Feels like a high brow hotel - super clean, perfumed corridors etc The café space downstairs proved useful - they sold drinks, snacks and even had even microwaves Staff were lovely and helpful

Breakfast was not quite to my taste personally, but there was a lot to choose from Not that much to do nearby (we didn't come with a car)

My second time staying here. We mainly used buses for transport, and all the buses were within an 8-minute walk. Lots of sights are just 20 minutes away. Truly enjoyable stay, beautiful view, and incredible breakfast! The staff are super friendly; they helped us call and arrange tours. Very sweet. Totally recommend. I may come back here a third time :)

You needed to pay for the balcony furniture and also full price for the jacuzzi, even though the bubbles did not work.

房間空間大，整理的很乾淨，家庭房有雙人+2個單人床，能很舒適的休息，離西歸浦市場很近，走路約10分鐘

Das Zimmer war gross

Die Lage war leider nicht optimal. Die meisten Touren starten in Jeju City, weshalb wir für die Abfahrt immer mit dem Taxi dorthin fahren mussten. Die Fahrt dauerte durchschnittlich etwa eine Stunde, was auf Dauer ziemlich umständlich war. Auch das Frühstück war für europäische Verhältnisse eher ungewohnt und entsprach nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Zudem war das Zimmer leider nicht wirklich sauber.

El desayuno aunque intentan variarlo está muy enfocado a la comida oriental. Había bollería que no estaba buena (croissants duros) y tienen a unos chefs que solo hacen huevos fritos, que ya que están podría hacer tortillas etc. La fruta escasea y apenas hay opciones saludables

주차가 어렵다고 해서 걱정을 많이 했는데, 3박 동안 밖에 주차한 적이 없었으나 단 운전실력이 좋아야 할거 같아요! 숙소도 조용했고, 올레시장도 가깝고~ 제휴되는 식당도 잘 이용했습니다! 화장실 물때까 조금 거슬리긴 했으나~ 지내다 보니 익숙해졌습니다 ㅋㅋ 재방문 의사 있습니다!

기억남는 아쉬웠던 점은 없습니다! 굳이 적자면 화장실 세면대 물때 정도입니다~

L’emplacement et la vue c’était parfait ! Tout le monde était agréable !

La vue depuis notre chambre était juste magnifique ! Spacieux, propre et très bien équipé. Nous avons regretté de n’être resté qu’une nuit… Si nous sommes de nouveau en vacances à Jeju, nous y reviendrons ! Le service de spa et de massage, c’est génial !

Lage und Blick auf das Meer sind toll, das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zudem auch reich an Auswahl.

Die Unterkunft an sich war schön, das Mobiliar ist allerdings schon recht in die Jahre gekommen und entweder durch einen Wasserschaden oder die feuchte Meeresluft an einigen Stellen aufgequollen. Unser erstes Zimmer haben wir wegen viel Rost, aufgequollenen Möbeln und Schimmelflecken dann getauscht. Das war alles in allem kein Problem und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend

They turned off the A/C for the entire hotel because of some guests complaining it was too cold. I found it odd that they have to turn off the entlre hotel’s A/C. It was quite warm in the afternoon.

La ubicación y la cama era cómoda

Si quieres ir a un 4 estrellas que ofrezca servicios de 2, entonces este es el hotel. Cosas básicas como lámparas de mesa que no había, muebles rotos, toallas descocidas, falta de enchufes en lugares adecuados (al menos que quieras cargar el móvil en tu propio colchón), sumado al poco profesionalismo del personal que enseguida te quieren cobrar por todo en el momento (jamás en un hotel me pasó algo así), quisimos lavar la ropa y se les rompió el secarropas y en definitiva tuvimos que estar hasta la 1 de la mañana en un coin laundry de la misma calle. No saben casi inglés siendo Jeju un lugar tan turístico. No incluye desayuno como otros hoteles de la zona y si querés pagar menos tenes que avisar la noche anterior, muy desesperados por el dinero. Y a todo esto cuando extraviamos una tarjeta de la habitación nos querían cobrar la suma de 10000 wones! Una cosa de no creer. No lo recomiendo en absoluto

Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The location was perfect, lots of restaurants and bars around the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The hotel feels a bit old, but this does not impact the comfort and cleanliness.

Bir daha gelsem kesinlikle bu otelde kalırım binanın uzun katlı olması manzara konusunda çok büyük avantaj sağlıyor biz en üst katında yani 11. katında kaldık.

Teras katında ücretli jakuzi kullanımı var kiraladık ancak jakuzi çalışmıyordu sadece sıcak su vardı o yüzden puan kırdım. Restoran sadece sabah kahvaltı için hizmet veriyormuş akşam eşimle restoranda yemek yeriz diye otele döndük calismadigini öğrenince aç kaldık resmen o yüzden bunlar negatif yönleri.

Staff were so helpful in recommending things to do in Jeju, especially since I caught a rainy day. 24 hour service desk was appreciated. Car parking was relatively easy and plenty of spots. Room was clean and spacious.

The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to lots of amenities and shops in Seogwipo. Our balcony had a stunning sea view which was gorgeous to wake up to in the morning! Hotel staff were very kind and accommodating.

The beds were quite uncomfortable and were too hard which didn’t help the back injury I have. Also quite small rooms so not a lot of space to organise when travelling with lots of luggage like we were.

올레시장 도보가 가능하고, 지하주차장도 편하게 이용할 수 있었고, 깨끗하게 관리되는 호텔이었어요. 평일에 묵었지만 다음에 또 오고싶은 곳이네요

Hotel importante, habitaciones limpias con balcón. Tiene al lado una tienda de conveniencia en desayuno es potente.

El personal de conserjería si bien es amable y profesional debería dar una breve explicación de que por ejemplo a un par de cuadras subiendo hay un mercado super interesante. Antes de las 10.00 hs comienzan a levantar el servicio de desayuno.
