In the island the taxi / transfert to the Town are really expensive, some hotels propose free transfert to the hotel to the Town because you don’t have choice to take your car.

We had such a lovely stay here! The hotel is beautiful and the service was amazing from start to finish. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay so special, but a very special mention to our wonderful hostess, Galini, who was absolutely incredible throughout our stay. She was so kind, attentive and genuinely made us feel so welcome. Also to our driver Gregory, who was so friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to return!

Wir waren 11 Tage im Hotel My Aktis und es war der beste Urlaub unseres Lebens. Die Zimmer mit Whirlpool sind wunderschön und die Lage einmalig. Eine tolle Taverne befindet sich gleich am Strand. Das À la carte Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet mit Blick aufs Meer. Der Pool ist zwar nicht sehr groß, aber es waren immer Liegen frei. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass es Fahrer im Hotel gab und die Koordination über die Rezeption abgewickelt wurde, da die Straßen auf Mykonos wirklich eng und schwierig zu befahren sind. Noch nie hatten wir so ein aufmerksames, freundliches Hotelteam! Egal ob Roomservice, Frühstückspersonal, Rezeption oder die Fahrer im Hotel - alle waren unfassbar zuvorkommend und unterstützend. In kurzer Zeit sind uns alle so ans Herz gewachsen. Das Hotel kann sich wirklich glücklich schätzen - so ein Team findet man kein zweites Mal - danke an alle!

Der Sichtschutz zwischen den Whirpools und den Zimmern könnte besser sein, die Bambusstäbe sind sehr einsichtig und beim Wind auch sehr laut.

I travel a lot, and I can say without hesitation that My Aktis is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. From start to finish the experience was faultless, and what made it truly special was the staff. It started before we even arrived. The hotel contacted us personally over WhatsApp in the lead-up to the trip to arrange our transfer. This wasn't a random taxi, it was a proper transfer with the hotel's own staff, which made the whole arrival feel safe and looked after, and the driver was genuinely lovely. When we got to the hotel we were greeted by the team beside the stunning outdoor pool and handed a welcome drink while they finished off the paperwork. A small touch, but a brilliant one, far nicer than sitting around in a reception waiting. Breakfast was exceptional. Each morning you could choose two plates and two drinks per person, including any coffee and a fresh juice, and the service from the staff was incredible. I'll say it again because it's the thing that stood out most: the people working here are what make this place. Nothing was ever a chore for them. That same care showed when it mattered. We had a small leak from our air-conditioning unit, and the team had it fixed within the hour, no fuss, no waiting around. It's easy to praise a hotel when everything's perfect, but you really learn what a place is made of by how quickly and gracefully they sort the one thing that isn't. The pool area looks straight out over the beautiful Super Paradise beach. The food selection by the pool is limited, but honestly it's more than enough. The hotel isn't right in the centre of town, but this was never an issue for us. We'd rented a small car and it actually worked in our favour, it gave us the freedom to explore the island whenever we wanted. It was only about a ten-minute drive into town each evening, with free parking in town and spaces back at the hotel too. We will absolutely be returning.

Très bel emplacement, à l’écart du centre ville, en bord de plage ! Un personnel très accueillant et sympathique ! Une mention spéciale à Vasia la magnifique serveuse du restaurant qui illumine vos vacances tant avec son sourire charmeur que son regard envoûtant 🤩. Elle ne s’appelle plus Aphrodite et ne siège plus sur le mont Olympe …….. elle est désormais au Nimbus by Aktis et s’appelle Vasia ! Mon plus beau souvenir de Grèce ❤️

Die Anlage ist sehr schön sowie die Zimmer sind in der Realität bedeutend schöner und grosszügiger als auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist sehr schön, jedoch ist ein Mietwagen zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist jung und super sympathisch.

Einzig fehlt es etwas an schattigen Plätzen in den für alle zugänglichen Bereichen.

Wir wurden ins Nimbus Mykonos umgebucht weshalb ich hier Bewertung abgeben muss. Ich war mehr als zufrieden und mir ist die Abreise noch nie so schwer gefallen. Das Personal, das Zimmer, der Poom und das Essen waren einfach perfekt. Ich würde immer wieder in dieses Hotel gehen!

I was switched to a hotel at the last minute because my original hotel closed early. The location was horrible. The beach was horrible management was not accommodating the price of the room, hotel and beach and price did not match my accommodations at My Atkins. There was no communication with booking.com only with the hotel. I sent several messages to the hotel and never got an answer regarding price reduction that I saw online. When I got to the hotel, I showed them the price reduction I saw which was half of the price I paid from my original hotel $1000 less. I asked for the reduction and was told I could not get that price because I had booked the reservation in advance. I was very disappointed and disputed the price, but was repeatedly told I could not. Due to the end of the season, the prices had reduced by half. It was no longer $1000 a night it was $1000 for two nights. It is unfair and I am very disappointed. I will not return to that hotel and it is dam in my spirits about traveling to Mykonos. I am not sure that I will continue to use booking it since I cannot have direct communication With them only at the time ofreservation.

The staff were absolutely amazing, couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel very welcome and spoilt, from the minute we got there to the minute we left. The property is absolutely beautiful and our room was perfect, we felt it was great value for money. 10/10 would return!!

Access to public transport (bus) involved a bit of a struggle - climbing walls, walking over beach etc. Fine in the day but a bit worrying in the dark.

Wow this place is incredible. The views are the best, the pool area was incredible. Small resort so the staff are able to learn your name and make the stay more personable. Super paradise beach location so you are able to walk to the beach clubs and restaurants. Just amazing!

Great hotel experience, facilities and rooms are nice. If i could give more stars for customer service I would. All staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, views from the pool and rooms are beautiful. Overall my wife and I enjoyed our stay. If we're fortunate enough to return to Mykonos we'll look to stay here again.

Ho appena trascorso un soggiorno fantastico al Nimbus My Aktis e non posso che raccomandarlo a chiunque stia cercando una vacanza all’insegna del lusso, della tranquillità e della bellezza naturale di Mykonos. Posizione: Il punto forte di questo hotel è sicuramente la sua posizione. La vista sul mare e l’accesso diretto alla spiaggia di Super Paradise sono semplicemente spettacolari. È il luogo perfetto per chi cerca il massimo del relax, lontano dal caos, ma senza rinunciare alla bellezza di una delle spiagge più famose dell’isola. Struttura e Servizi: Le camere sono moderne, spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort. Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia e l’attenzione ai dettagli. In particolare, la piscina panoramica e la jacuzzi in camera sono un plus incredibile che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale. La colazione era deliziosa, con una selezione di prodotti freschi e di qualità. Staff: Il personale è stato estremamente professionale e accogliente, sempre disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza. La loro attenzione al cliente ha reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Atmosfera: L’atmosfera è rilassata e intima, il che lo rende ideale per coppie o chiunque cerchi un angolo di paradiso lontano dalla folla. Nonostante la sua tranquillità, l’hotel è ben collegato alle altre attrazioni dell’isola. Conclusione: Non posso che consigliarlo vivamente. Il Nimbus My Aktis ha reso la mia vacanza a Mykonos davvero indimenticabile, e sicuramente ci tornerò in futuro. Se cercate una vacanza di lusso in un ambiente sereno, questo è il posto giusto!

the lcoation was good, next to super paradise, it took us 50 euros and about 20 min to reach any place, we found a nice taxi driver and made it easy for us. the rooms are very small but very well oprganised, huse wardrobe, beautiful terrace, nice small shower with culti toiletries. there was daily water refills which was a nice touch. very good bfats options, nice pool. good parking.

first night the emergency light came on at 6:00am with a light over my bed like a projector which made it impossible to sleep. when chatting to admin he literally told me: what do you want me to do. im talking to you so cant do anything :) even if this is true there must be a customer service communication level, but maybe he was new or junior. at first all staff were very nice and friendly. around the 2nd day bfast was maybe too crowded but staff was clearly irritated and snapped back whenever asked about a dish that we ordered 30 min ago. of even a cappucino that took 20 min to arrive. maybe it was understaff, or people had a late night before coming to work but clearly this is not a friendly service.

De hotelkamer was heel mooi en ruim. De bedden lagen heerlijk. De ontbijtjes waren lekker en variërend van keuze. De locatie was prachtig, mooi uitzicht op de zee. Je moet wel een taxi nemen naar de stad of andere activiteiten. Alleen super paradise beach was op loopafstand.

De jacuzzi kon beter schoongemaakt worden en duurde echt heel lang voordat we ons eten telkens kregen. Ook mag het personeel bij de keuken wat meer alert zijn op de gasten.

The overall experience with the hotel was amazing! Staff were really friendly and helpful with everything from breakfast to requests in the room. The transfer and concierge services worked great for everything we needed, and they were able to help us with everything we needed.

This location was to die for! Stunning hotel! It was our first island and what a way to start our vacation. I wish we stayed longer and would've loved to use more of the amenities. The view is out of this world. Breakfast was very generous – you could not eat everything they offered. The pool and view were worth every penny. Next time, we're staying here longer. It was a 5-star experience all the way, from transportation, to staff, to the room, to the amenities.

Todo. Es un sitio precioso, totalmente integrado en el paisaje de la cala de Superparadise. La habitación muy bonita y cómoda, hay ruido nocturno del beach contiguo pero ya sabes dónde estás reservando. Para gente con problemas de movilidad puede ser incomodo al estar tan integrado en la orografía con muchas escaleras, y diferentes niveles. La gente que te traía el desayuno eran realmente increíbles, cariñosos, divertidos, profesionales y entregados. Nunca me he sentido tan mimada en un hotel.

Elegimos este hotel porque decía que tenía playa privada en una cueva con tumbonas. La cueva estaba, pero las tumbonas y sombrillas no. Aún así es entendible con el nivel de vientos que han azotado la isla este verano.

The free breakfast was one of the best I've had and the rooms were extremely comfortable. Good air conditioning and comfortable bed. Absolutely loved our stay here and recommend it to everyone.

ליד המלון יש מועדון עם מוסיקה רועשת, המוסיקה מפסיקה בשעה 1:00 אבל מי שאינו הולך לבלות ומעוניין לישון מוקדם זה יכול להפריע. המלון אינו קרוב לעיר ועל מנת להגיע לעיר או להתנייד יש צורך במכונית או להיעזר בשירות מוניות אך זה נכון לכל מקום במיקונוס
