Seren Sari Hotel

Çok memnun kaldım. Fiyatı gayet uygun kalıyor otele göre. Kahvaltısı güzel yeterliydi. Tek sevmediğim şeyi odalarda terlik vermemeleriydi. Duştan çıkınca vs baya sıkıntı oluyor. Yatak rahattı ve temizdi. Konumu da güzel sahile yakın

Comfortable rooms in need of a few fixes, standard Turkish style breakfast. Reasonably quiet. Decent pool. Very conveniently located close to the central part of the beach promenade. Staff very nice and helpful. Contrary to the description however, there is no on-site parking available, and there may not be a parking spot in the narrow streets around the hotel if arriving late in the day.

Clean room helpful staff

Very nice and clean very helpful

I didn't like that the pool closed at too early. Other than that was a really nice place, I would stay again.

Pool was awesome and the AC is very good in the room

hem oda hem de klima cok kotu sigara kokuyordu. camlar cok ses geciriyor ve yazlik ayarlaninca tum ses iceride. dus basligi ciddi keyifsizdi. bunlar disinda otel tertemiz fiyat guzel. ufak iyilestirmeler ile cok cok iyi olacaktir. gene gelsem ayni sekilde fiyat nedeni ile sizi tercih ederim.

Otel odası küçücük tuvaletteki musluk bozuktu. Temiz değildi. Kahvaltısı da iyi değildi.

Otel temizdi. Bır gece konakladık. Kahvaltı daha iyi olabilir

Odanın kliması çalışmadı bu sebeple cam açık yat ak zorunda kaldım Elektriğin sürekli gidip gelmesinden kaynaklı sıkıntı nedeniyle çalışmayabileceğini lobiye ilettim fakat herhangi bir değişiklik olmadı Tekrar konaklamam

The Gentleman Mehmet at the front desk was very accommodating, if wa asked for anything he did hia best accommodate us, even agreed to look after our luggage 5 hours before our book on time. Its not a new hotel but for the price its good. Location is great if you dont mind a bit of noise eapcially on the weekend. There are bars below and it can be very nosy until late at night.

Room was excellently clean, cozy, and nice balcony. Staff was pleasant & helpful. Breakfast was well planned and delish. Parking is tough because it's such a busy area.

Personel iyiydi, kat hizmetleri odayı her gün temizlemiş.

The staff was really nice and friendly. Hotel room was nice and clean. There was very noisy restaurants nicerby so it took some time to get a sleep. But the hotel was very peacefully so that was the main thing 🙂 Breakfast was poor for our taste but maybe our taste is bit different than other quests. Our vacation was really nice and we can recommend this hotel.

Small bed. Bad breakfast.

Great value for money, breakfast was good, clean good sized rooms comfortable beds Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend. Very close to all places of interest too

Check in işlemleri oldukça hızlı personel ve işletmeci oldukça yardımcı oldu. Kaldığım oda gerçekten tertemiz ve konforluydu. Sıcaklar düşünüldüğünde klima oldukça başarılı. Otel konum tam merkezi ve kordon a paralel yakın. Tekrar konakladığımda kalmak isteyeceğim bi otel.

Everyone at the hotel were polite, helpful and accommodating. It felt like family.

Die Lage war super.. Das Hotel allerdings eine einzige Katastrophe.

Very best to beach and has shops and restaurants. However can be very noisy as there are bars and karaoke nearby. It comes with being in convenient areas and so I was ok with it.

Impossible parking in the street in front of the hotel. Big hardship. Old not well taken care building. Many things missing in the rooms, horrible bathrooms with almost every thing missing from it. Rude reception. Nose from below that you cannot sleep before 1 or 2 am. Elevator is good for one person!! Language is impossible to fit in it. Breakfast we rate 2.5 out of 5. We will never go back to it. Highly not recommend.

BEWARE, it’s an absolute SCAM! The manager here brought my son to tears and we almost slept on the street… I was traveling with my 10yo-14yo 3 sons and it was their first time in Turkey. We arrived after a long day at 11:30pm, only for the manager to tell me that 2 out of my 3 kids “count as adults” since they 12 or older. We were happy to be sharing the 2 double beds but he refused. He wanted us to book a second room — not just paying more, but making my two sons sleep in another room from me!! The hotel is NOTHING like the pictures, it’s old and uncomfortable, and does not give the feeling of being safe enough to let me kids sleep in another room. There aren’t even deadbolt locks on the doors. So it’s 11:450pm this man is saying we can’t check in until he gets another €400 for a second room for 2 nights. We end up in shouting match as I fight for the prepaid room and not to sleep on the street. I only had €100 of emergency cash and being the weekend my debit card still hadn’t updated for using the cash machines anyway. This man bribed the only cash I had just so we could get into a “bigger room that accommodates multiple adults” — again it was my kids. And then all we got was the same configuration but with a rollaway bed added. The room was directly above the bar/restaurant and extremely loud until 2am. The next day he saw us and confronted me for more money because he had “miscalculated the rate”. I can literally say it was the worst hotel experience.

The breakfast was not very extensive. The pool area was very good with nice sun beds. Location good for bars, restaurants and transport to visit other areas.

Otelin herşeyi güzeldi sadece sabah kahvaltısı dışında öğlen ve akşam üstüde yemek olsa karnımız acıktığında dışarda yemek yerine otelimizde yesek süper olurdu mesela günün menüsü olsa bugün diyelim hamburger veya mantı kızartma veya daha farklı aperetif şeyler yani müşterisi istediğinde hazırlancak şeyler bence iyi olur bilmiyorum daha önce denedinizmi ama otel dışında yemek yenecek çok yer bar biliyorum ama böylede olsa güzel olurdu sadece benimkide bir düşünce

Gecirdigimiz 4 gun boyunca guzel bir tatildi calısan arkadaslar olsun oda temizligi olsun cok iyi bir otel gelecek yıl icin tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz otel calısanlarına cok tesekkur ederim havuz kenarinda calısan bar arkadasina tesekkür ederim bizimle ilgilendigi icin.

Unfortunately this hotel is very old and it’s hot the air conditioner wasn’t working. It’s extremely noisy from outside. Small restroom and shower area is very old style, elevator is very small and hot and some level not working… over all not a good hotel at all

Very pleasant and welcoming. Room was great!

We enjoyed the stay. It is a good hotel. Close to the beach area. Good location. But, Parking space was a big problem. Parking only on the street. It is very hard to find parking space on the street. Breakfast was ok but it was not rich enough.

Breakfast is limited, staff not polite. You don’t even finish the breakfast and they start to take the plates.

On the Expedia website, it mentions free self parking on site. There is no on site parking and extremely limited street parking close by. When we arrived, we managed to park 20 minutes walk away. We did find a suitable parking space, 5 minutes walk on the way to Aqua Dream Water Park. If we knew about the limited parking, we would have chosen a different hotel. Rooms were clean and serviced everyday. Rooms can be noisy until the early hours which was okay for us but not if you have young children. Close to the beach which was good and lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Völlig in Ordnung

Hotel served its purpose well, air conditioned room and good clean wash room. Breakfast was not the best but there is variety of restaurants surrounding the hotel. Wifi connection was good, good pool area, there is a 24 hour mini mart below the hotel with great reasonable prices compared to others and are stocked with all you will need, they are also up for a friendly little chat as well. The room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels replacing the used ones. Hotel was relatively quiet in the night (no loud or fussy guests), i was on the 5th floor so the surrounding bars did not cause much of a problem either. Gentleman working the night shift is great, helped me with a late night check in. Had a broken shower from the previous guests. I notified him and he had it replaced within the hour. Would recommend for others. Good location, not too far from the main strip (roughly a 5 minute walk), the beach is a 2 minute walk from the backside of the hotel and some good dining options in the evening. The bar below serving steaks or popeyes. Take your pick. Thank you to the staff for a lovely stay.

One room has smell of smoking

Nothing

God beliggenhed, fine værelser og god pool.

2 gecelik bi konaklamaydı. Temiz ve konforluydu fakat ilgi sıfır ve kahvaltı yetersizdi.

Harika

One hour after we booked we had to cancel due to poor weather which prevented our ferry from departing for Marmaris but when we requested a refund we were declined .

The property had very small beds which weren't even queen size and they called them king size. Secondly the lift would frequently get stuck in between and the staff was least bothered. A woman got stuck and no help was there for 15mins and when they arrived they couldn't override the lift.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel location with walking distance to the beach and dining restaurants.

A good budget hotel in a great location. Unfortunately, we had smelly towels and had to wait until the next morning to change them.

The reception team was very nice and helpful. The bar downstairs can be a little bit loud but overall it was a good experience.

Property was very clean .staff friendly and helpful .lovely small pool idea for couples .loved my stay here

This place is a little gem … 💯 recommended has absolute best staff .. and I will 💯 return !! Xx

Fiyat performans

Huzurlu, temiz ve deniz kenarındaki mekanlara yakın olmasına rağmen sessiz. Manzaralı oda içinde ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

Yataklari cok kotuydu sabaha kadar uyuyamadik. Odalarda terlik yok.

Good location. Very good breakfasts.

Excellent room, great staff, nice pool and facilities, close to the beach, entertainment and shops.

Hotel was just what I wanted very clean friendly staff.

It was our first trip to Marmaris so didn’t really know the area. We paid £45 per night including breakfast staying w nights. The hotel itself was clean and well presented. The check in was great and we got upgraded because of hotels.com gold member, the room was big with a wrap around balcony and we had a sea and pool view. Our only niggles would be that the bed wasn’t very comfy and they could improve the standard of pillows and add tea and coffee facilities to the room. Our room was floor 2 and we struggled with wifi, it was fine on the ground floor - but for us this is a big frustration and did impact our stay. Overall the hotel was great for the price however, a huge watch out if booking - there is extremely loud music from around 9pm-12am every evening from the restaurant below the hotel which impacts sleep if you are early birds! Such a shame because this would stop us staying again. After exploring Marmaris next time we would look to stay nearer the old town because of location - If you like to party until early hours this is a great spot and we would recommend however, it just didn’t work for us.

There was high level noise coming from below restaurant at night. The water from the shower cabin leaked to the bathroom.

Otel çevresi cok gürültülü

Stuff were so kind and helpful, foom was bigger than we thought and clean, we booked just B&B so I can tell breakfast was delicious full Turkish breakfast with some cereals if you choose, location is perfect for shoppers , there are many bars, restaurants (I strongly advise Taj Mahal Indian restaurant and Mandorin Chinese restaurant which is on the top floor of Taj Mahal) if you would like to swim in the sea you will be guiet away but there is a swimming pool in hotel not so big just enough yo cool you down.there is a pool bar.

I stayed here solo as I was coming to see my dentist for a few days and thought I’d have a couple of extra days after I’m the sunshine. Unfortunately my room was not up to expectations. There was a blanket on the bed just about big enough for a dog to cover me. The bathroom had long dark hairs on the floor, the shower had no hook for the shower head. The hotel has balconies all the way round and I was given a room with just a window right above a very noisy bar with loud music so had to sleep with ear buds in every night. There is a fridge in the room and a wardrobe so it’s very basic. I only went to breakfast once as it was very basic and not my taste. I ended up changing my flights after I’d seen my dentist as I found the whole place very depressing with no balcony to sit out on. If you don’t mind basic and slightly rustic then that’s fine. Wouldn’t stay here again sorry.

My family have been stayed there for 5 days. They’ve said that the breakfast was very good. The rooms were spacious and clean. They are appreciated for the service and hospitality. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent corner room with extra large balcony. Kept spotless, and helpful staff. Only down would be nice to have kettle in room, and also a further waste bIn inthe bedroom. Would recommend to others and will be returning. Very central to everything.

Management and staff are all wonderful they always go an extra mile to make you feel happy and enjoy your time at their hotel with a great relaxed atmosphere your also 2 mins from the beach and shops restaurants bus taxis are all on your door step me and my family recommend your stay here we will definitely return thank you all the staff at Seren sari

We found this place at the last minute. Good location clean rooms which a mini fridge, safe deposit box. Wifi worked perfect so did a/c

Good value for money, good location, good breakfast

Property is modern, right on the main strip of Marmaris, central for food/drinks etc. Breakfast is basic but enjoyable. The room we were given was on the top floor with a great view of the pool and a real sun trap. Staff are nice and welcoming. Good for couples or older people not so much kids as pool area is small. Quiet hotel.

Brand new and clean hotel but the staff is not the best

The overall standard of the hotel and service was good. Clean room, staff is friendly and helpful.
