سرير السويت صغير جدا لايسع نفرين بشكل مريح لايوجد مناديل لايوجد شطاف في دورة المياه ولايوجد سلك يمنع الحشرات في الشباك وباب البلكونه التلفزيون نوع قديم جدا ولايرقى لمستوى فندق 5 نجوم الثلاجه لايوجد بها الا ماء فقط كثرة تفعيل جرس الانذار بدون سبب واضح واصبح مصدر قلق الكهرباء يفصل ويعود بشكل سريع لايوجد قنوات تلفزيون عربيه ماعدى قناة واحده هي الجزيره مع ان النزلاء سعوديين طاولات السويت من الخشب العادي ويحتاج صيانه والبلكونه يوجد بها كرسيين بدون طاوله وقت العشاء الزامي من الساعه 7الى 9 وهو وقت طويل من وقت الفطور نصطر للغداء في المطعم الخارجي واذا حان وقت العشاء لايكون له قبول يفترض ان تكون الوجبه الساعه مابين 4 الى 6

Family rooms, which are often more expensive, are located in the attic, which has a low ceiling and a depressing environment. The furniture and TV are completely old and unusable. In the dining area, soft drinks are included in the price. The food menu is limited, but the quality and taste were good.

The furniture is very old, there is no air conditioning in the hotel, and the dinner buffet is basic with limited food variety.
The cost of renting the sulfur rooms is extremely expensive.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025Невероятное место, рядом крутейшая природа со скалами, водопадами, горными реками, лесами, альпийскими лугами и горными деревушками.
В отеле бассейны с мощнейшей целебной водой, есть классный русскоязычный массажист. Вполне умеренные цены в ресторане и магазинах внутри.
Очень рекомендую!
Пара человек с неискренним сервисом. Но это мелочи.

Odaların temizliği , personelin ilgisi ve hizmet kalitesi çok iyiydi, Thermal havuzlar, hamam ve sauna gayet temizdi , rahatlıkla hijyen sorunlarını düşünmeden kullandık.
Dıştan güzel görünüyor içi eski ve bakımsız. Kaplıcalar hamamlar yetersiz ve konforsuz . Yemekler fena değil restoran personeli güler yüzlü. Recepsiyondakiler suratsız ilgisiz ve ters davrandılar . Kaplıca kullanım saatleri doğru düşünülmemiş alanları birbirine uyumsuz bir otel . Verdiğimiz paraya asla değmedi .
Amazing location, place, and view even at night. Overwhelming atmosphere. You will enjoy the stay when it is snowing.

Reviewed Dec 25, 2024Öncelikle ailemi evlilik yıldönümleri için gönderdim sağolsunlar ilettiğim notu dikkate almışlar. Fakat konamaklamayla ilgili tek iyi şey odanın temizliği ve manzarası oldu. Geri kalan hizmet, kahvaltı, akşam yemeği çok kötü seviyede. Kahvaltı için bir çay bardağı bile yok porselen fincanlarda servis ediyorlar(Çayın memleketi Rizede). Termal havuzun su sıcaklığı düşüktü insanlar normal havuz gibi içerisinde yüzüyorlardı. Özet geçmek gerekirse gecelik ücreti bu kadar yüksek olan bir yerden daha kaliteli bir hizmet beklerdim. Kesinlikle tekrar konaklamayı düşünmüyorum ve önermiyorum. Ek olarak Türkçe konuşan çalışanı resepsiyon dışında bulmanız zor :)

Reviewed Sep 30, 2024İşçiler çok ilgisizdi.. hijyen çok kötü.. havuz başında çıplak havlusuz şezlonglara oturan bayanlar vardı.. bone takmayan.. saçlarını havuz başında tarayanlar vardı ve bunu takip edecek çalışanlar yoktu.. otelin bayanlar bölümünü havuzunu hiç beğenmedim ışıklandırma yetersız atmosferi çok kötü.. ruhum daraldı resmen.. arkadaşım kese köpük yaptırdı.. 30 dakikalık hizmeti 15 dakikada bitirdiler.. daha önceki gittiğim termal oteller 10 basar bu otele.. paranız varsa daha kaliteli yerlere gidin.. otel tam bir skandal.

The breakfast and dinner buffet were very poor. No air conditioning in the room despite it gets very warm in the place. Room furniture is very old and the bed pillows are not comfortable. No iron for clothes is available even upon request. They don’t provide paper tissues in the room like clinex. The hot spring pool not clean.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2024its a great gateway from the city. me and my wife enjoyed the spa and the thermal pools were refreshing. the hotel look vintage and beautiful. a day is enough for a couple to enjoy the hotel facilities as well as visiting the nearby villages.
the toilets were very high that made it very uncomfortable using them.

every service needs for payment; no clothes iron is available at rooms !! only ironing services can be requested with 40 tl for every piece.

Few choices of food in the buffet in the breakfast and dinner, room doesnt have AC/heating vent, my room was hot so i had to open the balcony window which was LOUD from water flow sound.
Overall its overpriced for nothing, it should be no more than $100 at the peak time of the year.
