Ik heb in meerdere hotels / guesthouses geweest, maar zo'n vriendelijk contactpersoon heb ik nog nooit gehad. Eve is hartstikke aardig, behulpzaam en vindt het erg leuk om ook wat meer te vertellen over het eiland / locatie. Als er iets was, hielp ze meteen en tussendoor heeft ze ook nog mijn kamer schoon gemaakt. De accommodatie bevindt zich weliswaar iets van de hotspots, maar met een kwartiertje rijden ben je overal. De accommodatie ligt in een rustige buurt. Een huur auto is wel een must. Indien gewenst kan je zelf koken in de keuken, mag gebruik maken van de koelkast en het zwembad is er om even af te koelen.

Terrible nos cancelaron la reserva porque según la administradora no le convenía que nos quedáramos una sola noche, llegamos el 31 de diciembre a las 8 pm q buscar donde alojarnos con personas de la tercera edad en una isla completamente llena

Está ubicado en un lugar tan recóndito que los taxistas se negaban a ir. Los alrededores son caminos de tierra con inminente sensación de inseguridad. Dentro del alojamiento, la cocina no está limpia, no hay agua en la habitación, el baño tiene fuerte olor a humedad e iluminación pobre, las fotos del alojamiento muestran unas condiciones MUCHO mejores a las que te encuentras cuando llegas allí. Las habitaciones no están aisladas para nada, por lo que ten por seguro que escucharás cada conversación que se tenga en toda la casa.

La amabilidad de la señora, confort del lugar

Ubicación en residencial muy tranquilo. Amabilidad y atenciones de la dueña, toda la casa estaba muy ordenada y limpia. Área de la piscina muy bonita.

Todo estuvo muy bien.

La gentileza de la señora Eve fue lo mas agradable, pero además el lugar muy cómodo, bien dotado de todos los implementos necesarios para estar muy a gusto y tambien todo muy limpio. Super recomendado.

I was pleasantly surprised that it is not an official hotel. It is like ArnB. The hostess, Eve, was amazingly amicable, flexible and welcoming. The room and all facilities are extremely clean. It was like living in your own house. The location is a bit far from the centre, but if you have a car, it won't be a problem to get anywhere. So, if you like freedom from regular hotels with their rules and limitations, this place is right for you.

Outside district and traffic can be hectic in the early morning hours

Lovely guesthouse located in a residential neighborhood outside of downtown. The owners are so friendly and helpful - really kind and friendly and take good care to make sure you have fun and settle in well. I really enjoyed the pool, great to have somewhere to hang out in the evenings, watching the stars. Location is great if you have a car, if not there are buses that get you downtown, but the last one back is 7pm, and taxis are quite expensive. There is a little mini-market nearby where you can buy a few groceries.

Wonderfull 2 nights stay. Everything was wonderfull!

The property is Ok.

I did a reservation on booking. When I get there from Florida nobody was expecting me. They left me hanging for a while. Finally some guy very nice. Come to talk with me. The room was clean. This place sounds more for locals. I was tired and I tried to to relax a little. My room was next to the pool. Suddenly a very noise music start to play. Was a child birthday celebration. I get a little stressed and I left the property . Theres NONE place to hang out around the property. So far away from anything. When I returned at night . Everything was very dark. I waited to the morning and I left. I spent all my time there concerned. The price online and the price I pay when I arrived wasn’t the same. If you are local. Talk the language, love loud music and kids screaming all day and you know the area could be the place for you . But the people are friendly. But need to improve communication and greeting

Room was comfortable and check in was handled very well. Location was good for my purposes but a car is required in my opinion. Kitchen is communal and has all the necessary items for cooking.

Clean and convenient place to stay in Curaçao. Good communication with the owner and well organized property. Set your expectations right and you should be happy staying here.

Het was zeer uitstekend ik had het niet verwacht lekker afgelegen met een zwembad om ervan genieten. De eigenaar echt vriendelijk en sociaal er wordt goed opgelet op wij als gasten nodig hebben.

The spot and the quite surrounding

I stayed there for a week. Nothing but good experience. The hosts are very kind helpful and kind. If you want total relaxation in a quiet nice neighbourhood, look no further! Highly recommended!

This was my first visit to curaçao and EVES RESIDENCE, I would say it was the best decision I’ve ever made for my family and I. I would definitely recommend this guest house. All along I felt like I was home and not like I was away. 🫶🏼

I stayed for 4 nights due to workshop in Curacao. Very friendly staff at arrival. Clean and everything was like new. Continuous attentiveness of staff. The shared bathroom is a downer as you cannot leave your stuff in the bathroom cuz other people use it. Its like a dorm with your own room and shared bathroom and big kitchen. You do have your own kitchenette, microwave, fridge and stove in your room. Bathroom is cleaned daily which is a definite plus point. I would and i am coming back next month to this place. It was my room away from home.

This place is like your home, its brand new , very comfy and friendly people who own it, very private and quiet , safe and clean, I couldn't ask for a better place, I definitely recommend this place for tourists and visitors to Curacao.
