Situation pour différentes visites et accessibilité, chambre petite mais propre et rénovée.

Le proprio m’avait envoyé un courriel me disant que je devais payer comptant en anglais pas clair. Je n’ai pas réagi. Et rendu à l’hôtel il â continue son discours que Jw devais payer comptant alors que c’est bien écrit sur la page de cet Hotel qu’on payer par carte. J’ai dû tenir mon bout la veille du départ pour lui dire que non je payais par carte. Il a fini par accepter mais ça fait une situation un peu désagréable. N’eut été de ça, ça aurait été parfait. Dommage pour cet hôte mais je trouve important de le souligner.

Que lo contratado no correspondía con lo que me dieron, reclamé y dieron 2 noches en un apartamento y 2 en otro que era un horror. Yo contraté un apartamento de lujo con 2 habitaciones, balcones y vistas a la ciudad y aquello tenía 2 ventanas con vistas a la calle y el otro que se suponía que iba a ser el contratado era con un patio interior que se accedía desde una habitación y la otra era sin ventanas. La primera resultó ser mucho mejor. Para compensar nos ofrecieron el traslado al aeropuerto gratuito.

Excelente atención por parte del staff, desde que llegamos nos recibieron y nos dieron un mapa y recomendaciones. Las habitaciones amplias, limpias y las camas súper cómodas !! La ubicación está excelente, a menos de 20 minutos del centro y en medio de muchos restaurantes

В этом районе я часто живу, для меня удобное место положение , отзывчивый персонал , а самое главное чистота ( это я ценю в первую очередь ) очень чисто .

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très central et le personnel est très serviable. Les chambres sont un peu petites, surtout si, comme nous, vous êtes accompagnés d’un enfant et avez besoin d’un lit d’appoint. Un grand merci à Ahmed pour toute son assistance pendant notre séjour !

Le petit-déjeuner est assez basique, mais vous trouverez de nombreuses options à proximité de l’hôtel pour manger.

Egyetlen dolog, ami negatív, hogy 5 reggel ugyanazt enni???!!! Esetleg egy tojásrántotta? Mindig ugyanaz. 1 főtt tojás, 3 féle sajt, 4 “fél szelet” felvágott, természetesen ez is mindig ugyanaz az ízetlen - a cica ette meg - 1 pici vaj, 1 pici lekvár, ubi, paradicsom. Semmi változatosság. Ami még zavaró volt, ablakunk mellett kb 10 klíma külső egysége dübörgött állandóan.

من المؤسف أنّ ادارة استخدمت الغرفتين بعد حجزها من قبلنا وعند وصولنا الى مطار صبيحة كوكجن اتصل بنا قائلا انه لا يوجد عنده غرف فارغة ووطلبنا منه التواصل مع شركة booking وإبلاغهم بعدم توفر غرفه المحجوز ورفض ذلك مع طرحه حلولاً اخرى مثل الغاء الحجز من قبلنا او ان رقم البطاقة فيه خطاء ولا يعمل مع ان الدفع قد تم وتم إبلاغنا باستلام المبلغ واستمر النقاش مع سوء أسلوب وغير مناسب من قبل مسؤل الفندق

Lugar cómodo con personal amable. A pesar de estar en una zona con mucho ambiente nocturno, desde la habitación no se escuchaba nada de ruido y el descanso era tranquilo. Desayuno completo.

The hotel is perfectly located, with many restaurants nearby. You can reach major sightseeing spots on foot in 15–20 minutes. The room is very clean. The owner helped us with everything we needed, and the entire staff was welcoming and attentive.

All in all everything was perfect, the rooms were spotless☺️

El alojamiento me gustó bastante. La habitación estaba muy bien, limpia y cuidada, el cuarto de baño se veía nuevo y en muy buenas condiciones, y la cama era cómoda y confortable. Para mí, lo mejor del hotel fue precisamente la habitación, que está bastante mejor que el resto de las zonas comunes. En general, la estancia fue muy agradable.

Lo que menos me gustó fue, por un lado, el tema del idioma: español, prácticamente cero, así que tienes que defenderte en inglés. Pero, sobre todo, lo que realmente no me gustó fue el desayuno. Estuvimos cuatro días y los cuatro días sirvieron exactamente el mismo plato, sin ninguna variación. Para un gusto más occidental resulta bastante limitado y, especialmente si viajas con niños, creo que no merece la pena contratarlo. En nuestro caso, los niños prácticamente no desayunaron ninguno de los días. El primer día lo coges con algo más de ganas, pero cuando el segundo, tercero y cuarto día vuelves a encontrarte exactamente el mismo plato, acaba cansando bastante. Si pides pan, sí que te ponen bastante cantidad, pero aparte de eso hay muy pocas opciones. El café es de máquina y bastante justo, y prácticamente no hay alternativas fuera de lo que te sirven en el plato. Mi recomendación sería no coger el desayuno y desayunar fuera. En nuestro caso, viajando con niños, me lo podría haber ahorrado perfectamente.

Camera curata si personal amabil

The staff is very helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is good, walking distance to the historic center. Very good value for money.

Breakfast is a bit basic. Would be nice to have more choice.

This was my 1st time to Istanbul with family and I loved this place Hanchi Suites . This place is like 5 star luxury hotel . Staff are very polite and cooperative all the times, even at 2 am we needed Turkish Tea and reception staff provided us .especially Umer and Ahmed are great. Breakfast was very nice as well .it is in the heart of Kumkapi ,very close to all the attractions and shopping places. Must recommend place to stay .

Only thing can be added is a lift .but over all very nice and clean.

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Das Hotel entsprach überhaupt nicht der Beschreibung auf der Website. Das Frühstück, das als „außergewöhnlich“ beschrieben wurde, war sehr einfach, eintönig und bot kaum Auswahl. Auch einige der auf der Website angegebenen Ausstattungen waren im Zimmer nicht vorhanden. Aufgrund der schlechten Schalldämmung waren bis spät in die Nacht unerträglich laute Geräusche aus anderen Zimmern zu hören. Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Trotz gebuchtem King-Size-Bett bekam ich ein anderes Bett. Außerdem gab es keinen regelmäßigen Reinigungsservice. Auch einen Aufzug gibt es nicht. Insgesamt leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Al nostro arrivo il personale ci ha accolto in modo caloroso e ci ha consigliato cosa visitare facendoci una guida completa della cittá! Le camere erano davvero pulite e accoglienti, personale disponibile e gentilissime per ogni cosa. Colazione abbondante e deliziosa. Posizione ottima! La prossima volta assolutamente torniamo in questo hotel! Consigliatissimo

Շատ լավ վայր է մենք շատ գոհ մնացինք ինչպես անձնակազմից այնպես ել մաքրությունից։Անձնակազմը պատրաստ է օգնել ամեն հարցում հյուրանոցի կառավարիչը հիանալի և հոգատար անձնավորություն է։Շատ մոտ են բոլոր գեղեցիկ և հայտնի վայրերը:200-300 մետր հեռավորության վրա է գտնվում Պոլսո Հայոց պատրիարքարանը ։Շատ մոտ են հայտնի մեծ շուկաները:Խորհուրդ եմ տալիս այս տեղը:

Отель сам уютный, душевный. Хост хороший и гостепреимный Есть завтраки. Тарелка с сыром, колбасками, хлебушком, яйцом и прочим. Фиксированный набор, но в целом им наедаешься Улица колоритная, вау-эффект создает Недалеко пешком основные достопримечательности этого района

Территория вокруг туристического островка не очень благоприятная, ночью бы не ходил. Питание в ресторанах в округе идет по туристической цене с большой наценкой. Есть буквально одно спрятанное заведение с низкими ценами. Продуктовые лавки рядом тоже с ценой x2-x3, лучше прогуляться до сетевого магазина с хорошими ценами. Запомните: если в ресторане есть зазывала, значит цена будет в несколько раз выше нормальной. Лестница в отеле тесноватая, но в целом подниматься можно.

Хорошо встретили в отеле . Номера чистые , кровать удобная , подушки для меня чуть большеваты, но в целом удобные .

На 2 этаже в душе немного назло застоявшейся водой . Лестница довольно крутая , нет лифта, поэтому все чемоданы тащить вручную Завтрак бедноват, сыр, яйцо, Оливки, хлеб. - Все индивидуально на тарелках . Вил из окна на глухой двор , но это лучше чем на шумный ресторан.

Понравилось абсолютно всё. Никогда не думал что когда то мы так сможем остановиться в бюджетном отеле, но комфорт получим как от 5* отеля. Семья 2+2. Буду писать много, кому не интересно, можете смело бронировать, все топ. Приехали мы проездом, пересадка из Египта в Москву, специально брали сутки, чтобы посмотреть Стамбул. При заезде встретил хозяин, все рассказал(как смог при моем среднем английском) где какие достопримечательности, что стоит посмотреть в этом районе. Ничего не навязывал, это просто любезность. В номере чистота, прям совсем чисто, нам с детьми это было прямо как бальзам на душу. Утром дают прекрасный завтрак, кофе, чай, много видов сыров, огурчик, помидорчик, яйцо, колбаса. Для начала дня хватает сполна. Хотелось бы отметить местоположение. На такси прямо ко входу не доехать, придется пройти метров 50-100 пешком, поскольку он находится в пешеходной зоне( рестораны, кафе, типа местного Арбата). Атмосфера, не передать словами, это нужно просто увидеть, сказать шикарно, это ничего не сказать. В отеле тишина, через 10 метров, рестораны, фонтан, ажиотаж. В самом номере есть вся посуда, плита и т.д. для приготовления пищи( ощущение что посуда лучше чем дома). Несмотря на то что у отеля свой бар, без проблем разрешили выпить напитки купленные не здесь. Хозяин всегда готов помочь 24/7 при любом вопросе. Вай фай бесплатно. Личная оценка путешественника 11/10. Первый раз встречаю такое соотношение цены и качества.

Everything was exactly as described. The place was spotless, comfortable, and very well looked after. The host was genuinely welcoming, always available if needed, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Excellent location and great value—We would happily stay here again.

В комнате не было окон. Таких номеров не много. Но это очень не удобно.

Struttura situata in una piazzetta incantevole, piena di ristoranti, con al centro una fontana, in ottima posizione per visitare Istanbul. Albergo recentemente rinnovato, arredi e letti nuovi. Pulitissimo. Staff gentilissimo e cordiale. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Cu masina personala este mai complicat cu locurile de parcare insa, personalul hotelului ne-a așteptat dupa ora de check-in 00:30, acordandu-ne tot suportul.

Hotel completamente nuevo, muy completo, camas cómodas. Staff muy atento y pendiente de cada detalle.

Le personnel est vraiment aimable, serviable et attentionné. Le logement est propre et agréable. L’établissement est à proximité des restaurants, parcs pour les enfants, supermarchés et des bureaux de changes. Nous avons même eu droit à des petits cadeaux souvenir à la fin du séjour .

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas adapté aux enfants et pas assez varié à mon goût. Du jus de fruits et du lait seraient vraiment un plus car pour les enfants par exemple, il n’y a que du chocolat chaud.

muy buena situacion a 20 minutos caminando de las principakes atracciones. La calle es muy turca llena de restaurantes donde se puede cerrar el dia de manera agradables antes de ir a descansar. Recomiendo reservar habitacion superior o suite en caso de ir con equipaje para moverse con mas libertad. Quizas el primer dia te choca un poco pero ya para el segundo le cojes el gusto, ademas el personal te lo hace muy facil

Bueno el desayuno no da opciones pero para empezar el dia no esta nal, aunque cualquiera de las cafeterias alrededor ofrece opciones excelentes

The long stairs to the second floor with the luggage is quite an effort.

Hanchi by Ottoman — это лучшее соотношение цены и качества, которое я видел . Идеальный выбор для путешественников, которые хотят с комфортом исследовать Стамбул, не переплачивая за отель. Чистота, отличное расположение и душевная атмосфера делают это место настоящей находкой. Мы остались в полном восторге-обязательно к возвращению)

Le personnel est très agréable, très accueillant et petit soin. La chambre était très propre.

BUENA UBICACIÓN, TRATO DEL PERSONAL, LIMPIEZA

The accommodation looked nothing like the photos on Booking. It was advertised as having a balcony, but in reality it was just a small internal light well with no view at all. In fact, the room had no proper window, which is very misleading when guests would naturally expect a balcony to mean access to daylight and an outside view. The breakfast was also extremely disappointing, with very poor-quality ingredients. In a city like Istanbul, where excellent fresh food, fruit, vegetables, and meat are available everywhere, this was particularly surprising. The location is highly touristy and lacks any authentic atmosphere. On the way to and from the hotel, you are constantly approached by aggressive touts trying to sell you something, which quickly becomes annoying. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The property does not match its online presentation, and I would definitely not stay here again or recommend it to others.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights, and I would say it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Istanbul. The location is excellent, and the owner and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also very, very good. The hospitality was outstanding. They arranged airport pick-up and drop-off at a very reasonable price, and they also organized tours for us that were quite affordable. The rooms and toilets were very clean, and everything was perfect throughout our stay. If you are planning to stay in Istanbul, I would highly recommend this hotel. It is definitely one of the best options.

Добрый день, отдыхала в Стамбуле с дочерью на майские праздники. Искала бюджетный, но максимально комфортный отель, долго выбирала локацию. Hachi подошёл по многим параметрам и мой выбор пал на него: удобная локация, завтрак, номер с небольшой кухней (если это актуально), рядом много ресторанчиков и магазинов. 15 минут и вы у Голубой мечети. В пешей доступности трамвай, который идет через на другую сторону бухты Золотой рог и Гранд базар, а также метро и остановки автобусов, 10 минут и вы на набережной Мраморного моря и ещё 5-7 минут ресторанчики у воды. В Hanchi нас встретил супер приветливый персонал и хозяин гостиницы, которые всегда были готовы помочь с любыми вопросами и сориентировать по локациям и как до них лучше добраться. Через хозяина гостиницы заказали две экскурсии на Принцевы острова и ночной Босфор. Цены более чем алекватные и они того стоят. Большое спасибо за отдых.

Всё было хорошо влодельцы и рабочие очень заботливые гостиница чистый а местоположение просто супер пешком можно пройти везже…

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e mi sono trovato/a davvero benissimo. La posizione è eccellente, l’arredamento è meraviglioso e curato in ogni dettaglio, creando un’atmosfera molto accogliente. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre con un sorriso. Anche la pulizia è impeccabile. Un’esperienza davvero piacevole: consiglio questo hotel con grande piacere e ci tornerei volentieri. GRAZİE.

Un séjour agréable! L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité de tout. Le personnel est très accueillant, le ménage est impeccable, un plan d'accès est fourni gratuitement à l'arrivée et toutes les questions sont répondues rapidement. Un séjour agréable. Merci.

Rodeado de decoración otomana, todo se complementa a la perfección en este edificio de hermoso diseño, que además está impecablemente limpio. El personal es atento y amable. La ubicación es fantástica: a 8 minutos a pie del Gran Bazar y a 15 minutos de lugares como la Mezquita del Sultán Ahmed y Santa Sofía. La ubicación es inmejorable, aunque el desayuno es normalito. Sin embargo, por este precio, es difícil encontrar algo mejor. Podría ser nuestro destino para nuestro próximo viaje.👍👍👍

Funcionários são ignorantes e mal educados . Inventam que só pode receber pagamento em dinheiro , mas no booking diz que eu posso pagar no cartão . Os quartos são nojentos , cheio de homens mal encarados e cheio de malas por toda parte . NÃO RECOMENDO PARA NINGUÉM

Me gustó el sitio, y me parece mejor estar en un hsotel y conocer gente, este viaje me quedé 10 días y he conocido gente maravillora y volveré.

La calefacción pueden ponerla más tiempo.

Biraz tadilat işleri vardı diye ortalık çok temiz değildi sabah erkenden çok ses oluyordu son olarak bazı misafirler çok kaba gürültülüydü bunun için bir çözüm bulmaları gerek.

The upper part is very nice, a terrace and a common area with kitchen, a place where you can wash and hang your clothes and even a couple of gym machines. At the ground floor there is a foosball and a pool. Breakfast is included, nothing crazy but still good!

The common areas were very cold. People were freezing in the kitchen because, as they said "today or tomorrow the heater technician is coming to fix it". Never saw anybody fixing it after one week tho. In the common area downstairs the staff was continuously turning off the heater, and because of the broken automatic door, it was cold the whole time. People were having breakfast wearing coat. The kitchen is very dirty, oily and crusty. A lot of things are broken or not working.

아침식사가 개인으로 준비되어 있어서 편했어요. 6인실에 3명이 사용해서 여유 있게 지냈습니다.

라디에이터가 작동이 안되었어요. 히터는 나오는데 많이 추웠어요. 자가가 잠이 깨더라고요. 화장실에 있는 헤어 드라이어는 작동을 안 하더라고요.

The Location is very good, as it is near many famous Istanbul landmarks. The breakfast is basic and simple, you may need to eat more if you are hungry. the bed is clean, the bathroom is good and acceptable.
