View from room was amazing, fantastic sea view. Can see puffin island from the window and we had binoculars and a telescope in the room for our use which was very thoughtful. The view of the stars over the sea at night was beautiful. Breakfast was lovely and the bed was very comfortable.

This was by far the best accommodation in our short trip to Wales. It's a lovely old building updated for every modern comfort without losing anything of it's charm, decorated and maintained with great care. Our room had good wifi, good shower, tea, coffee, biscuits and a super silent small fridge stocked (and restocked!) with drinks. The view was absolutely unbeatable - it was so nice to start and finish the day looking out to the sea! The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area, there's a lot to see and do. Breakfast is cooked to order and everything we tried was really tasty. The hosts are the kindest people, warm and welcoming and ready to help with everything. Thank you Sharon and Paul, it was a great little break!

La struttura , un’antica dimora è fronte mare dove si possono ammirare bellissimi tramonti; la nostra camera, Penmon point arredata con stile classico ha un bellissimo letto molto confortevole e comodo ; bagno spazioso e doccia super comoda con in dotazione accappatoi e tutto il necessario per fare la doccia ( a disposizione anche crema corpo ) La colazione è super e c’è tantissima varietà ; i proprietari Sharon e Paul sono talmente gentili e disponibili e per noi è stato un gran piacere conversare ogni giorno con loro . È stato un soggiorno indimenticabile!

We had a lovely sea view & were able to watch sunsets. Not only was there a fridge provided, but it was stocked & refilled during the week. I have never come across such a choice of cooked breakfasts. Hosts were wonderful.

It would have been good to be able to get evening meals in the town itself.

Sharon & Paul are friendly & kind hosts. Peaceful area. Free onsite parking. 2 minute walk to beach. Fab breakfast. Lots to do in the daytime in the surrounding area.

Not Sharon & Paul's fault but not many options for eating out in the evenings within walking distance. Great chippy & a Coop nearby.

It was very comfortable, spacious, clean, fantastic breakfast. Period property with interesting antique furniture. The owners are lovely. The location is wonderful.

The only thing I would have preferred would be curtains in the room we stayed in. The blinds didn't really stop the light streaming in at sunrise.

The staff was amazing and so friendly we defiantly going to stay again and we have recommended to everyone to stay here . It was so clean and we felt like home

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Sharon und Paul sind herzliche Gastgeber, die uns den ein oder anderen Tipp gegeben haben. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Zimmer hatte einen Erker mit zwei sehr bequemen Sesseln direkt vorm Fenster mit einem wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer.

Very pleasant couple nothing was too much. We arrived Sunday evening, so very few eateries were open. The owners were more than happy for us to eat food we had bought locally at their property even providing plates and cutlery.

The gorgeous photos from the website do not do justice to this gem. Our room looked out over the promenade and the water and was set up with comfy chairs, afghans, and binoculars for sitting and watching the waves, wind surfers, and sunsets. There were cocoa and biscuits waiting for us and the fridge was stocked with juice, milk, and prosecco with the compliments of our hosts. Breakfast was both prompt and delicious and we couldn't have been happier. Would definitely stay longer if we could!

From the minute of walking in to the property we were made to feel welcome. Nothing to big of a task . Both Paul and Sharon were very professional and friendly throughout our stay. The room was amazing plenty of space and views to die for ,and the extras provided by the owners were above expectations. The breakfast choices are more than you would expect delicious and served in the best bone China. The house and garden are both lovely Will definitely be back there soon.

Beautifully presented suite of 2 connected ensuite rooms - one with twin beds & other a king size bed in bay windowed sea view room that was perfect to still enjoy the location whatever the weather provided! Delicious generous breakfast with great range. Very welcome courtesy, nibbles, juice & mini prosecco in the room. Very clean & comfortable. On site parking so helpful. Very short walk to beach, village shops & restaurants & wetlands. Great recomendations & helpful local tips from hosts to get the most out of our stay eg visting local castles & waterfalls. Highly recommend & hope to return. Thank you.

if booking.com allowed something like a golden buzzer, I would press it right away! There is simply no mistake here. The owners are incredibly helpful, accommodating and communicative. They will explain and show you everything, advise you on where to go and where not to go, what to visit and what to avoid. The room is like from a fairy tale - for the first time in my life I slept in a four-poster bed and it was great! The bathroom is generously sized, equipped with everything imaginable and necessary. And the breakfast!!! The chefs should be tortured and then executed, because you definitely can't lose weight here :-) They have diplomas from booking.com on the wall and they all show a score of 9.9. Basically, I don't understand who took away the one tenth from them and for what. They shouldn't have ten points, but twenty!!!

Excellent hospitality

Spotless room with a view across the sea, comfy bed, crisp linen, snacks in room with tea/coffee, delicious breakfast, welcoming and friendly hosts, good recommendations for where to go! We loved our comfortable night. We came because of all the good reviews and we were not disappointed. Easy parking, easy check in and breakfast ordering from a great selection menu. We stayed as we were visiting the Zipline Quarry nearby. Paul recommended a lovely pub in Llandudno and the Yacht Club a few houses down from Min y Don where they welcomed us for drinks later. All in all a fabulous stay, highly recommend.

Fabulous guest house located on the seafront. Our hosts couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. We lacked nothing - absolutely everything had been thought of. Great place to stay, and the best breakfast in Wales.

We enjoyed everything about the guest house. The extras were a nice touch and the room upgrade was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was excellent. Our hosts Sharon and Paul were so friendly.

A lovely B&B with very comfortable clean rooms and Victorian features. The owners are so friendly and will do anything they can to help. My room was very quiet and comfortable. They even upgraded me so I had a dressing room, fabulous bathroom and bathrobe. The breakfast menu exceeds every expectation and is better than exclusive hotels. Az a long distance walker, with no notice , they kindly provided a tasty filling evening meal and beer. The seafront is beautiful.

Everything. It felt very luxurious. Chandeliers, prosecco and snacks, dressing gown and slippers, fantastic view of the sea…telescope and binoculars provided. Very comfortable bed. Large, fully equipped bathroom. Lovely shower. Breakfast was very tasty, a fair range of choices. Paul and Sharon are lovely hosts. Location is fantastic for long walks along the shore. Close to Conwy and Llandudno and Colwyn Bay. Plenty of parking on site.

Beautifully presented room, very comfortable indeed, lovely roomy en suite shower room. Plenty of room for parking at the property. The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were delicious. Our room overlooked the promenade and the sea, great views.

Sharon & Paul gave us a warm welcome. The room and building was beautiful as was Llanfairfechan generally. If we had more time, we would have walked down the coast - very beautiful.

Llanfairfechan is a bit on the quiet side. So, depending on what you're looking for, that could be a good thing - or a bad thing.

Le meilleur hébergement de toute ma randonnée sur le Wales North Coast Path. Tout est absolument parfait. Quelle délicate attention le joli mug offert ! Et surtout un grand merci d’avoir bien voulu avancer l’heure du petit déjeuner pour nous permettre, après 19km de marche, de prendre notre train retour à Bangor.

The property is located right by the beach promenade, with beautiful views and a nice front patio. The staff were lovely, Sharon & Paul went out of their way to make me comfortable, they even made me a sandwich for breakfast when they realised I’d forgotten submitted my breakfast request, just in case, which was amazing

No complaints really, however it would be nice to have a net curtain or blind on the windows so light can come in without people having a direct view

The rooms were nicely put together and very comfortable. It was great to have a view on the sea. The breakfast was very good. The hosts put a lot of care into it the entire experience.

The 7pm deadline for check-in is not especially explicit and is very easy to miss. We were on the brink of not being allowed to enter the guest house which is quite stressful when you’re miles away from home. I’d recommend the hosts to send a reminder about the 7pm deadline the day before the check-in.

A stones throw from the beach and coastal path. Lovely homely feel and brilliant hosts. Room was brilliant with a fantastic wooden headboard mini fridge nice coffee and a huge bathroom and shower. Breakfast was really well made and you could tell they both took pride in the food they provided. Lots of choice which you decided the evening before and the time you wanted it so when you arrived in the dining room you were waiting long for your breakfast. Just great service top notch.

It’s not the most modern building or decoration but it’s clean and tidy. The stairs were a little odd from large treads to small treads on the upper floors so had to pay attention.
