La habitación era espaciosa

En línea con el resto de comentarios: 1. Recepción no tiene dominio del inglés o facilidad para comunicarse con el turista internacional. 2. Las condiciones en las que se encuentra la habitación no coinciden con lo ofertado. Suelo roto, alfombras y sábanas sucias, fuerte olor a Naftalina, muebles con desperfectos, telarañas e insectos, humedad. 3. No hubo desayuno buffet, al ser los únicos huéspedes con desayuno, nos ofrecieron la opción de desayunar en la habitación, opción que rechazamos educadamente. Hay bastantes comentarios en la línea, el hotel debería tomarse seriamente escucharlos y aplicar algunos cambios

Hotel ni memang pengalaman yang mengecewakan sebab bilik berbau lembap macam kayu basah dan buat suasana tak selesa, ditambah pula dengan linen & towels yang bau tak best 🤢, jadi tidur pun rasa terganggu; toilet kotor jelas menunjukkan tahap kebersihan yang rendah, manakala lampu malap buat bilik rasa seram dan bukannya cozy; breakfast hambar pula hanya ada pilihan terhad dan hambar, semuanya rasa biasa-biasa dan tak sedap; lock pintu pula guna kunci rumah biasa yang langsung tak secure untuk hotel; frame cermin reput jelas tak dijaga dan nampak uzur; dan akhirnya toiletries basic hanya sediakan shampoo, conditioner dan shower foam tanpa toothbrush atau item lain yang biasanya standard di hotel. Keseluruhannya, walaupun harga bilik murah mungkin jadi alasan, tapi dari segi comfort, kebersihan dan standard hotel, memang gagal dan saya personally tak akan repeat stay di sini.

Room Service for cleaning take time, when I request for cleaning up.

The room size is very comfortable, but the bathroom to small, shower area.

Proprietario molto gentile, ci ha accompagnato lui stesso in spiaggia. Hanno un prato molto grande in cui ci starebbe bene una piscina.

Bagno molto sporco, c’erano capelli di ospiti precedenti nella vasca ed mensola vicino alla finestra impolverata e con sporcizia. Lavandino rotto e non tutte le prese funzionavano. Sono dotati di un bel tavolo da biliardo ma senza palline…colazione scarsa.

Nulla era al limite della decenza

Stanza piena di muffa con un cattivissimo odore. Asciugamani sporchi come anche le lenzuola. Colazione pessima. Alla reception non parlano nemmeno inglese. Non ci andate perché così evitate brutte sorprese.

Struttura molto sporca. Staff incompetente, la ragazza non sapeva nulla delle richieste che gli abbiamo fatto. Lontanissimo dal porto.

Installation électrique défaillante problème de douche personnel avec manque de compétence

Rien hormis l'emplacement Nous avions commandé pour 5 personnes en arrivant nous avions que 1 lit double pour moi et mon mari et pour mes enfants ils ont osé nous prêter des matelas tout sales noirs de saleté Quand on leur a dis qu'il y a yn soucis sachant que mes enfants sont asthmatique et ne peuvent pas dormir sur ses matelas sales Et sur un mini sofa qui est tout petit même mon fils de 11 ans ne rentrait pas sur le sofa qui ne deplie pas biensure Ils m'ont dit de payer une autre chambre ppur être a l'aise et pourtant dur la réservation tout était noté 5 personnes. Donc pas d'armoire, valises dans la cuisine Nous avions envoyé plusieurs messages à booking pour leurs demandé de trouver une solution mais aucune réponse de booking N'ayant pas pris d'assurance si j'annule il ne me rembourser pas

L'accueil, l'aide pour se déplacer de la part du patron, le petit déjeuner notamment les rôtis et les petits beignets sucrés ou salés. 2 passages avant et après les îles Perhentians. Le restaurant dans le jardin nous a fait une très bonne impression .

L'établissement est un peu vétuste. Pourtant on devine qu'il a dû être flamboyant.

The location is near to Jetty. Room is spacious and decent.

The surrounding is very dirty. Even the hallway and stairs are also dirty. No lift available at the property.

Close to the jetty so a good location if you’re heading to the Perhentian islands early in the morning. The room is okay and clean if you ignore the wear and tear. Air conditioning works well.

The hotel almost looks deserted. Paint is peeling from walls, the floor is worn and we did not see any other customers. Some mosquitoes in our room.

Kawasan tidak terjaga usang,bilik lama lampu malap,peti ais tak ada,sarapan tak banyak pilihan bilik tak cuci bersawang kotor bekas rambut penghuni sebelum ni pun masih ada,tinggal 2 malam bilik tak di kemas tea kopi segera tidak di ganti pada hari kedua.saya tertinggal kad kunci di luar jangkaan saya malamnya akan pergi ambil tetapi kakitagan tak mau gantikan sementara hanya boleh buka bilik aja tinggal lah kami dalan kepanasan sedangkan deposit RM 100 masih ada dengan pihak hotel ini amat amat mengecewakan saya.

The room is big.clean bed clean pillow.

Menu for the bfast shud be more varities. Pls make sure the.hotel also clean.u have potential to attract more ppl to stay but the hotel ials not well manage by the management.spider web,taik cicak is everywhere.the bottle for the jam,butter and kaya also were rusted.pls pls extra carefull for cleaness.

C’est spacieux, confortable et proche de la plage. Le manager de l’hôtel nous a fait visité la ville, nous a amené faire les courses, nous a fait découvrir plein de choses locales GRATUITEMENT. Super rencontre et super hôtel.

L'hôtel s'est occupé du parking pour stationner notre voiture pendant notre séjour sur les îles de Perenthian. Il nous a emmené prendre un bon petit-déjeuner et nous a attendu pour acheter les billets pour prendre le bateau. Très pratique

Perfetto per una notte perché vicino il jetty per una partenza mattiniera verso le isole Perhentian. Ristorante/cafè disponibile alle spalle della struttura ed aperto fino alle 23, utile per la cena visto che intorno non c’è granché.

Goed en goedkoop. Indien dit hotel opgeknapt zou worden, kan het een mooie plek worden.

There's a particular group that loves the old hotel vibes. It's like everything froze in 1996 and they changed nothing. Except to remove the cupboard door (or it decayed away) and changed a new aircon unit. It's old. There's a cafe but wasn't open. The beach behind was the soft sand type. I didn't go in the ocean as the waves seemed high. Spacious for a hotel room. Extra large bed was indeed extra large. Towels also very large. Breakfast was so-so but to add on a person is RM 15 and have to inform them at reception the day before, which isn't convenient if you have family members that may or may not want to sleep in. Also the balcony was a huge plus to dry off clothes and enjoy the view.

Mold on the ceiling, toilet had hardened 💩 in it, only two mugs for a triple room. Shower holder hanging on for dear life. No water dispenser even in public area. Pool table only for decoration, cannot use. There were no ceiling light, except at the balcony.

The hotel need to refurbish to upgrade the facilities provided eg. toilet to ovoid unpleasant smell...

I really like the spacy room. It is really good for family with 4 children. I think if they got swimming pool there, more people will stay there.

To improve on cleanliness & facilities.

It was lovely. Beds are so comfy and nice duvets. Very pretty grounds and close to beach. Monkeys around the area. Locals really friendly!

I didn’t know about the cafe that is outside around the back area. We would have appreciated to be made aware of these facilities as we ordered drinks etc via Grab. Some fridges in the rooms / tvs would be a great option on another tier of room maybe. For such lovely bathrooms and showers / baths, a bit of a deeper clean would go far!
