The property location is amazing very close to the beach and not too far from markets, the room was nice and cozy had everything we need and the bathroom was clean! Thank you for amazing stay! We also rented motorbike which was really good too!

Where should i start, signs right at the start that i made a big mistake booking at this hotel. The staff at the counter was unsure weather we had a booking there even tho i had a confirmation email, after 10-15 minutes he found my booking. Then gave me a key to a room that didn’t look like it had been clean before we got there...made a complaint straight away demanding to be moved to a new room, staff said they were full, did not apologise for the room being dirty and unclean. Later that night heard the sounds of cochroaches crawling aound the bed again notified staff and he came up with spray to spray the room to wake up the next morning with dead cochroaches everywhere and ants all over them. Checked out the next day after returning from a tour we had booked. And demanded a full refund, please stay clear of this hotel dodgy and dirty and very unprofessional.

Vị trí đỗ xe thuận tiện. Thang máy. Tầng 6 nhưng hệ thống nước tốt.

Phòng không sạch sẽ. Có kiến. Mình phải ở phòng nhỏ hơn.

Close to beach, good restaurants nearby , elevator, hot water .

Food from previous occupation in drawer, lot of black hair in toilet , bed cover had not been changed and had crusty stains, inappropriate communication in relation to my granddaughter. Tried to get us to share a room when we had booked 2 rooms. Came through at last minute after day of messaging. Very tiring

Once I arrived they told me they didn't have a room for me even though I booked it online. Then they sent me away and didn't help me with anything further.

The beds are really hard so not that comfortable

Our room was spotlessly clean, the minibar well-stocked with chilled water and soft drinks, and the bathroom’s bidet and plush slippers felt like little luxuries. After a quick shower, my friend and I walk along the beachfront promenade—an effortless way to start the day. The front-desk arranged a half-day city tour within minutes, and the free Wi-Fi powered me through photo uploads back home.

Everything is as pictured and looks very clean and tidy, I love this room and I will stay here long term.

Housekeeping is free here so you can request it anytime, as long as it's within their business hours.

The room is a bit small but very clean and the price is very reasonable for long term stay.

There is a newly opened Uzbek restaurant next to the hotel, the food is delicious and very suitable for foreign guests.

My partner and I booked a 1-night for a special occasion. The room was stunning, clean, strongAC . There's a wonderful restaurant nearby Bếp Nhà Làm (5-minute walk). A few hiccups, but the staff’s warmth made it memorable.

The rooms are a bit small but everything is arranged very comfortably, very suitable for guests who come here to relax and stay long term.

Close to China Beach are, plenty of dinning options, lots of pharmacy's and mini marts, coffee shops etc. Short driving distance from Vincom shopping centre. Staff do their best but expect to rely on google translate often.

Convenient location. Near everything. The hotel owner, the lady is very friendly and promptly accommodates every feedback received The room would be clean every day if requested, trash can emptied out every time the room cleaned

Room facilities look great but are not maintained properly. No kettle and fan in the room even the utilities on booking.com say so. The room has mosquitoes. AC is not clean so cooling down not quite effectively, it drips water by the time we check out the room. Tivi is not working at the beginning. We have to contact the lady owner to replace it with a new one (the third time). Thankfully it was eventually replaced so we have Tivi. Wifi connection here is barely functional for some reason, even the wifi router is in front of my room. Regarding room cleaning, only with request and you have to be specific about which part of the room needs cleaning. Or else the bed sheet or towels would not be replaced with fresh ones. I don't think the sheet and towels here is completely clean though.

The hotel is just beside the main road and very close to the beach by walk. I asked to change my room to have a window and the staff gladly gave it to me.

The motorbike they provided for rent may have damages and could not transfer the gas if you decide to change.

Small room. Clogged toilet. Dirty towels. No toiletries. Drinking water is not free. They charged us 10k each. They should've mentioned this before. First in my life. All other hotels water is free.

The staff is always very friendly and willing to help

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily, and empty bottles are recycled. However, the onsite laundry facilities are plastic bins to wash clothes and hang on a communal rack on the 7th floor terrace, or you can pay 20,000VND per kg to have the clothes washed for you. There are plenty of restaurants on Ho Ngninh Street, and other options are well within walking distance, like My Khe beach. Overall, I have enjoyed my time here, and have extended my stay by two weeks.

Propre et serviable

Good quality hotel in a good location close to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For me the location was good, the beach was my main aim. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and amenities in a short walking distance. If you want high street shops and some of the popular tourist attractions you will need a taxi or grab. I have only one small complaint. There were some insects living in the bathroom. They were harmless and I only ever saw one or two particularly around the toilet. Personally that didn't bother me. Others would make a big deal out of it.

The rooms advertised and paid for were not what was advertised. We felt unsafe and unfortunately could not stay and we had to leave. Will be making a full complaint and will be hoping to have our money refunded

Although the hotel was clean and comfortable enough, we felt let down by the level of service given by the reception staff. We asked for a transfer to be booked between the hotel and Hoi An and although it clearly stated it would be 450,000vnd on the sheet of paper, he asked for 300,000vnd. Sounds like a good deal until a gentleman turned up (who we now think is the receptionists friend) and mid journey tried to take us to a ‘Marble Shop’. “Please help me” he said, “stay here for ten minutes, I need you to help me”. We’ve heard of these scams before, but you expect a level of professionalism from hotel staff to book you legit taxi’s. Aside from this, the rooms aren’t fantastic but you get what you pay for.

Nice hotel in Da Nang, 2 min walk from the beach, quiet area, clean and comfortable room with many English channels. I recommend this hotel. No breakfast at hotel but many small restaurant nearby.We also rent motorbike from the hotel
