Stay here. Everything was amazing. The staff was super friendly and you cannot beat the views. Free water and other beverages in the room. Comfortable bed! Loved this hotel.

High recommend staying here. The hotel is beautiful and it feels like you've traveled out of the country. Jack was aways so helpful and gracious. Hayley always had a smile on her face and she was very sweet. We went to create memories which we did, but the experience was amazing.

It was perfect. We loved it. All the fun touches they added made a genuine difference. The rotunda room was MORE than enough for our family of 4. Having the chairs and umbrella as well as a paddle board was such a nice addition to the experience.

My fiancé and I planned this trip as a pre-wedding “mini-moon” and are so glad we did! The service here is wonderful, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the location is prime. Turn down service is new to us and I do believe we are a little spoiled now (e.g. the nightly truffles!). The spa is incredible and we highly recommend the Pearl Perfection couples massage. The beach is absolutely beautiful, we love that the chairs and umbrellas are provided. We were surprised to see even towels, SPF, and after sun are available too. We really enjoy the walkability of the area and how close the hotel is to everything. Our whole experience was so relaxing and wonderful. We are already planning another stay, hopefully next year!

The Pearl exceeded my husband and I’s expectations. From the location, to the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendly and helpful staff, our stay at The Pearl was a dream. This is the hotel to stay at in 30a, specially Rosemary Beach! You can walk everywhere from here, and the beach is stunning. The food at the hotel is so good, too! We appreciated the complimentary valet for our rental car during our stay. It was very helpful.

My husband and I had an incredible experience for our wedding anniversary this year, and it marks almost 15 years of stays for me personally at the pearl. They just keep getting better every year. Even though we didn’t have our oldest daughter this year with us, she’ll be three this month, Abigail remembered us from last year and gave us a stuffed sea turtle gift and book to take home to her with a handwritten note for us to take to her and it’s this kind of service that just makes the most unforgettable and incredible experience. We loved our stay so much! We would even come back even if it was just to interact with Dalton at valet because the level of care and attentiveness starts before you even walk in the lobby and I recommend the Pearl to anybody and everybody even though I would love to keep it my hidden gem secret. We are already trying to plan our return trip!

An absolutely unforgettable stay! From the warm welcome with a bottle of champagne for our 40th anniversary to the exceptional service throughout our visit, every detail was perfect. The ambiance is elegant and relaxing, and the signature scent was so incredible I had to bring home the Pearl Bliss fragrance from the Apothecary. The staff made our anniversary truly special and created memories we’ll cherish forever. Without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to return!

What an amazing weekend we had at The Pearl! Everything was wonderful, and we felt so well cared for from the moment we arrived until we left. The food was fabulous, the spaces were gorgeous, and our room was beyond comfortable. The bed felt every bit as good as my own, the pillows were wonderful, and the balcony overlooking the village was the perfect place to slow down and enjoy Rosemary Beach. But the very best thing was your staff. From the warm curbside greeting to Quinton, Jack, and Nicholas welcoming us back and helping us every time we returned, to Olivia at the front desk, Mike the concierge, and Chris at the pool—we felt genuinely known and cared for. The beach team of Ben, Aiden, and George was fantastic, the folks at Havana Beach Bar & Grill were wonderful, and so were the ladies who served us in our room. You’ve assembled the hospitality all-stars! There should be trophies. If I had to pick on one thing, it’s the shower. It’s cozy. The rain showerhead isn’t adjustable, which means it rains on you—all of you, everywhere, at all times—with nowhere to escape. It is a very committed shower. I respect its dedication, but there’s no witness protection program in there. That said, when everything else is this good, how much can you really complain? And turndown service? We looked forward to it every night—bed turned down, chocolates waiting, lights dimmed, shades drawn, soft music playing. Every evening, we felt completely and wonderfully spoiled. The Pearl executed all the little thoughtful details so well that hospitality became an art form. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We’ll always remember this trip—not just because The Pearl is beautiful, but because of the people who made it so special. We left with about ten new friends. We can’t wait to come back—though next time, I may bring a tiny umbrella for the shower.

The most professional hotel experience we have ever experienced. My wife and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary here and were not disappointed! The 55 room hotel is small enough that they make everyone of their guests feel like royalty. The architecture of Rosemary Beach were the initial draw to the area. The Pearl nestled in the heart of it is just such a neat place for a hotel. Having 2 beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, waters waiting for us on the private area of the beach was so nice to have! The pool is so quaint and the perfect getaway from the crazy world on the outside of the Pearl walls. Havana is an incredible restaurant inside the Pearl. The Rooftop Top bar was tremendous as well. Expect a lot of visitors coming for these two publicly available restaurants/ bars. The staff do a great job taking care of their hotel guests while also serving so many “influencers” who want to come see this place. It is pricey, but with all the included complimentary services and 5-star professional staff, you’re getting what you pay for. Not sure it could be any better than this!

The entire experience was exceptional, from the champagne at check in, the crackers and cheese in the room, unlimited water and soda in the fridge along with the night time goodies, to the chef salt seasoning upon departure. It was a wonderful stay.

This is a first class establishment. Every staff member we encountered was a pleasure. Very focused on customer service with lots of nice touches. Made our anniversary very special. Location is perfect, close to beach and right on Main Street. Balcony doors kept all sound from street out. This spoiled me from staying anywhere else.

My wife and I went to Rosemary beach for the first time this past week. Being from South Florida and living in Palm beach, all I can say is the Pearl is absolutely amazing. The staff is extremely friendly, the amenities are top tier and the service was beyond my expectations. Seeing how the Pearl is right in the middle of Rosemary, we wanted to stay here but it is so much more than that. They provided bikes which we took everywhere and it was within walking distance to many amazing dinner and shopping locations. We ended up extending an extra night which moved our room from a Pool view to a Town view and it just kept getting better. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I cannot recommend this hotel enough if you'll be in Rosemary! We will absolutely be staying here again.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary in the iconic Pearl Hotel. Everything from our personalized welcome, to every small detail in the hotel made our getaway feel special. We had a gulf front view and enjoying the balcony was one of our favorite. We loved the Rosemary Beach area, and walking to all of our dinner reservations. I think I had the best food of my life during this trip. I did make advanced reservations which was helpful because most of the locations were fully booked.

The hotel is small but very nice and the staff is top notch. They treat you very well. We dined at both the restaurant and the rooftop bar....outstanding food and service. Very good vibe in both places....and a lot of fun. Will definitely come back to the hotel. it is steps from the beach and convenient to everything in Rosemary Beach.

My husband and I spent part of our Honeymoon in Rosemary Beach at the Pearl Hotel. What an amazing experience! The room and balconies were beautiful, the staff was helpful and kind, and the location of the hotel was perfect! The hotel and our room was clean, and the beach attendants were always helpful. They had chairs and an umbrella for us each day and supplied sunscreen and water. From the welcome pimento cheese, to the homemade chocolates on your pillow each night, there was no detail missed! I am also pregnant, and the hotel had a gift for our honeymoon and baby moon in our room on arrival! The front desk checks in frequently to ensure everything is OK with your stay. On one such occasion we asked if we could have some of the pimento cheese at the pool, within FOUR minutes Mike, the concierge, was delivering us our cheese poolside. It felt so special and was such a nice touch! We will definitely be back to the Pearl and recommend you book your stay! :)

My wife and I along with our 18 year old nephew just returned from a week at the Pearl Hotel yesterday. The hotel is really a beautiful building and the staff is very attentive. The Main Street location is convenient and central to varied shopping and dining just steps away from your room. The hotels weekly rates are not cheap but my issues are in the value and the advertising related to our stay. we booked a 2 bedroom suite with a town view. $13,500.00 for the week. No issue except I consider a suite to include a room that is not a bedroom or a bath, ie a living room. We paid for a suite and were given 2 bedrooms with a connected bath. The second bedroom did not have a door to separate it from the entry door or the bathroom. This resulted in a serious lack of privacy for our family. Each bedroom did have small private balcony that held small table and 2 chairs. One bedroom had a chair while the other bedroom had no seating other than the bed. We were really very disappointed in not having a common area to relax with our family after paying for a suite. Bottom line is that the value falls way short the cost. I am including a Google definition of "Hotel Suite": A hotel suite is a type of guest accommodation that typically includes multiple rooms, such as a bedroom and a separate living area, offering more space and amenities than a standard hotel room.

The Pearl is wonderful. Great location, yummy restaurants, beach is beautiful and great service. Highly recommend. Beautiful memories.

Just finished a beautiful stay at the pearl hotel in rosemary beach. Our room faced the ocean and the view was spectacular!! Bed so comfortable and quiet. Hotel contacted my husband if we needed anything, a few times during our 3 night stay. Customer service was superb and every employee always greeted us whether we were coming or going. This location is perfect for shopping, restaurants and beautiful beach. Definitely will be back for another stay.

Perfect location in center of town and close to everything. Private beach access with chairs and umbrellas included. Professional staff at every interaction. From front desk, to young ladies at front restaurant (shout out to girl who Just started), restaurant and rooms excellent. We had 406 with cute balcony overlooking pool and restaurant. Partial but great ocean view. Sadly no gym but easy place to run. There was a wedding during our stay which closed outdoor restaurant and was quite loud. Guest should be made aware prior to booking.

The Pearl is a fantastic place to stay. Location is great. Cleanliness is phenomenal. Staff is very helpful at accommodating our needs. Stayed on the street side of the hotel. Our view from the balcony alone was very entertaining. I will definitely come back.

We had the best experience at the pearl. The Location was perfect and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The attention to detail exceeded our expectations, from the welcome champagne and pimento cheese, to the nightly truffles & turndown service. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony watching the street below & the bar and restaurant were perfect for a quick drink & good meal.

The Pearl Hotel did not meet my expectations as a regular traveler. No housekeeping services or room service received.

Beautiful hotel, staff was amazing and the location could not be beat! Although there was construction happening on the patio just below our balcony, it was to upgrade the A/C. And I would assume there is really no good time for any kind of construction. Otherwise, it was fabulous!

My husband and I needed a weekend trip for just us. It was just what we needed. We've vacationed at Rosemary Beach for the past 15 years but this was our first time staying at The Pearl hotel. It's such a beautiful property and love that the beach is just a few steps away.

Our stay at The Pearl Hotel in Rosemary Beach was beyond anything we had ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, everything felt elevated, intentional, and effortlessly beautiful. From the second we pulled up, it just felt special. The location is perfect. You’re right in the middle of everything, and all the little shops and cafés are just steps away. We loved being able to walk everywhere and just wander around without any real plan. Rosemary Beach has such a cool, relaxed vibe, and the hotel fits right into it. The atmosphere was what really made it unforgettable. It somehow feels both laid-back and luxurious at the same time.

My adult daughter and I went on a four night girls trip and stayed at The Pearl. This was my third visit to the hotel and each time I am more impressed. From the warm welcome at the valet, to the friendly front desk, to the elegant room . . . all exceptional. I travel quite a bit and this hotel is one of my very favorites!

The whole experience was excellent. From the arrival to the hotel to the departure date, all the boxes were checked, and every contact with the staff showed them to be going above and beyond to make the experience unique. The only thing that I feel was lacking in the room was a heater in the bathroom because, during our stay, the temperature outside was in the teens with the windchill factor and that dampened the experience just a little bit. Other than that, we are definitely returning during our next visit.

The Pearl has all the bells & whistles. My husband and I booked The Pearl for our 30th wedding anniversary. Traditionally, the 30th wedding anniversary is called the pearl anniversary so it was fitting. Things that I can highlight are room service ringing the adorable and bringing chocolates as a little nightcap treat, private access to the white, sandy beach, the rooms are beautiful and spacious, there are several restaurants nearby that serves amazing food, the people working there are extremely friendly and helpful.

First of all the location is very close to the beach which is amazing the doorman was a gem but everything else was poor. This is NOT a family friendly hotel. It was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day they did NOTHING for children . It would be customary at any high end hotel you give a child a trinket or some special touches for Christmas or even Santa visiting nada ! The pool is ONLY for 18+ and the other pool for kids indoor is far away and I asked them for a shuttle there’s NONE . What ????? The bikes you get none are for kids so how we we bike ? Didn’t use anything . The food was over priced but delicious hence two stars . I had a man come into my room when I’m in my pjs to fix my door scared the crap out of me and he said they put a ticket for the door and he didn’t even know someone was staying here !!!! We heard a bunch of loud banging early in an before waking several times no idea what from . My daughter is vegan and on Xmas nothing was opened went to the rooftop bar she’s starving melting down and they said oh we have vegan food hummus and veggies ?!!!!! For Xmas dinner ?!!! They didn’t even explain that downstairs I could make something work . I had to go around the area and hotel to finally figure out i could order her soup and yogurt downstairs which after all the stress that was her Christmas dinner . She melted down for the rest of the day because of it and they had nothing for her to keep her occupied beside a sticker . No toys no coloring books nothing . I went into their little area and there was a turtle book sponsored by them that they said was for sale . Those should be customary for kids for Christmas since there’s absolutely nothing here for them . It was wild . You’re spending thousands here you get service like a motel . I would never recommend this for the high price unless you’re older maybe you’d enjoy this . But I visit luxury hotels on the regular and have never received poor service like this .

Higher end boutique hotel has everything you need for a fun family trip. The staff was outstanding- top notch service with smiles. Location is ideal for Rosemary Beach as everything is in quick walking distance.

The Pearl Hotel is iconic in its’ looks and location in Rosemary Beach Fl. It is in the heart of the small city and less than 100 yds from the beautiful beach! The employees set it apart with the most superb service, from the time you park your car until you leave! The Conciege, Mike Roscher was very helpful, friendly and informative! The Attendants had daily restocking, cleaning of our room and maintained it spotless! The Havana Grill was great as was the Roof Top Bar/Grill! You do not need your car after you arrive as the beautiful small 30A town has everything in walking distance, including many fine restaurants. There are many green spaces available and you do not feel crowded when you venture out of the hotel. There are numerous boutiques, sidewalk cafes and other shops right outside the hotel! You have a gated entrance to the beach and there are beach chairs/umbrellas for you to enjoy the beautiful Gulf of America! You also have bicycles,kayaks etc included n your stay! The hotel brought the most tasteful pimento & Cheese Spread to the room as well as daily cookies! We celebrated our anniversary and there was a complimentary bottle of champagne also! You could not ask for a more wonderful experience than The Pearl Hotel!

Absolutely amazing service! Our room was clean with everything we needed including a beach bag and cooler to bring to the beach. The beach and pool has attendants with included water and sunscreen. The beach attendants set up your chair, umbrella, and mini table for you. We had a balcony room looking over the pool but could also see the ocean too which I wasn’t expecting and it was amazing. Room service was very quick. They brought us pimento cheese and crackers upon arrival and cookies each evening with turn down service. The beach cruiser bikes were amazing and we rode them all over. So many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We ubered from the airport in Panama City with no problems. It is on the pricey side but I think worth it for the service you receive when you’re there. Would 1000% recommend and will be staying there again.

This was the best hotel I have stayed at . I travel a lot around the world and out of all the hotel I have stayed at in the country or out. This is the number one hotel to stay at. From the front door, the front desk, the room services, the resturant. Best fresh food every day and the concierge. Excellent services. They have services down and need to train other hotels to do the same. Thank you The pearl I will be back.

We absolutely loved The Pearl and Rosemary Beach! This was our first visit and we found it while looking for a trip for our 25th Anniversary. It didn't disappoint! The service is absolutely top-notch. I felt so spoiled and was really impressed by all of the "extras" that are included - a fridge stocked with free drinks, turn down service with cookies nightly, they sent champagne to our room the first night for our anniversary. There's even free water bottles at the beach and there were always beach chairs available, which is rare. The food at the hotel was excellent and so was the staff. Super impressed with the hotel, and the town of Rosemary Beach is absolutely lovely and very walkable.

We stayed 7 nights and celebrated our 35th anniversary. Lots of great restaurants withing walking distance and shopping too. The entire staff was amazing. Chriss at the front desk was so good about checking in on us to see if we needed anything. Austin and Joseph took good care of us at the beach. Aiden was the best valet and Katrina at the Havana was the best hostess, picture taker and tourist guide ever.

The three of us booked a one night stay over Labor Day weekend a month in advance and it was the last available room. We appreciated the access to the beautiful beach with the 2 beach chairs, umbrella, towels and bottled water. Our room with 2 queen beds had a small balcony which overlooked the outside bar and patio. The room was above average with a refrigerator with complimentary waters and soft drinks. The most personable staff by far were the valet/doormen and the afternoon desk staff. Checkout was at 11:00 and we received a text in the evening that it was extended to 11:30. We were packing up at 11:20 when housekeeping opened the door and said she was surprised to see us. We told her that we had received a text for 11:30. She contacted the front desk and then the woman at the front desk called us to say that our check out was at 11:00. We went downstairs at 11:30 and showed her the hotel text. When she asked how our stay was, we said “fine”. We were a bit taken aback when she responded with “Just fine?” We were surprised when we saw Travel & Leisure rated this hotel one of the best. The room was exorbitantly priced and did not see the overall value.

The Pearl is a top notch hotel. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is excellent. It is in one of the most prime locations along 30a with excellent food and shopping just steps away. The included beach service (chairs, and umbrellas) makes getting down to the beach and relaxing extremely easy. I wish there was a way to order food and beverages while on the beach. The valets are attentive and very courteous. Check in and check out were extremely smooth. The pool is so relaxing and is very upscale. Overall this is a special place to stay and I can’t wait to come back.

This gem of a place will be my go to for a nice getaway. Excellent staff! I love that it’s not too big and just right for what I was looking for. All the local restaurants are so, so good! Beautiful beach! The dragonflies are a personal favorite. I don’t want to go on too much because I’ll always want to be able to get a reservation.

My husband and I enjoyed our time at the Pearl in Rosemary Beach Florida. The hotel accommodations, location, and staff were top-notch, the town was charming with lots of nice shops and restaurants, and the beach was beautiful And not crowded. I enjoy jogging and biking in the area was great for both and felt very safe. We definitely return and highly recommend.

This hotel is top notch. The grounds were very clean. Staff was unbelievable and so nice around every corner. The hotel is small enough where they can get to know you a little bit if desired. The attention to detail especially with room turnover was impressive actually. The location was great in terms of being set right within walking distance of all the local shops. The bikes provided were perfect for local travel. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Would stay here again in a second.

The Pearl is not worth the extra cost, they need to lower their rates, and it would be nice. The staffer embarrassed us at check-in, the elevators were not working properly, the lights didn't turn on in the bathroom we had to ask to have it fixed, we wanted 2 queen beds they could only offer 1 king bed and a cot, and the cot was meant to be for a child, so we will try a different place if the opportunity comes up.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in August. Our room was ready when we checked in at 10am which was much appreciated. We chose a room without a view to save on cost and it came with a very small patio with a high wall. We didn't spend any time out there. The rooms are very spacious and have everything you need and would expect from an upscale 4 star hotel- slippers, robes, amenity kits, free sodas and water in the mini fridge. Decor in the rooms is nice, but could use a refresh to feel more "upscale". Daily maid service is provided both in the morning and at night and they did an in-depth service each time. We had a great experience at the spa. Very relaxing. Note that it is small- treatment rooms are just off the pool so you wait there before and after your service. Pool was nice and refreshing and the pool attendant was nice for ordering drinks. Overall location of the hotel is great- right in the heart of Rosemary Beach. That is where most of the cost of the hotel comes from. The hotel provides plenty of bikes that you can use to travel to nearby towns. Service at the rooftop bar and the onsite restaurant was very slow. Food was decent- but we had much better meals offsite. Overall a good experience, recommend going during offseason for more reasonable pricing and less crowds.

We booked the Pearl for a weekend getaway. The property itself is beautiful and the staff is friendly and accommodating. From the beach access to small details like providing a beach bag and sunscreen to leaving fresh cookies in the room at night it was a wonderful stay.

Imagine entering a hotel where valet, front desk, spa staff, house keeping, concierge, bartenders, restaurant staff including hostess and beach attendants all interact with you with joy, smiles and kindness. That is the experience at The Pearl Hotel. Going back is at the top of my list.

I had heard great things but the treatment I received and the hotel itself went far above and beyond. They called me by name with each interaction and so eager to assist with anything I needed. From the greeter that hold the doors for you to the front desk staff to the housekeepers. You will not find a better hotel. Location is amazing and the rooms were comfortable and gorgeous. Turn down service, personal notes and cookies each night. They have mastered customer service.

Not just a gorgeous hotel, but an amazing experience. The staff is attentive to every detail and go out of their way to make sure your stay is amazing. All your needs are taken care of; don't worry about bringing anything to the beach or pool, you will have a lounge chair, umbrella and towels provided. They also provide paddleboards and bicycles free of charge. There are plenty of restaurants and amenities within walking distance, but make sure you make reservations as they are always busy (and amazingly delicious)!

The Pearl at Rosemary Beach is a fantastic property with excellent service. Beach, dinning, shopping, etc, everything within 2 minutes walk.

Hotel room above pool to ocean view was beautiful! No detail overlooked from bedtime cookies to beach bag and flip flops - very nice! All the staff were friendly and helpful. The beach attendants were also great! Great location in the town - easy walking to shops and food.

The staff, hotel, amenities, and food were great. The rooms are large and you have lots of space. The staff goes out of its way to ensure you have a great stay. We had no issues.

The staff was kind and welcoming, and we received a free bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary. It was so nice being able to just walk down to the beach and have chairs ready for us, and the location of the Pearl is great for walking to dinner. We had one issue with the valet, but they were very apologetic and helpful, and we are grateful for that.

location is great. Staff is exceptional. Local shops are fun and local restaurants have great food. Reservations to local restaurants are recommended to get full experience.

The spa rooms were very noisy. We were able to hear conversations held at the pool outside the treatment rooms. Relaxation was difficult even with a very good masseuse.

A very disappointing stay. Ocean view room was a pool view- very deceptive marketing. Room was dirty when we checked in- hairs in bathroom, dirty floors, phone not working, makeup mirror didn't have batteries, balcony door stuck and wouldn't open/ just unacceptable condition when paying $900 a night. Walls are paper thin- couple next to us was fighting and had a screaming child that woke us up each morning. Staff very young. When I complained about the room at check in- the manager was "in a meeting" all night, and no one could help me until the next day. The air conditioning was broken in the restaurant our first evening. This is the worse value for money of any hotel I've visited. 1 star for location on beach and 1 star for the kind front desk manager that addressed my concerns the next day.

Our stay at The Pearl Hotel in Rosemary Beach was absolutely magical. From the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth, care, and exceptional service from every member of the team. The hospitality here is bar none — truly some of the best we’ve ever experienced. The valet team — Jack, Filip, Tom, Colin, Dalton, and every other member we encountered — made us feel immediately welcome. Their kindness and professionalism were unmatched. The concierge staff, especially Abigail and Fin, were knowledgeable, thoughtful, and always eager to help us make the most of our time. Every question we had was met with genuine interest and care. At the pool, we were blown away by the attentiveness of Chris, Gar, and Emmanuel. Daily rainstorms rolled in around 3 p.m., and each time, they quickly and carefully safeguarded all our belongings with such grace — never missing a beat. On the beach, Cooper, Austin, Kaleil, and Joseph were happy to accommodate our party of four with extra chairs and umbrellas. Their cheerful energy and willingness to help made each beach day seamless and stress-free. Our room was perfection, thanks to the incredible work of Dominga, Mayra, and Manuel. Every detail was immaculate, and the sweet little treats left behind each day were such a thoughtful (and delicious!) surprise. The only area that didn’t quite meet the high bar set by the rest of the hotel was the on-site restaurant — and, frankly, the surrounding restaurants didn’t impress much either. As Cuban American foodies, we found the menu underwhelming. The flavors and overall quality didn’t reflect the level of excellence found elsewhere at The Pearl. That said, Will, our server, was an absolute standout — warm, attentive, and professional. After a cold, overcooked steak and fries (which I sent back), he quickly brought me a Caesar salad that was actually quite tasty. He’s a gem and deserves a menu that matches his service. Honestly, we think a thoughtful F&B overhaul could be transformational — welcoming in more diverse palates and elevating The Pearl to an even more sought-after destination. The potential is there. One final thought — and a recommendation I hope makes it to the right people (Abigail, we’re looking at you!). During my daily morning beach walks, I noticed how much trash was left behind from the day or night before. The Pearl is perfectly positioned to lead a community-driven “Protect Our Beaches” initiative. Picture this: beautifully designed, Pearl-branded paper (or compostable plastic) bags available to guests and visitors, who can help clean up the shoreline. In return, they receive a complimentary app, cocktail, or mocktail at the Pearl. It’s a small effort with a big impact — one that would further The Pearl’s legacy of care and stewardship. You could call it “Pearl Patrol” – Clean the beach, earn a treat, or maybe “Bag It for a Benefit”? We think the 30A community would happily get behind a program like this. The Pearl is the top destination hotel in Rosemary beach. It's an european style hotel in the middle of downtown Rosemary. The staff are top notch and the hotel, amenities and entire experience are second-to-none. While it is more expensive than many hotels, the old-adage applies... "you get what you pay for."

I was in the area for work and wanted to take an extra day to spend at the beach, and just happened upon this hotel as I was looking for a hotel where I could easily see and access the beach. What a find - I cannot recall the last time I stayed at a hotel in the US or abroad where I received this level of service from each and every staff member. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Amazing care taken of guests by the front desk, valet, beach guys, and at every other level.

Wow this place was incredible. The staff the accommodations the location and just the level of service was beyond 5 stars. That bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave it…except I was there for the beach. Decisions Decisions

We had the most incredible babymoon at The Pearl. Our room was spacious and luxurious. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location and amenities made this the most enjoyable trip! We were steps away from the beach. They had staff available to set up lounge chairs and umbrellas which made it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We will be back.

The five nights I stayed at The Pearl in late May was simply fabulous! This was my fifth time staying at The Pearl , two previous trips were with my late husband. The entire staff was welcoming and provided excellent service from checkin, Havana Beach Bar and Grill, Rooftop dining, beach chair set up to checking out. The town is very walkable with a wide assortment of restaurants and shops. I was made aware of two weddings two weeks prior to my arrival and I planned accordingly for meals My room was spacious, large bathroom with great products to use, and was very comfortable with a town view this visit. I was concerned prior to my visit if the town view would be noisy, but it was very quiet. I plan to return to The Pearl in the future. It’s truly a gem.
