We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. The staff were also friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay.

Pool Safety and Management I’m quite disappointed with the way the pool is being managed. It is concerning to see visibly intoxicated people entering the pool when they are struggling even to stand properly on their own. This is a serious safety risk, not only for them but also for other people using the pool. It also makes the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant for others. The pool management should have clear rules regarding intoxicated guests and ensure that such situations are handled appropriately. Safety should be the priority for everyone using the facility.

La habitación era amplia.

Cristales muy sucios y grifería en mal estado, con falta de limpieza y mantenimiento. Solicitamos una plancha y, además de estar en malas condiciones, acabó manchando nuestra ropa. La nevera de la habitación no enfriaba correctamente. Tras comunicarlo, nos la sustituyeron por otra que funcionaba aún peor, lo que hizo que la estancia resultara muy incómoda debido al calor. Las vistas habrían sido espectaculares, pero los cristales estaban tan sucios que impedían disfrutarlas plenamente. La zona de la piscina se encuentra muy deteriorada y no se corresponde en absoluto con las fotografías publicadas. Lo mismo ocurre con el gimnasio: instalaciones antiguas, mal mantenidas y sin aire acondicionado. La temperatura era tan elevada que resultaba imposible permanecer en su interior más de un minuto. Adjunto fotografías que reflejan el estado real de las instalaciones.

The hotel is very beautiful, elegant, and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean, which made my stay pleasant overall.

The only downside is that the staff was not particularly warm or welcoming. They seemed quite formal and a bit rigid, and I didn’t really feel that “at home” atmosphere during my stay.

Solo female traveller, I liked everything about this hotel. The room was big and brand new. I was at the Raddisson the week before for double the price, and honestly I saw no difference. Felt very safe here and also had a meal at the restaurant inside the hotel, it was very nice.

The hotel is good for foreigners and has everything we need and is very nice , big size rooms and well equipped.

The staffs needs more push for client services. They need trainings or have to put some determination or encouraging factors. They are not too responsive

The only positive thing I can say is that we got out of the booking and were only charged for that one night we stayed. Sorry…

When you enter the hotel it looks good on first sight but everything else is rather “meh”. The carpeted floor is super old and has an unpleasant smell. The toilet was crooked and the bathroom fittings full of limescale and rust. Definitely not 5 star standard. The rooftop pool looks so nice on the fotos but theres no staffed bar and everything is dusty. The breakfast buffet was shockingly bad. The tables weren’t set, the presentation was bad and I had a piece of plastic in my idli and even found a hair. Masala chai was super bitter. We left after the first night. Reception staff left their desk and went to the back when I approached reception even they saw me coming, I waited for a few minutes and then left when nobody came back.

Fremstår som at hotellet, eksempelvis takterrassen med fordel kunne blitt bedre vedlikeholdt. Frokosten var ikke så imponerende, og dessverre trekker det ned at de ansatte var overraskende dårlige i engelsk, derfor vanskelig å kommunisere med.

Très bon emplacement. Hôtel style un peu rococo mais ce n'est qu un détail. Petit déjeuner correct . Belle piscine sur le toit. Très propre. Chambres spacieuses et lits confortables

Seul bémol , à côté de la piscine se trouve un groupe de ventilation ou autre qui fait du bruit et gâche un peu le plaisir.

Im Wesentlichen sind die Zimmer gut ausgestattet. die Lage ist recht zentral und gute Restaurants und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nahe gelegen.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht mit der Bitte, diese nebeneinander zu legen. Dies war bei Ankunft nicht berücksichtigt. Zudem war eines der beiden Zimmer völlig herunter gekommen und schmutzig mit fingerdicken Staubschichten. Wir haben dies dann am nächsten Tag dem Management gemeldet und - allerdings ohne Kompensation für die erste Nacht - dann ein Zimmer neben dem anderen bekommen, was o.k. war.

The location in C-Scheme is great and it's a nice area to stay in for foreigners. The breakfast buffet is great with good Indian options, though Western options are a bit limited. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel feels a bit old, especially the bathrooms. The floor hadn't been cleaned properly when I arrived, but for the rest of my stay the cleaning was done properly.

It is sooo clean, the cleanest hotel in India I’ve seen so far, really great western standard, you will rest here, there is anything you need, the staff is very polite, fantastic room standard, safe aviailable, hot water on demand which is not obvious in India, okay breakfast with some western options (muesli, pancakes, waffles, toast, packed cheese), a bar serving alcohol, and a nice view on the roof with a swimming pool but I didn’t use it and the hotel has simply beautiful interior and safe surroundings area with gated driveway and guards, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

It is pricey but imo totally worth the money, the breakfast could have been better with omelette or simple scrambled eggs

Did not like powdered milk, yuk. Didn't realise it tgeir restaurant only seved vegetarian. We had to eat out. No explanation how lights in room worked. No Rngkish channel, all blocked. Wanted stay payment paid at check in, ridiculous. Toil top swimming was absolutely filthy, full of pugeon excrement everywhere, so unhygienic. Total disregard to health and safety. Hotel should have been closed

The property was located well and the staff was magnificent. We ate in the bar where Naresh served us with pride. The hotel was very clean, new looking and secure from outsiders. The room was spacious with a huge bathroom. I can’t praise this hotel enough

Poolområdet är väldigt litet (4 solsängar) och man får inte äta/dricka där vilket var lite tråkigt även om man inte är där för att specifikt sola/bada.

Dirty sheets, dirty walls - old dirty wall paper, plenty of fingerprints on wooden wall, dirty sticky coffee table, dirty mirror in bathroom, dirty water tap, no trust in cleanliness of toilet after everything else was sticky, conversations outside the room on in the next room could be fully heard - zero privacy and rest possible. Carpet was dirty, carpet outside room must have been stylish once upon a time. Now it was full of dirty marks. The pool area was surrounded by broken stones or stone parts. It made the good part of it look shabby. After having seen the dirty room I was in doubt, if using the pool would be a good idea due to hygiene questions. I shortened my stay to 2 hrs. It was a terrible experience and I have no idea where the good ratings come from plus the price. I was shocked.

This was a really disappointing stay. We thought we’d booked a premium hotel with roof top pool and bar. On arrival the first thing we did was go up to the roof to find the whole thing closed. Not even a cushion on any of the chairs so they could be enjoyed. On enquiring we were just told, no it’s closed. Ok, well that’s not what is being advertised 🤦‍♀️. The pool itself was open and looked nice but there was not a soul in sight and in order to get any sort of drink you had to go downstairs to level 1, stand in the bar for a very long time to then eventually be served the wrong drinks. We didn’t make a fuss as it really wasn’t worth it and the staff we spoke to were very sweet but just said they were short staffed and had 3 events on. This is a conference/ wedding hotel, not somewhere to stay for a relaxing break and the roof top bar is non existent 😢. Hallway carpets need a serious deep clean as are all stained and certainly not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel and at the price we paid it was daylight robbery

Staff was very helpful with baggage and transportation. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It's in the new part of town but only a 10-15 ride to most areas of interest.

The only complaint was the gym facilities half the machine was broken. Side note repair being done in main lobby meant there was rubble on our floor. However, this could be helped

In einer Nacht ist der Strom mehrfach hintereinander ausgefallen und er war nach 3 Minuten wieder da. Aber letztendlich gab es keinen Strom von Nacht bis Morgen. Ich habe mich beschwert, danach kam nur eine einfache Entschuldigung rüber. Am zweiten Tag gab es kein Warmwasser. Ein Master kam ins Zimmer und er hat den Wasserhahn auf-und zugedreht. Ich sagte, es liegt an der Warmwasseranlage, er behaarte, dass es vom Wasserhahn ist. Letztendlich hat er die Leitung geprüft und meinte, dass nach einigen Minuten Warmwasser da ist. Also kein Warmwasser bis zum nächsten Morgen und wir mussten mit Kaltwasser duschen. Es ist fast üblich bei meisten Hotels so, wenn sie nicht genug Gäste haben, drehen die Temperatur runter. Also Finger weg von diesem Hotel und es ist nicht für Europäer.!!!!

The reception was a bit dumb, he had to ask his colleague about everything and he didn't know the price for the breakfast. You'd have thought itd be a simple question? Adding my own photo so you know this is legit from a tourist.

I love staying here! This is my go-to place in Jaipur. Veg & non-party hotel with a rooftop pool and conveniently located close to many veg places (the best: The Local Table, only 5min walk away)

Other guests were quite loud in the corridor after hours and it would be nice if that would be more supervised by the hotel.

- WiFi didn’t work at all - extremely unstable and now adaptable to MAC computers - front desk personnel was very very rude - Gym facilities were extremely old , musty - food was overpriced and scarce - walls were super thin - I couldn’t sleep at all - I got there and my room smelled like cigarette - I had to change it - light was not working in my room in the morning

Clean hôtel, staff is super friendly, the inly think is the restaurant that i would put more offer for foreigners for the breakfast that it is a bit expensive for what it is. Beside that i recommend that hotel 👍

The entire team at Shakun and in the Pantheon were lovely and looked after us so well in particular Amok, Deepak and Naveen, and the guards at entry have to be the smiliest in the world, you know you're in safe hands!

The booking.com and google reviews are so harsh, or else management has made recent changes and the team is hard at work because everything was wonderful throughout our stay. We have no complaints.
