Hotel jest typowym hotelem na jedną noc, przed wylotem dalej. Na plus, że w bardzo bliskiej okolicy można zjeść czy napić się kawy (7eleven, Luckin Coffee, McDonald's, KFC + lokalne bary). Pokój bardzo prosty, czysty, bez szczególnych wygód. Możliwość zamówienia transportu na lotnisko w rozsądnej cenie.

Absolutamente nada.

Reservamos con ellos el transfer al aeropuerto y nos tuvieron esperando 1 hora entre el caos. Nos escribieron varios conductores diciendo que estaban de camino y ninguno encontraba la puerta de salida.

Clean, and functional 2-3 star hotel for airport layovers. Good Wifi. Hot shower. Friendly staff. Lots of eating places all around, including foriegn ones like McDomalds, Dominos, Pizza Hut, as well as local ones. 24/7 convenience stores literally next door. Grab to/from the aiport cost 30RMB and took 20 mins. Would recommend for layovers, it's perfect for that.

I booked on my cell phone 30 mins before arriving at the hotel, and Booking.com stated £20, but when i actually paid at the property it was £24. Not a big deal, but just curious how this works.

habe mich noch nie so unwohl in einem Hotel gefühlt. Die Zimmer ohne Lift (nur Gepäcklift) sind im Nebenhaus, man muss durch einen nicht sonderlich einladenden Innenhof. Würde empfehlen, wenn schon dann ein Zimmer im Haupthaus. Unser erstes Zimmer stank nach Zigaretten, das Zweite dann nicht, dennoch war das Bad schon beim reingehen überschwommen. Es ist zwar alles neu im Zimmer, aber Bettwäsche & Vorhänge dreckig und eklig. Die Klimaanlage brauchte ewig, um kalt zu machen. Keine Schalldämmung man hört alles durch. Ja es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen in diesem Komplex und man ist in 20 Minuten am Airport. Ich habe mich mit meiner Tochter als Frau extrem unwohl gefühlt und nicht wirklich geschlafen. Hatte einfach nur Angst. Ich denke, wir sind auch nicht das Standard Zielpublikum- daher ansehen, wer die guten Reviews schreibt. Die Rezeptionistin scheint überarbeitet zu sein, sie war zwar entgegenkommend, hat aber einfach komplett fertig ausgesehen, deswegen wollte ich sie auch nicht noch weiter nerven, denn ist ja nicht ihre Schuld. Besonders ärgerlich, dass mir 20 MYR mehr berechnet wurde als auf Booking. Ich kenne den Local Standard nicht, aber fand es war kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Absolut keine Empfehlung!

I‘ve picked this hotel the 2nd time to stay overnight before my trip to overseas. The room and toilet is clean, the bed is comfortable, the shower water pressure is good. The price is affordable.

Emplacement correct, à côté de l’aéroport mais c’est tout.

Pas d’eau tout court, cafards dans la salle de bain, j’imagine qu’il y en avait partout… cela doit être récurent, car lorsque que nous sommes allez nous plaindre pour se faire rembourser et partir, le personnel a sorti une bombe anti-cafards devant nous. De plus, ils ont été inefficaces, nous attendons toujours le remboursement de cette nuit ! Et la cerise sur le gâteau, ils nous ont traités de menteur !

L emplacement, rapport qualité prix,utilisé comme hôtel de jour en attendant le vol du soir,propose un service de navette pour l aéroport.

Très pratique pour un transit d'une nuit à Kuala Lumpur. Personnel attentif, chambre propre et bien équipée.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel also provides a trusted taxi service to the airport. Its location is strategic, with various shops available around the hotel.

However, the toilet bowl was dirty. The bathroom floor was also slightly slippery and could be dangerous if guests were not careful.

Cercanía al aeropuerto (no obstante, son 15-20' en Grabb), camas cómodas y tamaño de la habitación. Por otro, organizamos el taxi de vuelta al aeropuerto y el servicio fue bueno.

Nos encontramos la habitación abierta. Preguntamos y sin ningún tipo de pudor se excusaron que el último cliente había fumado y que el personal de limpieza la había dejado así. Tuve que pedirle 2 veces que si podían cambiarme de habitación ya que olía bastante a tabaco. Por lo demás, la limpieza no es la mejor y se escucha todo de habitaciones contiguas y pasillo, cuando el objetivo principal era descansar antes del viaje de vuelta.

We were travelling with our 1 year old and needed a crib, which they said they would provide. However, when we got there they didn’t have a crib. This led to a really bad night of sleep for our baby and us.

Near airport good for layover

We stayed at this hotel during a long layover and specifically booked a room to rest after an overnight flight. We arrived around 11:00 AM and informed the receptionist that we would only be staying for a few hours before returning to the airport for our evening flight. Despite this, we were required to pay an additional early check-in fee, which we accepted without issue as we simply wanted a place to sleep and recharge. We checked out the same day at around 6:00 PM and did not even stay overnight. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the moment we entered the room. The first room assigned to us had constant construction drilling noise, making it impossible to rest. We requested a room change, which was accommodated, but only after we insisted as we genuinely could not sleep in the original room. The second room presented an even bigger issue: cleanliness. We found hair on the bedsheets, visible stains, and even a used tissue underneath the blanket. Basic cleanliness should be the bare minimum for any hotel selling rooms, regardless of the price point. While we understand this is a budget property, guests should still expect clean bedding and a properly prepared room. What disappointed us most was the lack of empathy and professionalism from the receptionist. Throughout the entire experience, she never once apologized for the inconvenience caused by the construction noise or the condition of the room and appeared largely unconcerned by our complaints. In contrast, the male housekeeping staff member who came to change the bedsheets was polite, apologetic, and seemed genuinely sorry for the situation. The hotel’s location may be convenient for airport transit, but management should pay greater attention to room cleanliness and guest service. These are fundamental expectations, not luxury standards. Had the room been clean and the service more attentive, our short stay would have been far more pleasant.

The hotel is normal for a short stay.Hotel is near KLIA and convenience shop is just next to it. staff is friendly and room is clean.

I like the location. It is surrounded by convenient stores, pharmacies, clinics and eateries. It is a walking distance to KIP Mall. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious enough for the two of us. The hotel also provides a transporter number / e-hailing that I can book to take me to the airport.

Offered cheap transport to the airport terminal early in the morning. Efficient staff.

Very nice place for short stay. We stayed there for a day and the support staff was amazing and very helpful. The travel agent was very helpful and took us for a city tour and dropped us off at the airport. We loved our stay there. Thank you
