The hotel has a great location in Shanghai Songjiang. The rooms are clean, big, and modern. The bed is really comfortable. The hotel restaurant offers a great variety of food for breakfast. It is also possible to buy dinner at the restaurant and choose the meals from a good menu. The staff is friendly.

overall the property is good, clean and organised

I don't think the room was I booked, then I didn't make complain. I looked up other property during my stay, other property had much better condition with less costs

The comfort, quiet, cleanliness, staff, all the stuff they provide, all the amenities, it's what I need to fully relax. Welcoming 100% + the bed is basically a cloud. Great experience, will start looking for these hotels everywhere. 👏🏼👏🏼

Worst of all worst hotels. AC is not working properly in the heat of summer. Room stayed at 26 all night. Complaints online and to corporate faebook. If you dont give a damn about your guest just close the damnhotel you morons!!!!!

The bed was very comfy, the AC was nice and cold, and I appreciated the daily water. There is also a Family Mart attached to the building which was convenient for snacks.

The environment is good and I always use it.

I liked the location of the hotel.

The reception. We reached there on 22nd June2024 at 730 pm after a long train journey from Xian. The girl at the reception desk was just hopeless. She didn't speak a word of English, refused to look at the dictionary that we used to communicate and just kept giving us a blank and stony stare. It was raining heavily, we're expecting another friend to join us the next day, and most importantly, it was around 9 pm by that time. Otherwise, I'm pretty sure, we would've simply gone out to scour for another hotel that day. There wasn't anyone to help us with our luggage or even to show us to our room. From next morning, ie, 23rd June, onwards our experiences were better though with Rebecca Hu at the reception. Sincerely, it was only for her, that we stayed at the hotel. Honestly speaking, I still have trauma from my experiences with the first girl at the reception.

Not bad overall. But you need a car to get out for meal.

The staff is kind.

1. The facility smells bad, the room smells like someone smoked in it and it also smell moldy. Since I get in the hotel, my allergy start kicking in with itchy eyes and running nose. 2. There is no restaurant near by, had to get food online . The staff pointed to a direction and I walked 1 km and still didn’t find anything. There is a small grocery store near the hotel though. If you are not familiar with China’s system. Definitely not your choice. 3. I have been staying in many other holiday inn express hotels, the breakfast is not as great as other places. 4. This is definitely one of the last one I would recommend.

オープン当時から利用させて頂いてますが、清掃設備が当時と変わらず素晴らしく、大変満足しています。

the location was far from public transport and the breakfast was not suitable for foreigners. the international items was a little limited for us. but there was a small supermarket (family mart) near the hotel could be use by guests with a very good and kind staff.

The staff were great. Couldn't have been more helpful

It wasn't the best location but a short taxi ride took us to where we wanted to go.

位置比較偏僻，周圍沒飯店。雖然客戶就在郊區，但至少這樣的價格去商業街旁邊不行嗎？而且沒有洗衣服務，只有投幣洗衣機。

Never disappointed with IHG,comfortable room, first-class facilities in Express hotel. the security was very polite, and helped me carry my heavy luggages since the floor tiles were uneven which is at the entrance of the hotel.

For the business travel was so good, front desk staff so nice, also with convenient store Family Mart in the hotel. The most important thing it's near my company only 10 mins by walk. Will choose next time.

早餐不行，其他都不錯

我在今年十一月底開始參加一個公平的會議，我不得不說總體而言我已經克服了充足的需求，但由於早餐缺乏國際美食，我沒有全力以赴。食物幾乎都是中國人。缺少奶酪類型薩拉米香腸火腿香腸（雞蛋是）燈塔。至於清潔和取暖服務，一切都無可挑剔 I was at the end of November beginning of December this year for a fair and I have to say that overall I have overcome the sufficiency but I have not given my all because of the lack of international cuisine for breakfast. The food was almost all Chinese. missing cheese type salami ham sausages (eggs yes) beacon. as for cleaning and heating service, everything was perfect

酒店位置有點偏辟, 但房間舒適, 毛巾床單非常乾淨, 有部空氣過濾機更滿意

房間整體很新 很適合商務出差

Hotel maravilhoso, pessoal mega atencioso. O único problema é que realmente fica longe do centro de Shanghai, porém a estação de trem é mega perto e mega fácil de utilizar. Depois de um dia inteiro pelas ruas, saber que voltaria para descansar num hotel de primeira era mega reconfortante rsrs!!! Café da manhã é praticamente um almoço.

チェックイン時、少しトラブルがあり女性スタッフの態度が悪かったけど、チェックアウト時の男性スタッフは良かった。バスタブは要注意で洗面所床に排水口が無いのでオーバーフローさせると大変です。朝食は一般的なアメリカスタイルのご飯ですがサラダが無いのはガッカリです。ルームクリーニング時のチップを部屋に置きましたがそのまま置いてありました。歯ブラシ等のアメニティーグッツはありません。部屋は広くベットも柔らかくゆっくりはできます。部屋も静かです。

今回４度目の滞在となりましたが、前回に比べ宿泊客が多く、朝食とチェックアウトの対応は遅かったです。

新しいホテルです。工場地帯にあり、周辺に飲食店はほとんどありません。 ホテルは綺麗で、観光客向けではなく、工場関連のビジネスユースの位置づけのホテルだと思います。 ホテル内のレストランも２１時では閉店していました。 夜は別の場所で食事をしてから入店する方がいいと思います。 朝食もホテル内のレストランで食べられます。 ご飯、麺、パンと一通りは揃っていました。

饭店很干净，服务人员很友善，早餐也很丰盛，很棒

駅から遠いし、周りは工場街だし、何でこんな所にホリデイイン作ったのか不思議なロケーション。上海中心部にも地下鉄で1時間あまりかかる、私はゴルフの世界大会を見るため、一番近いここを選んだが、観光には向いてないだろう。ホテル自体は綺麗で室内も清潔、近隣に日系企業が多く、出張のビジネスマンには最適かもしれない。

可迟少许退房(较人性化)，较干净，入住程序简单，比较静，只是周围没有食店，也没有商场，稍欠方便，但我会介绍给朋友的！
