Super run down motel no hot water no AC door did not properly lock. Staff was unaccommodating the bed was just a box spring with no mattress - when I told staff their response was, they don’t have an extra mattress to put on the bed. Staff refused to refund me so we took the loss and left and went to a different hotel.

The lady who manages this property is lovely - friendly - warm - sweet!

Love how close it was to everything The staff were amazing and went above and beyond! They were willing to help out in anyway needed 😌

The grounds really could stand to be cleaned up.

there was no breakfast as the restaurant was being remodeled. the room smelled very musty, was dirty with cobwebs hanging from the ceiling light. there were piles of garbage outside the building. it was so bad that we didn't stay.

Save and quite. The lady we saw next morning at the office she was awesome also the one who was talking on the phone with me.

They could clean more than that spider web every whare the showers are not working properly the ac and heat when I turn it on the alarm turned on too . So we stayed with out ac . No one at the office at night if you'll want to ask some questions no one at the office. It could be perfect if they pay attention to spider web and others insects

Location was great. Has a sink and kitchenette. Employee was super nice.

Rooms were good but the outside looks a bit run down. A bit of an eye sore if driving by with all the U-Haul trucks outside.

I loved the location to a good walking trail and the beach and the exuberant host, Robin.

We stayed in this motel twice this summer. On both visits we had a great experience, and we will certainly come again. The staff - Robin - is the most wonderful person. She is very helpful and kind. The rooms are very clean; bed is comfortable. We recommend this motel. Irena

For the money, I couldn't have been more thrilled.

I couldn't figure out how to work the tv cable, but I don't have cable at home...

It was nicely decorated. I liked 2 separate sleeping areas. Nice linens that smelled good

There was a cockroach on the table where we ate. The beds were unbearably firm. It was like sleeping on a slab of plywood.

Room was very basic. Pillowcases were more for display not meant to sleep on. 1 overhead light in main room that was too bright not a lamp or entable to be found. The woman who checked us in was very kind and friendly though

There were no redeeming features. It wasn't downright dirty, we will give it that but it was about as bottom of the barrel as it gets for a two star hotel...and for that, super overpriced!! Ratty furnishings, shoddy and makeshift repairs, subpar plumbing, broken broom and rusted ciggie butt can at the front door, cobweb loaded window wells, duct tape repairs, lumpy pillows, threadbare towels..ugh!

0/10 avoid this place like the plaque. Booked rooms through bookings.com Did not get the rooms we booked and overcharged my credit card over the phone. Would not refund or respond to messages. Horrible

Location is great very easy to get to plenty of parking. Very clean, staff was amazing and very accommodating. Bed was comfortable ..Great price. We would stay again.

Robyn and Jay were so welcoming and friendly. They asked us if we needed anything to not hesitate to let them know. The room was very clean. The location was fabulous. Just minutes drive to the beach. We requested a quiet room. We got exactly that, not to mention seeing a large rabbit munching on some plants 10 feet from our open door. We would stay here again in a heart beat! It's great value and so much more, for the money! It's a fantastic older motel that gives you a good night's sleep. We lucked out booking at Stop21 Motel!! See you next summer.

The place is a dump. Sign in bathroom saying do not not flush TOILET PAPER! Did not look like pictures online at all. Could not stay there, got a room else where. Now trying to get refund from Expedia.

I loved the fact that there was colorful rooms, big washroom, a mini fridge and a microwave which is such a big difference for when you are traveling. What great value for money! I will be rebooking for sure. The staff was so fun and nice haha :) Oh yeah! And the pillows were so comfy omg (please tell me what they were i forgot to look haha)

No deadbolt lock, would be nice to have that and my friend wants me to say spiders lmaooo

Bed was comfortable. Place is rundown and in need of some TLC. Got what we paid for. Relatively clean

Outside of room, there is plenty of parking and inside room ok..but lot of house flies, spiders are too many...

La déco sympa des studios fait la différence avec d'autres motels. Le comptoir de cuisine avec le frigo et micro onde propre sont pratiques et propres. La chambre à part en plus du lit dans le salon est idéal pour une famille. La literie est correcte L'emplacement est parfait.

La salle de bain est à revoir et des rideaux opaques dans la pièce principale seraient supers

The owners were incredibly nice. They actually packed up my stuff for me when I made a mistake on my checkout date and thought I was staying an additional night. The room had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and there was a table, two chairs, a fridge and a kettle; the shower was good, the air conditioning and wifi worked well, and my neighbours were mostly quiet.

The motel is on the highway just south of Southampton, not the most convenient location for access to the beach and town - although it was only a short walk to the huge Rexall drugstore, which was handy. Aesthetically the room was pretty basic - e.g. there was plastic covering the window (to prevent drafts? not sure). The room was stuffy if I didn't use the AC - there was no way to open a window. There was an ant trap on the floor (better than having ants though!). At night the exterior door was covered in spiders, and it was a bit tricky to get into the room without bringing them with me - I wished I had a stick or something to take them off. There was no dresser, although there was a drawer in a cabinet and a couple more in the bathroom. The walls seemed pretty thin - I could hear my neighbour snoring. Given all this, the price seemed a bit steep, but it was a good practical room in a resort town at the height of tourist season, so fair enough.

Very outdated and run down, saw a bug on the wall in the room and I think it was a cockroach!

A place to sleep at a low price. Room was a bit small but clean. No breakfast but that was ok by us as Tim Hortons was right around the corner. Reception desk was friendly took care of us promptly. Room had free wifi, tv, small fridge.

Comfortable beds and affordable.

The are no utensils or crockery available to use at this place. You need to purchase from the shop down the road to r bring with you.

Did not like my stay and would not come again

Cheap chemical cleaning smell in a sealed room (with aircon on). The only way to get fresh air is to open the door but there are bugs and mosquitos. Everything looks cheap and basic.

Great budget motel, room was small but very clean and was fine.

A minor inconvenience but the TV channels were very limited, otherwise no complaints.

Nous avons trouvé la réceptionniste bien gentille a notre arrivée. La chambre était bien divisé, nous avons aimé la chambre séparée pour les enfants. L'emplacement était parfait également pour nos besoins, la plage et plusieurs facilités proche. Les lits semblaient propres. Le lavabo pratique. Air climatisée très fonctionnelle, on étais bien.

La propreté était moyenne, fourmis++ dans la cuisinette des notre arrivee apres 10minute mon bagel sur le comptoir etait envahi. L'odeur globale ok, les lieux auraient besoin d'amour plusieurs matériaux sont en mauvais état dans la chambre. Bref, sans plus mais pas catastrophique. Le confort général était soso, les lits durs, salle de bain vraiment minuscule, on peine a fermer la porte, le bain avec un peu de rouille, difficile avec les enfants un peu. Sinon, pas de balais pour passer un petit coups avec les aller retour a la plage. Voilà...pour près de 400$/2nuits. C'est ok vu l'emplacement j'imagine.

On a passé des bons moments à ce motel. Calme et confortable. Le personnel est très heureux de vous accueillir. Grand Appartement avec ts les commodités. Je reviendrai...
