Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Nous avons passé 7 merveilleuses journees dans cet hôtel.Nous les débutions devant de splendides buffets de petit-déjeuner.Un régal! Puis il était possible de se detendre dans une piscine exterieure entourée de verdure ou de participer à un cours de "fitness" ou encore d'emprunter une bicyclette.Pédaler le long de la rivière toute proche fut un immense plaisir...Je pourrais multiplier les compliments mais je dois étre concise!
Rien.TOUT fut formidable !!!

This is our second time at this hotel. Our first time at the hotel (on 2023) I wrote a negative review about the breakfast, but this time the situation got worse, just a large part of the breakfast that the hotel serves is not fit for human consumption. All the dried fruits (and there were many types) expired and their taste was disgusting. Almost all the cheese that was there with a bit of yellow color and the fruits were not fresh at all either. The only thing that was fresh is the bread and the eggs. I see this as disrespect on the part of the hotel management regarding its guests.

Le club d’haltérophilie de l’hôtel et ouvert aux gens de l’extérieur, et la piscine découverte avec, donc les jeunes de la ville viennent à la piscine de l’hôtel montrer leur pectoraux toutes les chaises longues sont occupés et les clients de l’hôtel n’ont plus qu’à les regarder passer de gauche à droite ou de droite à gauche car il ne consomme rien et ne se baigne pas non plus, uniquement bronzage et paraître

Reviewed May 26, 2026التكييف لا يعمل كلمت الاستقبال اخبروني ان معضم النزلاء لا يريدون التكييف كانت الاقامة في 17 مايو أخبرتهم أنني في فندق 5 نجوم وهاذا حق من حقوقي وبعد إصراري عليهم شغلوا التكييف لمدة ساعة واحدة فقط ثم اغلقوه طول الليل فكانت تجربة سيئة في هاذا الجانب

The bed was not tidy at all and the sheets were untidy and there was some dirt on them… the iron table was really in bad shape and condition and the iron was leaking out the water… it was hot in the room and I was told to open the window and switch off the AC !!

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026Der Aufenthalt für uns hat sich sehr gelohnt. Wir konnten uns abends nach dem Wellnessbereich im Lounge und im Zimmer sehr gut entspannen. Sehr sauber sehr freundliches Personal mit Willkommens obstteller und Nüssen. Ein sehr leckeres abwechslungsreiches Frühstück mit lieben Menschen um sich herum die freundlich Kaffee und Tee servieren. Top Lage mit super Stadt Ausblick. Danke für die Gastfreundlichkeit!

Dusa kabinden disari, odanin girisine su sizintisi oluyordu. Ayrica dolap kapaklarinin ve klozetlerin hic birinde aniden kapanmasini engelleyen stoperler yoktu ve oldukca gurultulu olmasina sebep oluyordu. Havuz ve spor tesisine erismek icin resepsiyon ve lobinin icinden gecilmesi gerekiyordu. Mayo ile gecis oldukca garip hissettirdi!

Plusieurs services sont proposées dont quelques qui sont en suppléments (au total y’avait hamam, massage, sauna, piscine intérieure avec jaccuzi & extérieure, salle de sport) Ouverture des services tôt le matin et ferment tard le soir, c’est niquel ! Les chambres sont super moderne et offre une belle vue sur Tokat L’équipe est super accueillant et a l’écoute, on y retrouve aussi un parking sous terrain C’est à 6-7 min du centre ville, je recommande !
Seul bémol c’est le prix du petit déjeuner, à 750tl par personne cela monte vite pour une famille pour un petit déjeuner

Ancak dusakabin sanki ozel tasarlanmis ve su birikimi oluyor. Tedirgin oluyorsunuz tasacak diye. Farkli odalarinda kaldim. Senelerdir soylerim ve senelerdir boyle. Klozet sifonu dogru duzgun calismiyordu. Uc dort kez basmak, basili tutmak zorunda kaliyorsunuz. Bu gelisimde temizlik odasinin karsisini vermisler. Temizlik ne zaman baslarsa uyandim hep, gurultuden.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2025Fint og rent hotel. Kun en enkel restaurant, som bliver brugt til morgenmad, frokost og aftensmad. Ærgerligt de ikke har en Rooftop, som deres andet hotel i Konya. Gåafstand til strøget med mulighed for en gåtur langs floden med legepladser og cafémiljø. Spa og massage var vi ikke imponeret over ellers fint ophold.

In the room, the airconditioning stopped in the middle of the night as a result of which the temperature in the room increased a lot and it was difficult to get it cool again. The curtains let through too much light. The pillows were too high. We asked at the reception for two single duvets on our double bed but couldn’t get it explained as staff spoke little English. The breakfast was average: despite many cheese options there were no sweet options, no coffee machine and not egg menu. It didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel overall
