lage top.

Frühstück war leider eher mittelmäßig.

Kousek od lanovky. Vytah. Lyzarna s vyhrivanim lyzaku. Dobre vybavena kuchyn, nova. Rekonstruovana koupelna. V saune moznost jit ven do snehu. Okna odizolovana, ruch z ulice slyset nebyl.

Sauna je dost mala, dala by se vylepsit. Snidani jsme nemeli. Cast vybaveni starsi puvodni (dvere, skrine, kliky), ale funkcni. Chtelo by to vice vesaku nebo polic na odlozeni rukavic, helmy atd. Na recepci uplne nejmilejsi nejsou. Pozor na zalohu 100 Eur za pobyt, trva dyl jak tyden nez dojde, jeste nedosla a je to uz 10 dni. Pozor na platbu te zalohy, je potreba fyzicka karta a zadat rucne PIN!!!, to me prekvapilo, v pokynech to nebylo. Vetsina lidi plati bezkontaktne mobilem a kartu ani nenosi s sebou nebo PIN nezna.

Die gute Lage, zu Fuß zur Talstation. Die kurzfristige Buchung war super!

Clean, only 100 m to the Skilift, located close to the Main Road but very quiet . Super breakfast buffet great staff too.

We stayed in the upper house about 250 m up the hill from the main house with the sauna and breakfast room so a hassle to walk down and back when it’s -15C and snowing

Leider wurden unsere Zimmer getrennt, was nicht wirklich Kundenfreundlich ist. :( Frühstück war gut, wir mussten zwar auf einige Sachen etwas warten aber es wurde nachgereicht.

Leider etwas zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt, aber das war unser Fehler. Bett in Zimmer NR. 4 EXTREM HART

Sauberes Zimmer, alle Ansprechpartner sehr nett, die Nähe zum Skilift. Falls ich wieder nach Obertauern kommen möchte, werde ich diese Unterkunft wieder wählen
