Gold Airport Suites

Clean and friendly staff

It is closer to the airport

Poor housekeeping and outdated interior

Proche de l'aéroport grande piscine chambre assez grande. Balcon

Close to airport Breakfast available Pick up from airport

Stiff mattress

Sauber und freundlich nicht weit vom Flughafen. Preis Leistung absolut ok

Direkt muß Hotel etwas abgelegen

Très bon accueil du personnel. Toujours à disposition à n'importe quelle heure du soir. Je suis satisfait

Proche de l’aéroport

Très vétuste

Pick & drop within reasonable cost, clean, comfortable, nice staff

Daily wash room accessories put at out side the room, it's not reasonable way. No soap or hand wash near by Bason, very pathetic pre decided breakfast even fruit was denied by the staff while it was shown in the menu.

Airport shuttle service was very good, runs every hour

Bon établissement assez proche de l aéroport.

Reception open when I arrived at 1am, nice polite staff and awesome restaurant on site!

No complaints at all!

Location

Very dated

nothing

room smell bad

For one night the location is excellent for 15 min airport transfer plus they run a shuttle service at a good price, there are also good places to eat very near, we found a place called, Gangnam Korean BBQ, amazing buffet all can eat, delicious food for 10 dollars, we sat and ste for 2 hours 😂

N/A

Not a 5 star hotel ,but very good value as a one night stop over close to airport wirh shuttle bus

Liked that it was easy to find.

The lady at the front desk was over-top curt, short-fused and bitter...very unaccompadating.

Proximity to the airport, friendly staff, big swimming pool

Close to airport 15 minute drive Restraint good and well priced Budget style hotel at reasonable prices

The shower was nice and the room was big

Nothing

Was on a transit, so spent just a night. Very friendly staff and helpful - but that's Thailand for you, good spread on the breakfast, timely shuttle pick up and drop. Free and reliable wifi, as I didn't want to pick up a sim card for a 12 hr layover.

Given it's within a mile of the airport, flights 24/7 are a thing.. Nothing the hotel can do anything about, if one choses to book close by. The bed however are rock hard! Early check-in for a fee even you're an hour early.

Great location (airport) easy check in / transport room was very spacious

Nothing

The staff were friendly and the room was ok

I only put a low score as I felt that I was scammed by one of the worker there. I asked him to help me finding a vape, he did went to buy 2 vapes for me and charged me 2 000 000 THB which is $85 aud. I did not appreciate that at all

Svp

Gold hotel was a good nights stay.close to seven eleven and some resteraunts just left side of the hotel.just good old pad thai.loved it.and airport suvarnabhumi airport a short ride to the airport.and they can mini shuttle to airport for a 100 baht good stay

Nothing everything ok.bit the mini safe was not working this needs to be put right for future stay when i stay over again

Nice hotel staff great and friendly close to shops and market pool big

Could do with a shaded area for sunbeds near the pool

Location

The property has false pictures on their website. There is no slides at the pool. This should be audited by third party websites. And we had kids which were charged for the shuttle to the airport. Will NEVER stay here again. Buyer BEWARE!

Staff were very friendly. Driver for the airport was on time.

Room looked run down and in disrepair.

Room clean and comforter, staff very helpful, restaurants nearby, good shuttle bus and close to airport.

N/A

Toilet flush was broken and the tap was lose in the basin other then that it was not to bad

The location is excellent for the airport and with a shuttle bus available.

Bellboy, when asked how are you, "I'm tired and hungry but no money for food" is not what I expect as a response. Don't beg for tips 😡 Bed was rock hard, the pillow was so soft my head hit the rock hard bed. Aircon was a nightmare, I had to get out of bed for the remote to operate the unit but that was hit and miss.

Great location after a long flight and bus was very useful

The pool wasn’t available which is why we booked there , no correspondence to Let us know

Conforme à nos attentes

Rien à signaler

Convenient to get to and from the airport

Close to Airport Close to street food and restaurants

The size of the room was perfect

The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Close to airport

Lyhyt matka lentokentälle, siisti ja tilava huone, kiva parveke josta pystyi seuraamaan laskeutuvia lentokoneita.
