The hotel was very nice and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and polite as well the hotel owner Sebastian. He helped us with everything he could to make sure that our trip will be perfect. He gave us his private phone number and told us to contact him for everything we wanted. He arranged for us a once in a lifetime trip to the islands, the taxi for the airport and the bike rental just with one message. The bike that he gave us was brand new with 0 kilometres on it and I really liked that. He is one of the reasons that we surely will come back. Unfortunately we had to leave earlier than the booking date but we took so much from that trip. Thank you for your services and for your hospitality. See you soon.💛

L’hôtel est très bien situé, le personnel et souriant agréable et à votre service, on mange très bien, le patron est d’une gentillesse incroyable toujours à répondre à la moindre demande, très bonne adresse vous pouvais y aller les yeux fermer 🫡

The staff went above and beyond for us, the location was good as we took our 2 young girls so we wasn’t amongst the hustle and bustle, cleaners came everyday

Probably the only thing would be that at night the lights on the reception would shine very bright through to both the appartments bedrooms through the curtains

It was so clean and the staff were so helpful they sure go out of their way for you ..and the location was great ..a short walk to potong beach restaurants ..salons washing ..everything is so close

Seb, the owner, was an amazing host very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The property was nice clean and in a great location in Patong. We also rented a motorbike directly from Seb, which was super convenient and made exploring Phuket much easier

الشقه عباره عن غرفتين وصاله ومطبخ ودورة مياه ، ومجدده من الداخل ، حصلت مشكله في الشقه وقاموا بتغييرها ا فورا لشقه اخرى ، صاحب الفندق فرنسي واعتذر عن المشكله التي حصلت ومتعاون جدا واعطاني مهله لتسجيل الخروج الساعه الرابعه دون مقابل وقدم لي نصائح للمناطق السياحيه المناسبه ، مناسبه جدا للشباب وكل شي قريب منك من بقاله وصرف عملات وصيدليه ، الموظفون متعاونون جدا والنظافه جيده . وسعرها مناسب جدا .

احيانا لاتجد موظفون الاستقبال ، ولكن عند الاتصال يتجاوبون بسرعه ، وهناك بار قريب منه وصوت الموسيقى عالي في وقت الليل

Absolument tout, hotel familial, chaleureux, acceuillant, le personnel vaut un 5* , des femmes de chambres au barman , ils sont tous très professional, chambre propre, avec tout ce qu on a besoin, sauna a la piscine, le proprietary de l etablissement hyper sympathique, vous aidera volontier, on se croirait a la maison. L emplacement est ideal, pres de restaurants juyceylon, central, bangla road. Le rapport quality prix le meilleur que j ai trouvé auprès de plus de 200 etablissements visits en asie sud est. La salle de bain impeccable et douche chaude ce qui n est pas toujours le cas ici.. mention spéciale aussi a la cuisinière qui prépare des plats succulent, cuisine française, italienne et thai, les petits dejeuners aussi sont fabuleux comme le café segafredo.

A nice, clean, well run hotel with a great pool, and a steam sauna. Plus a great breakfast. The room was basic but the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and eager to help.

It's on a very busy, narrow street with no real footpath. It's 20 mins walk to town and you have to be very careful as a pedestrian.

Friendly staff. Great facilities like bike and scooters for hire on site. Bar and restaurant on site and premises located off of the main Rd, also fairly central and most shops and convenience stores within minutes of walking

Mostly the rooms were sparsely furnished. Not a chair in the room. And the water pressure was non existent, which made it really hard to enjoy a shower.

Hotel byl čistý. Vše bylo pohodlné. Nechyběla lednice, ani varná konvice. Na pokoji byli župany. Bazén s lehátky a slunečníky. Kousek od hotelu byla velká tržnice, kam se dalo dojít pěšky.

The room is spacious and bed is big and comfortable. Very clean. Nice bar next to the swimming pool woth darts and billard, opened until midnight. Passion fruit shake: aroy maak!! Staff very friendly. The managers Sébastien and Toto are very helpful, arranging and easy going. The location is great because very close to the night animations but isolated from the noise. We enjoyed a lot. And definitely if we come back to Phuket, we will stay there. Bonne continuation!

L’accueil du patron qui parle français et qui a plein de bons conseils à vous donner, ce qui est très agréable, la proximité des petits commerces et des restaurants. Je vous conseille de télécharger l’application Bolt pour circuler dans Phuket. L’application est très bien et pas cher. Marché de nuit à 10 minutes à pied tous les soirs et de l’autre côté de l’habitation avec un Bolt en 10 minutes. Vous avez un autre marché de nuit, le logement est très grand deux chambres nettoyage fait régulièrement à notre demande si le matin on voulait dormir un petit peu, on mettez la pancarte pour que le ménage soit fait le lendemain, bouteille d’eau, fournie tous les jours. Nous y étions avec nos filles. si vous voulez vous sentir émergé dans la vie des thaïlandais, c’est l’endroit idéal. Le petit plus la piscine accessible jusqu’à 22 heures. Ce qui est très agréable.

The warm welcome of the stuff. Location is perfect and you can reach the main road by walk. Around supermarkets, laundry and many bars. Big thank you to Sebastian as he can helps you to book excursions around the Island with good agency and great prices. There is a cleaning services every day and clean sheets by every two days. There is also nice bar downstairs, pool and showers.

The shower is next to the water, but not a big problem. If you accept it and the stay will be comfortable. Anyway the lady come everyday to clean up.

L’emplacement super! Tout à proximité . Toto et Seb et le personnel au petits soins pour nous. Chambre spacieuse, piscine propre bien entretenu. Je recommande vraiment endroit calme loin de l’agitation du centre . Vous pouvez y manger un bon petit déjeuner ainsi que dîner . Un seven eleven juste à côté. Location de scooter également . Bref tout pour un séjour agréable sans prise de tête à chercher. Merci à vous tous notre séjour a été plus que agréable.

Camera a fost foarte spațioasă. 7 - eleven in fața proprietății , restaurante și saloane masaj . Sebastian este un tip extraordinar, foarte receptiv și de mare ajutor cu orice informație. O plimbare de 10-12 min pe jos și ajungeți pe clasica Bangla Road. Solicitați excursii de la Sebastian , pachete vă servește cu mare drag. Nota 10/10 🙏

Daha önce booking ten otel ödemelerinde Kredi Kartında ödemede komisyon ödemedim. Belki bu bölgeye özgü bir durum olabilir. Bu konuda misafirlerin rezervasyon yapmadan önce bilgilendirilmesi gerekir. Uzun süre konaklamada alınan yüzde üç komisyon bayağı bir tutar ediyor

Superbe endroit ! Tout était vraiment très bien. L’appartement était magnifique et très propre. La piscine était impeccable, le sauna magnifique. J’ai très bien mangé au restaurant sur place. Le propriétaire est extrêmement gentil et très agréable. J’ai passé un excellent séjour, c’était vraiment top et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter !

Самый главный плюс - тишина. Понравился бар- чисто , уютно и весьма вкусная еда. Вокруг много кафе, обменник . В 10 минутах ходьбы торговые центры. До моря 20 минут спокойным шагом.

Критических минусов нет, а к мелочам я не люблю придираться.

Свой бассейн, сауна и ресторан на территории. Дружелюбный персонал. Помогли со всем. И байк арендовать и такси вызвать и экскурсию организовать. На территории тихо, хотя рядом шумная улица.

Subjective: The bed was a bit firm and the toilet area was a bit cramped.

It was the best decision to choose this hotel. From start to finish, everything was great.
