No sidewalks out the hotel , but once you get to Thong Lor boulevard you get on the sidewalk, it is more convenient. Will you dare to cross the road? Dont trust the signs or go at your own risks ;) Good hotel for the price, a bit oldish. Bed was excellent, great sleep. Should change the sofas in the living rooms.

If I could give 1000/10 I would!! The rooms there are soo beautiful and the hospitality can’t get any better than what they offer currently!! I will be back again!!!

It's not too far from the main street. BTS is a bit far by walk, but can do it. I had to change room because there was no hot water in the shower. 2 aircon in the room is great. Sofa is not the nice leather one I saw on the photos, more like an old dirty sofa with crumbs in the cracks.

The night security staff's attitude is very bad. It leaves a bad impression.

Staff can all speak in good English. Nice& cheerful. Nevertheless, Dusts & hair are everywhere, the door to balcony cannot be locked. Although the service apartment is all the way down the street, I feel ok in terms of safety issues. Oh! There are three adorable kittens at the car park.

Rooms are smaller and darker than they appear. The balcony is basically there to house air conditioning units. We were basically facing someone’s living room, no space between buildings and no sunlight. No bathrobes, no slippers. You had to ask for pots and pans, utensils and even hand towels. Some of the gym equipment didn’t work. We booked in to another hotel halfway through as it was ruining our stay. Overall not what we expected and not as good as the reviews say or have what is advertised. Tuktuk service was great though and the staff did try to help.

I would like to stay here again because the staff are very kind and always have a smile on their faces.

Overall it’s ok but same small issues like internet interruptions (2/3 times per hour) or not useful bathroom (shower water, no protection with the edge). Let’s say it’s ok beau there are way better options around in terms of residence for pretty the same budget.

I really didn't enjoy this place. The hotel is very far inside thong lor which makes it so difficult to take a motorcycle every time. You can't take a taxi because of the crazy traffic to get to the hotel. The rooms were not impressive at all. The balcony is pointless since it has 2 aircon outlets blowing hot air as you stand or try to sit out there. I will not return here

Don't stay in this hotel for Test and Go, instead of sending guests directly to get their PCR after arriving at the airport they have two set times per day to have the PCR done at the hotel. So you have to wait until 5pm even if you arrive at 1pm, then they tell you your results won't come until noon the next day. Most other hotels provide results within 5-10 hours but here it could be 20+ hours. Of course, totally by coincidence, the hotel offers "express" service for 1,500 THB extra to get results in three hours. None of this was stated before arriving at the hotel or mentioned on the booking page, they will nicely milk you for an extra 1,500 thb so you can actually leave your room sooner. Do not book this hotel, find a hotel that uses a drive thru PCR clinic that gets you tested right after you arrive at the airport. This hotel just wants to take your money, they don't care about anything else.

I stayed one night Test & Go. I chose this hotel because, when I booked, I was required to book 14 nights quarantine and the large space with a bedroom, living room, and washer was appealing. When the government requirements changed to one night, I was able to change the reservation to one night and get the certificate, though it took back and forth emails and a phone call. On that call, they promised me a refund. Three MONTHS later, after a lot more back-and-forth, going to the hotel in person and speaking with a manager, and calling the Tourist Police, they still have not refunded me. Other notes: - The Test and Go was not efficient. I arrived before 9am. I did not get tested until the afternoon and did not receive my results until the next morning. - The room itself was as advertised. A comfortable size. Clean enough except an unemptied ashtray on the balcony. - Location: A bit of a walk to the Thong Lo BTS skytrain station. But not too long to walk to the main street to hail a cab. - The food was pretty meh. It didn't taste bad, but it arrived cold. (Lucky there is a microwave). And despite keeping me in my room over 24 hours, they only provided three meals; no breakfast the second day. They warned me, so I was able to ration my food the first day. - At the moment, they still owe me US$1000 for the 13 nights I did not stay. Hence the one-star review. This is not a typical hotel, it is a residence. Some other external company (or such? I did not understand their reason for refusal when I demanded my refund in person) is in charge of finances and are either incompetent or corrupt. Notably, I don't blame the people who work at Aspira Hana, but someone up the ladder is not doing their job. If you give Aspira Hana money, you will probably never see it again.

Wife and I did choose the hotel out from good rewiev from others and expetation was heigh. But what a dissapointment in service. All good for check in and respective meassures carried out. Room okay but balcony is not inviting and to small with no chair. No information papers in the room non so ever for, TV channels (& only Thai channels), no info for use of call to front desk, no info about serving time for meals or choises of food (food was really bad) no info about if you could order from outside and pay. Breakfast in the moorning was 3 slices dry sandwich bread and ruined by toasting. 1 butter, 2 cold fried eegs, 2 cold potato bites, 2 cold fried tomato bites. 3 small and cold sausaged, 2 cold cofee with milk ( no option for black cofee) All hotels normally offers choises of instant cofee & tea in the room when you arrive. Here only 4 ea coffemix with sugar and milk. I only drink black cofee. Tea you have to ask for to get it. Totally lack of service to make you feel welcome in the room. We paid a high price for bad service. Soerensen

I want to congratulate Aspira Hospitality for absolute excellence while I have been in ASQ (quarantine). The service is personal, yet professional, courteous and caring and understanding of the guests circumstance of stay, as well as being incredibly efficient and consistent. I was dreading my 14 day quarantine period although can honestly say I have felt like I've been on holiday, not quarantined. From the minute I was met at the airport until now, including the interactions via LINE and via room telephone, the scheduled PCR escorted health checks to requesting extra coffee or amenities has been delivered with genuine and sincere hospitality. I have been eminently impressed for my entire stay which is not easy to achieve with me. I have very high standards and even higher expectations and I inordinately critique. Your property has exceeded my expectations in so many ways but the most impressive is your team, simply exceptional. Please pass on my congratulations to your team at Aspira Hana Residence and Khun Sutanant - Group Operations Manager for delivering a memorable experience, they really are a great tribute to Aspira Hospitality.

Really enjoyed the stay here. Nice room and comfortable bed. The pool was fun to chill at and the gym was nice. I wish the sauna was in use but maybe next time. I would stay hear again for sure.

어떤 고급호텔처럼 고급스러움은 없어요. 교통도 조금은 불편하지요. 통로의 메인은 아니니까요. 하지만 조용하고 가성비는 좋다고 생각해요. 두번째 갔는데요. 친절하고 편안함이 있어요.

WE LOVED THIS PLACE! 2 parents and 2 young children stayed very comfortably in this one bedroom apartment with living room and kitchen. The bed was surprisingly big enough to fit all of us? Thought someone was going to take the couch! There were even 2 TVs with Netflix installed. On google maps it says to drive into Thonglor Soi 25, but go into Soi 23 better. 7/11 and main Thonglor road a short walk from the apartment. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Limited parking and we didn’t get a chance to check out the pool and gym upstairs. Will be back!

This is a beautifully appointed residence with a kitchen, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, and a rooftop pool. The staff speak English and are helpful. The residence is kept quite clean as we saw no bugs when we stayed there for 10 days. The owner is very nice and cares about the upkeep of his property and the happiness of his guests. It is peaceful staying there and the air conditioner works perfectly. Our bed was very comfortable. And it is a stylishly-designed place. Things that I didn't like: smokers are allowed to smoke by the rooftop pool and once a week the pool is back washed, which meant dirty clouded water filled half the pool at that time:( Also the staff limit you to two bottles of water per day and they are strict about this. The other negative thing is that there are no sidewalks from the residence to the main road, about half a kilometer, and this is a bit dangerous in terms of walking. It would definitely not be safe for children to make that walk.

We stayed for a two week break on the way home from KSA to NZ. The staff were wonderful and the apartment was spotless. As the residence is small the pool was never crowded and the rooms had good kitchen facilities and washing machines. The place is a little way out of the town centre but Grab works well and the residence runs a shuttle to the train station. An extremely comfortable stay and we would recommend it.

Far from BTS but can take schedules tuk tuk; room is big and clean, and quiet at night. Overall is a good stat, will consider to stay again for next trip.

There is a cozy comfy apartment with 45 rooms only, wouldn't overcrowded with full facilities, pool, gym, sauna, kitchenware, washing machine. The only minus is without any views. Worth of money during non-peak season. Will return again.

Due to job activities in BKK, I have been repeatedly stay in Hana Residence Thonglor 23 from Oct to Nov nearly 2 calendar months. The reasons of my consecutive stay there are: 1. Close to middle of soi Thonglor with quieter environment (although the next block was in construction) 2. Fairly pricing before high season Dec 2019 ~ Feb 2020 3. Comprehensive facilities, cookery, living room, balcony, smart TVs, Gym room, sauna, sundeck pools WiFi, huge wardrobe, Iron board...etc 4. Friendly warm staff, courtesy, very attentive and helpful 5. Adequate parking spaces 6. Spotless clean room. The only thing short would be lack of catering service inside the premise, so you gotta go for supermarkets or order by delivery but there is no difficulties in this area as there got tens of eateries nearby. Besides I would send my heartfelt appreciation to K.Maprang, Ploy, Nana,Adul and every housekeepers in Hana Residence, as they had given me always the best services during my stay. I would definitely be back soon.

After repeatedly stay in this place over 1 1/2 month, I was accidentally broke a water glass, it wasn't a highend or branded glassware, But the.hotel was requested me to fine 100 baht in cash in prior of checkout, as well.as not allowed to buy one for replacement. 100 baht is not a heavy fine but the feeling was unpleasant. Anyway, I think they don't treasure any loyalty guests. Hospitality industry shouldn't be that way...

We stayed at Aspira for a couple of days. It was a great choice for hustle free stay in Bangkok. The place is sparkling clean, super spacious, with all the amenities you might need. You hardly meet any staff so you feel like you’re in your own apartment. The gym is superb and the swimming pool with salt water (!!!) is a cherry on the top. The only problem was to get to Sukhumvit for bts. The shuttle didn’t work so you either have to walk or take a motorbike taxi. I stay in Bangkok a lot and have many places to compare to and this one is on the top of my list.

This is a very nice place . It is spotless and comfortable . The staff is always there if you need anything and the bed/ sheets and pillows are of high quality which is key for the comfort levels. It is a bit off The main road but a 4 minute walk and you are there . Plenty of restaurants and shops in the Thong Lo area . This is an upscale area and the cleanest I have seen since in Bangkok. Book it. Nice pool on the roof and a large sauna.

I had a 2 night stay at the Hana residence and it was genuinely a very pleasant stay. The property is a condo with a nice sized kitchen & living room and a good sized bedroom. The property itself is in very good condition and I found the staff to be very courteous and respectful. For me it felt like a home away from home. I really would be very happy to stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and well-appointed property. This was an amazing place, and exceeded my expectations. Cleanliness is a top priority for me personally while travelling to any place, and this place has top notch clean modern amenities and great room clean ups. It also comes with high security service which is good esp for female solo travellers. The bed is by far one of the most comfortable beds i slept in, especially the sheets. Bathrooms, tub, and the adjoining room, desk, dressing table all were great, they also have free coffee and hot chocolate all throughout the day at the reception and provides an hourly shuttle to the nearest BTS(which was a nice surprise) also provide taxi drop at airport at very good rates.The reception and security were very polite and nice.The locality is also good for dinning and drinks has many good restaurants and pups. They also have a pool, gym and sauna and extra towels, and a cool drinking water with lemon slices inside. These little things make up a lot. Hope they maintain the same standards in the coming years too.I would definitely come back and stay here again.

長期滞在で利用したが、調理家電はあるが、フライパン、鍋、包丁などがなく何もできなかった。

バスタブの栓が開かなくなり水が流れなくなり困った。エアコンがうるさい。金庫が複雑で開かなくなった。全体的に古いので使いづらいですが、部屋は広く、コスパはいいです。

Spent a week here, overall it was ok. Room faces the neighboring building so no sunlight. The staff wanted to fine us 2000 baht because we had a fruit salad that contained a bit of durian. In the end they charged us 1000 as a “cleaning fee”, even though the salad was in an airtight Tupperware and emitted no smell at all (also nothing was “cleaned”). They also didn’t return our Tupperware. Overall this small issue could have been solved in a more friendly way, but through the way it was handled we got the impression that the hotel is greedy and the staff seemed happy about our mistake to charge us extra money. Pool and rooftop close at 8pm, so you can’t relax there after a long day. Room was spacious and good, except no view/sunlight.

We went to stayed here 3 times, the first time very nice, clean room, rooftop and swimming pool clean that made us come back here again but the second time and third time this hotel not so good anymore all getting old , swimming pool very dirty. Service some good and some not good.

금액대비 객실 컨디션은 좋았으나 냄비등 조리할수있는 주방기구가 없음. 특히 마이크로웨이브와 금고는 별도의 사용설명이 없으면 사용하기가 불가능 하다고 보면 됨

we didn’t get to stay at this apartment at all but was still charged for a no-show. I had previously booked a 3 night stay via agoda and had cancelled it prior to my trip as we decided on another hotel. Not only was my cancellation not captured by agoda, there was failure to remind of the upcoming trip (if not I would have been alerted that the cancellation was unsuccessful). As a result I have been charged and only found out after I am back from my trip. Agoda has helped me in whatever way they could but they said they cannot reverse the charge as the hotel refuse to u do the charge. Left a bad taste even though I have not stayed here and probably will not in future.

너무 친절하 영어에대한 이해도가 영어를잘못하는 저에게잘통할정도 센스있고 좋았습니다 다음에 방콕에가도 또 가고싶은 베스트 1입니다^^ 물론 숙소의 시설 청결 보안 모두가 만점이고요^^ 다만 전자레인지의 사용법이 없었고, 그릇들과 집기류 스토브가 있었지만 냄비와 후라이팬의 부재는 조금아쉬웠습니다만, 이 단점들이 안보일 정도로 좋은 호털입니다^^

호텔 자체는 좋았습니다 직원들도 무척친절하시고 청소상태도 좋았어요 지상철역과 거리가 있긴하지만 셔틀이 있어서 불편한 점은 못느꼈어요 다만 옆 건물이 공사가 한창 진행중이어서 낮에는 호텔에서 지내기가 불편할 정도의 소음이 있었어요 그렇지만 다음에 또 가고 싶은곳입니다 부엌시설이 있어서 음식을 해 먹기에도 좋았고 냉장고가 커서 더욱 좋았어요 장기간 머물기에도 괜찮은 곳이고 수영장 관리도 잘 되어있었어요

We stayed at the Aspira Hana Residence, in Bangkok for 12 nights. It was a peaceful, clean and beautiful residence. Lovely pool with lounges and large umbrellas. This is a boutique residence as the owners pay attention to details, like the free coffee, hot chocolate and crackers, like the deep soaker bath tub, brand-new washing machine, nice fridge, stove, king sized bed, bottled water in the fitness centre and the list goes on. The bed was very comfortable. It was close to a grocery store and while sale veg market so that was handy for meal prep. The actual room was super-quiet. We will def book here again. The cleaning staff are amazing! I met the owners and they are really nice and attentive to feedback. Downside: There is construction (building beside hotel) which can be heard by the pool, but we were able to tune it out. It should be over in 1 month's time.

Home away from home, Ben and nut were amazing stayed in 6 hotels on this trip and of all of them this was by far the best. Just as described I don’t know what the people that have given this place a bad review want. Ticked all the boxes staff including security and house keeping. I fell in love with Thailand and I’m definitely going back and this I where I’m staying. It’s just off Thonglor high street there is a one way shuttle that takes you the nearest metro station for free. For those of you who think it’s far from everything do your research before booking it’s not rocket science. You book next to where you want to go or see. Thank you Ben and Nut see you all soon

We stayed at the Aspira Hana Residence for twelve days in November. The apartment was lovely and immaculate. We wanted something close to Samitivet Hospital and this was perfect. The best part about our stay was the kind and friendly staff, from the security guard to the front desk to the charming house keepers. We felt welcome and cared for. It is on Soi 23, so it’s a walk up Thonglor and then an additional trek down the Soi, but what a sweet oasis. We felt it was a good bargain. The pool was lovely and refreshing. I suggest they offer the tuk tuk service more often. While it did go to the hospital and BTS, we would have appreciated more opportunities to use it.

I've stayed at Aspira Hana Residence many times, however the hotel is getting dated, interiors are starting to show age. My room unfortunately had no hot water in the shower, I mentioned it to the reception but I had to wait a few days before the manager returned from the weekend, on the 4th day I was offered a room change however I was due to leave the next day so I just dealt with another day of cold showers, I really didn't feel like packing up all my stuff, and unpacking it all again. Bit of a struggle with the manager as she Does not speak english well and trying to discuss issues with her was a bit of a headache. Housekeeping could do a better job, I found quite a few hairs in the bathroom on checking in.

I booked a one bedroom at Aspira Hana Residence Thong Lor on the strength of the good TripAdvisor reviews. Usually the site is spot on - this time it guided me badly. The location is very inconvenient - far down Soi 55 and then off into a side soi. This could be helped with a decent tuk-tuk service ON DEMAND that drops you off at the sky train and fetches you back when you call them. No such luck here - the tuk-tuk is on a very rigid schedule - every 90 minutes only (!!!) and then only from hotel to station - back its walking (30 mins plus) or risking your life on motor cycle taxi. This us at the strict instruction of the manager - who does not seem to care for the comfort and convenience of guests. Given this is not a cheap place, its really bad service - an On Demand tuk-tuk service is standard at other properties I stayed at nearby in the same price range. The best you can say about the rooms is that they are new. The whole space feels very cramped and ill-designed .... too much furniture in too small a space. Even your kitchen waste basket is placed in the living room, under the TV table, as there is no place in the kitchenette - not ideal. Facilities are ok ... pool a bit shallow and the gym doubles as a holding area for the house keeping carts and the cleaners. Would not stay here again and would definitely not recommend the place - for the money, there is much better.

Overall I enjoyed staying here and look forward to staying here again.

Great place. Nice accomodation but as a residence they miss some simple things like knives to go with the forks and spoons, kitchen towel so you dont have to use a bathroom towel to dry pots and decent pans. I have a non flat base frying pan and massive stock pot

We spent 8 days here and loved the place. The units are well laid out, well appointed, spotlessly clean, and everything worked. It's a bit of a walk to Soi 55 which is the main road connecting to the BTS but there are plenty of moto taxis, and the Residence does have a shuttle. Quiet and comfortable, it felt like home.

Just spent 5 nights there. Place is pretty new, clean and well maintained. This is a pet friendly hotel which is worth being mentioned as it is not so easy to find one in Bangkok. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. There is shuttle to the closest BTS Station every 1h30. Good experience!

My stay was wonderful. In fact, I extended it. Aspira Hana is a little gem in Bangkok. The room/apartment has everything you may need, the staff is attentive and thoughtful and, incredibly for being centrally located, the neighborhood is very quiet. I can honestly say I spent a few relaxing days in a Bangkok accomodation. I would definitely stay here again but not through ex pedia who billed me significantly more than what was advertised on the site. No star for ex pedia.

This was my third stay at this location. It was also my worst. Constant noise from jack-hammers and banging. Additionally, the corner has now become home to 50 some motor-scooter taxis and they use the street the residence is located as a shortcut to avoid the traffic on Sukumvit road. Last but not least there isn't anyone that speaks English so if you don't speak Thai it's a tough go.

The apartments have everything you need - comfortable beds, good wifi, full apartment appliances and an excellent location. It included a nice fitness center and pool on rooftop. It does not have food outside of a small variety of beverage for sale and cup noodles, but in a short walk you can find everything you need. There is a shuttle. The staff is great!

The Thong Lor neighborhood is lovely. I stayed here because it was closet to Samitevij Hospital, but I really enjoy this area of Bangkok. The wifi was awesome, bed comfortable, full kitchen and separate bedroom. The rooftop pool, sauna and fitness center were extra perks. There is no food on site (a few snacks for purchase in the lobby) and you must walk a bit to get to a restaurant or shop. However, there are easy delivery services as well as a tuk tuk shuttle for the Thonglor area. Staff was accommodating and kind. I booked for 3 nights but ended up staying 5. Great place.

Nice overall apartment however location is more for long stays than short stays. It is deep down an alley. Nice neighbourhood when you hit the main road. Nice pool and rooftop resting area.

It's my thirth time to stay here in 3 months. Room is awesome. Pool, fitness club, but sauna needs some improvement. The only weakened the location. It's far away from main road, so night time couldn't go out. I recommend strongly, I will be back here, when I will come to Bangkok.

New property, very clean with very comfy bed. Only problem was that the shuttle and sauna were out of order one day out of three days I stayed.

Great value hotel-apartment. Only drawback is poor view as windows are minimal.

Hotel is located on a busy side street, with no sidewalks, cars zooming by with no regard for pedestrians so look out! Also, some construction still going on, and a few noisy neighbors... they also allow pets, for some reason, so you will wake up to an occasional dog barking at 3 am. Very poor movie channels, nothing in HD for western channels, just Thai local TV gets good signal.

We really enjoyed staying at Aspira Hana Residences. Nice building, clean, good service.

This is a new apartment building, nice facilities, however the management has started to cater to short term hotel stays. What started out as a quiet building has become the party destination stay for backpackers and similar crowd. Lately I have witnessed as many as 6 guests staying in 2 bed apartment, which leads to loud parties spilling over into the hallways late at nights (no front desk staff will also mean you have no real alternatives). Same week, another group of party guys took their drunken festival into the hallway at 3 am, ended up punching out glass doors and leaving blood all over hallway, elevator, and front lobby. Quite the change, management really needs to screen the guests better and refuse occupancy to some of these troubled guests, who also have very poor hygiene!
