掃除がきちんとされていない。エレベーターが二つあるのですがエレベーターの中で壁に手をかけると手が汚れるほどの埃がついておりスタッフさん達も乗ってるのに気が付かないのかなと思いました。 部屋に貴重品入れがありますと言われたので、翌日出かける前に入れて行こうとしたが使用できない状態でした。その辺の確認を毎回行なっていないのも気になりました。出かける際に部屋の鍵を預けていくシステムなのでその際に使えないことを伝え、戻った時には使えるようなっていました。

There is slight smell in the room, maybe the facility is a bit old, but they have air purifier inside the room. Need to return the key to the front desk if you leave the hotel, understandable but a bit inconvenient.

姿勢が古く、天井や壁紙のシミ、洗面台下や便器タンクの接続部や浴槽と壁の淵などに汚れのこびりつきが目につく。星評価と釣り合わない。 予約とプラン名称が少し違う事を質問したら、部屋に電話してきて了解の言質を取ろうとしてきた。既にフロントで一度了解したのにわざわざ電話で念押しされた様で不快に感じた。

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Was assigned a low floor unit, building was under reno and fully covered in scaffolding, altho there is a good size window in row, the roller blind cannot be drawn up else workers will be looking into unit, so room was compromised of natural light and indoor lighting was insufficient too.
bed is near sunken rm is dark there was no update or info abt renovation, during booking so we were shocked when we access rm but too late, can cancel rm. hotel n booking.com non-transparent communications on the current hotel status, reality of rm is incoherent to the published images as it’s dark n felt iffy.

部屋にコップ類が一つも無くて不便だった。お茶コーヒー類なし、湯沸かしポットはありました。 飲水は水道水らしくペットボトルもありませんでした。
