Reviewed Sep 16, 2026家庭房公共空間很大，很適合朋友相聚聊天使用，而且，視野超讚，可以遠眺遊艇碼頭，也有提供停車位，很方便，走路到美國村大約10分鐘左右，附近步行可達A&W.7-11.全家.多家迴轉壽司店跟麥當勞等，生活機能很好 廚房設備跟餐具也很齊全 浴室的備品，品質也很不錯，所以，這次都是用飯店提供的，自己帶的洗髮精潤髮乳等，都沒有使用
美中不足的是，如果想要自己煮，所有的調味料都得自備

晚上有暴走族很吵，淺眠的人建議準備耳塞。

荷物の収納場所が少なくて不便でした。 6泊しましたが台風の影響もあり部屋で過ごす事が多かったのでトイレットペーパーが無くなりそうで不安になりました。なるべくトイレを我慢したり‥‥。初日から中途半端なトイレットペーパーがホルダーに付いていたのでもう少し新しい物をストックして欲しいです。

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026部屋は広いし、清潔で使い勝手も最高。海に面していて眺めがいいので、ベランダでボーッとする時間も気に入っています。またロケーションが良く、近くにはスーパーもあるし、飲食店も多いのも便利です。 スタッフの対応も丁寧で温かく、沖縄の定宿として安心して過ごせます。
ちょっと夜に車の音が気になる事がありました。

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Okinawa. The apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was very well equipped and felt like a real home away from home. The location was also excellent, close to American Village and the sea, with several restaurants right on the same street, including Domino’s Pizza. I would definitely recommend this apartment!
The only downside for me was that there were no chairs available to use on the balcony. I completely understand why outdoor furniture may not be practical due to typhoons, but the four stools around the dining table were quite large and heavy, so they were not easy to move outside. It would have been nice to have a lightweight chair available to enjoy the balcony.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Кондоминиум в Чатане. Очень удобное расположение. Из номера открывается прекрасный вид на залив с частными яхтами. Рядом американская деревня (10 мин пешком), пляж Сансет бич (15 минут пешком), также близко продуктовые супермаркеты (в пределах 600 м), дешёвый дискаунтер (200 м). Номера очень просторные. Для 2 взрослых и 1 ребёнка были 2 кровати и раскладывающийся диван. В номере: шкаф для одежды, шкаф для посуды. Есть кухня, посуда, сковороды, кастрюля. На кухне микроволновка, большой холодильник. Можно покупать готовую еду в супермаркетах. Она в Японии по вкусу не хуже чем в ресторанах, но выходит значительно дешевле. Есть своя стиральная и сушильная машина, что очень важно в таком влажном климате. Регистрация самостоятельная по видео связи в холле. Предварительно нужно зарегистрироваться на сайте.
Из минусов: мало зубных щёток на 7 дней (возможно нужно было просто попросить), мусор нужно сортировать и выносить самостоятельно, уборку нужно делать самому. Ночью за окном бывает довольно шумно-гудят мотоциклисты. Из аэропорта Нахи ехать около часа на монорельсе с пересадкой на автобус.

We were three friends traveling without a car, and the bus stop from Naha was just a 2-minute walk from the accommodation, which made everything very convenient. We arrived a bit early, and the staff kindly allowed us to store our luggage (we had quite a lot), both before check-in and even for several hours after check-out. They were incredibly accommodating and didn’t mind at all. We also had an issue contacting another accommodation because we don’t speak Japanese, but the staff went above and beyond to help us by calling and communicating on our behalf. Truly exceptional service. The apartment itself was spacious and even had a beautiful sea view. I can highly recommend this place, everything was top-notch. A big thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026다다미방으로 했고요 너무 깔끔하고 좋고 시설도좋고 수압미치게 좋고 위치도 너무 좋았어요주변에 걸어서도 밥집들 좀 있어서 좋았고요 주차도 여유로웠고 편의점도 주변에 갈만한 거리고! 성인 3명이였고요 너무 좋았습니다.
아메리칸빌리지까지는 꽤멀긴해요 차있으시면 이동추천 드려요 근데 그거 말곤 너무 좋아요

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026I like the view from my room and I like location, it is central in the island so you can explore more.
Parking spots are not enough for all guests. Sometime you have to park nearby.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026Good size room with space to spread out. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view. Fantastic to have your own washing machine & drier in your room. Walking distance to American Village, supermarket & restaurants. Free on-site parking is an added bonus.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026-整潔度很好 -人員反應度很好，因熱水不夠熱有在booking留言詢問，飯店人員馬上打上來房間說是否可進房查看 -周邊機能很好 兩邊路口都有全家超商 旁邊有藥妝開到11點 也有迴轉壽司 再過街有Komeda咖啡店 -週六晚上八點有煙火 房間在五樓看得到 -走去美國村 最熱鬧的日落大道約15分鐘 似乎有點遠但是沿路走走看看很快就到了 -廚房灶台配備齊全，洗衣機有附洗衣粉
-海景更應該說是為港景，入住後發現不需要為了海景房而加價升等 -我們三人入住，其中一人睡沙發床，沙發床很不平整，睡起來很不舒服，且翻轉會一直發出聲音

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026위치 깡패! 침실 공간과 거실, 주방공간이 방음이 철저해서 좋아요. 난방, 에어컨, 환기, 온수, 세탁기 등 빠짐없이 모두 좋았습니다.
아쉬운 점 없습니다. 최고의 숙소에요!

We couldn’t find extra pillows, linen etc there should be information on that and the location of extra towels. And you have to wash them if you want extra it’s a charge. It’s also a charge to cleans room.

ゴミの分別がよく分からず(地域によって違うので)部屋のゴミ箱にももう少し具体的に書いてあると良かったです。 下のゴミ箱に行ってから気が付いたので。 お風呂用の洗剤もあると良かったです。

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026제일 위층은 옥상에서 야경을 보며 반신욕을 할 수 있는 점이 좋았습니다. 아래층은 침대, 위층은 싱크대와 TV가 있는 공간에 야경과 바다뷰도 만족스러웠습니다. 아메빌은 걸어서 15분내에 갈 수 있고, 주위 마트,편의점이 있어 좋았습니다.
패드로 체크인 후 옆의 기계에서 열쇠를 빼는 과정이 데스크에 사람이 없다면 어려워 보입니다. 저희는 일찍 도착해서 문제없었지만, 늦게 오시는 분들은 체크인 후 헤매고 있더라구요~그 부분에 대한 설명이 더 있었으면 좋겠습니다. 차탄 숙소가 오토바이 소리에 대한 후기가 많던데, 이 숙소도 밤에 조금은 들렸습니다. 저희 가족은 숙면에 문제는 없었습니다. 아주 예민하시다면 차탄 인근은 오토바이 소리 생각해보셔야 겠습니다.

アメニティは十分でしたが、お茶類などのサービスも少し欲しかったのと、レンタサイクルがあるとアメリカンビレッジまで便利かなと思いました。3階の借景は隣の建物で残念でした。

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026房間非常大間，陽台也很大，幾乎所有東西一應俱全非常適合家庭親子客，還有漂亮的港景，離美國村也很近，附近也很多餐廳，過馬路對面就有免稅藥妝可以買，超級方便，離超市也近，整體非常滿意👍🏽
晚上附近暴走族騎車呼嘯而過的聲音蠻大的 洗衣機不知為何很難操作😅

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026利便性がとても良い。近くにディスカウントスーパーが有り、生鮮食料品以外は購入可能。 飲食店も徒歩圏内にあり、とても便利でした。アメリカンビレッジも徒歩で行けましたので 朝食を食べに行けます。上層階では海が見えるので気分的にも上がります。
駐車場の台数が少ないようで、早めに場所取りをしないと駐車が難しい所となるし、もしかすると敷地内に停められない場合は別場所を探す手間が出てしまう。お風呂に追い炊きが無いので残念。部屋に少し匂いが上がって来ていたので、消臭剤が有ればよかったと感じました。換気扇強で対応しました。キッチンの椅子が背もたれも無く、木の椅子でしたので固くて長時間は座れません。
