Millennium Central Kuwait Downtown

I spent 1 night But had good experience Good reception Good smell

.My first room had no hot water and internet. They moved me to another room, where the wind blowing around the windows made a crazy noise 24 hours, and the air conditioner thermostat didn't work. The room was always 18 degrees, or I had to turn it off at 50 degrees Staff were amazing. This was the only positive point of this hotrl.

Excellent stay

Nice

Very nice hotel and the staff is amazing

Clean and friendly staff. Location is good 👍

The Millenium Central was a great find. It is much more high-end -- in decor, amenities and staff responsiveness -- than the price suggests. I was able to get a glass of fresh-squeezed orange juice from the kitchen upon my late check-in before 10 p.m. The room was comfortable in every respect, especially the bed, which was very important after 21 hours of air travel from the U.S. I recommend the breakfast buffet on the 20th floor because I didn't see any breakfast alternatives in walking distance (especially since it's over 100 degrees outside). The pool and fitness center on the 23rd floor were also welcome touches. This is a classy hotel with a classy staff. It exceeded my expectations.

Extremely helpful staff who went the extra mile to make my travel arrangements as easy as possible. Thank you.

Hotel need ti be more clean especially bed sheets.

Bad experience Cold water Bad smell in bed

It was nice, but house keeping forgot to put a tissue in the room

Quite nice hotel. Location is good and friendly staff.

Be careful while booking since they have preferential rates for GCC citizens. I had to pay additional 12KD since I didnt notice the clause. Complimentary airport pick and drop off is good. Internet speed is decent enough.

The room was clean and the worker their was so nice

It all worked! I booked very last moment, and the room / hotel lived up to my expectations. The gym is an almost full size gym, with an AMAZING view! The breakfast was very crowded each morning - make sure to come out side of the well know peak hours. There is a ball room - and there were several parties. It was amazing to see the guest that were very well and lavishly dressed. It worked - could go back, but also ready to try another hotel

Good hotel

Good Location valued for the money , it`s recommended to stay for business stay.

I liked the gym and it has a pool although I didn’t use that. The restaurant is quiet and the staff friendly. Ideal for me as a solo business traveller.

I enjoyed my time at this hotel. I like to walk when traveling, so this location was pretty centrally locates to see the things I wanted to see; the Kuwait towers, the beach, liberation tower and the big suoq. (Market). The hotel is in an area that is being redeveloped, so there are vacant lots next to new buildings that are going up.

A high-quality luxury hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, within walking distance to Souq Sharq and Kuwait Towers.

Good stay but the price was high

Excellent service from start to finish(airport pickup- airport drop-off). Luxury hotel which is well placed for the key sites in Kuwait(albeit the immediate area is somewhat under development). Very friendly, professional and attentive staff- I would happily stay again when in Kuwait.

A lot of work around the hotel and a bit outside of Kuwait City

This property was great and the staff was excellent. The pool was great and the room was clean and comfy. Room service was really quick, too! The only problem in the room was that the TV speakers weren't the best and sometimes made a loud vibrating sound. All in all not a problem. I was also able to walk to the souk Sharq and Kuwait Towers.

A great base in Kuwait City, super-friendly, great service, including complementary shuttle to and from Kuwait airport (you can email in advance of arrival to book), comfortable, spacious rooms. The hotel made an effort to put us on a high floor where construction work around the hotel is not bothersome (and views are enjoyable). Nice café downstairs in the lobby area. The Corniche (Gulf) is a short walk away.

Nice, Clean hotel... Good speed complimentary internet in the room. Decent Breakfast. Will stay again for sure.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and appreciate the staff for their courtesy and support especially Ms. Ann (from Bosnia) who was all along helpful, cheerful and polite. I would go on record to put her name in the best of staff in that hotel. One thing that irritated me as there is no options for English movie channels in the TV expect for one MBC2. That's is a pity in this hotel. They should address this as not all the guests are Arabic nationals. Manivelan Director Fuji Electric France

Due to the flight schedule, I requested an early check-in in the morning, fortunately the hotel had accepted it. Thank you. The staff were very friendly in the process and the private dinner of room service was very good. If someone asks me to recommend a hotel for business trip, I strongly recommend this hotel.

Location is nice and the staff extremely friendly but the down size is the smell around the hotel is bad due to constructions around the hotel

Great location and good approximate to everything around Kuwait City. I’ve stayed out there during my business trip and it covered my needs. Not sure how would it be for a family. Also remember to book via Expedia cuz their on site rates are 20% higher
