Not a lot

The restaurant and bar were closed. Noisy rail line right by the hotel. If I stay over again I will use a larger hotel with all the facilities and sound proofed rooms

Everything i like in this hotel, view, clean, comfortable bed, bath and garden, people always are very friendly.

Habitación buena, cama buena. Aire acondicionado bueno. Secador de cabello.

La ducha se inundaba, pero fue rápidamente solucionado. Muchos zancudos con sangre dentro, la verdad fue absolutamente desagradable tener que controlarlos. Esto se soluciona si realizan fumigaciones para evitar enfermedades de transmisión por picaduras

The rooms are new, the bed was very comfortable - perfect for sleeping. Aircon is great. Shower was really great, nice and big - very happy with the bathroom. Very clean, not even dust on the top of the TV! The staff were exceptional! They helped me find whatever I needed. I really had a wonderful experience. It’s walking distance from Greenpark Pendik Conference facilities.

The room was a bit small, but perfect just for sleeping. No cupboard for clothes, so living out of your suitcase. They do have hangers though. Tip: hang your clothes in the bathroom to steam, then move to the bedroom to dry overnight.

Das Zimmer und das Bad war sehr sauber! Der Ausblick war sehr schön.

Nice small hotel

Strong smell of smoking cigarettes everywhere, including towels.

Camerele sunt frumos aranjate și foarte curate, iar prosoapele erau schimbate zilnic. Curățenia se făcea în fiecare zi, ceea ce a contribuit la o ședere foarte confortabilă. Personalul este amabil și mereu dispus să ajute. Am apreciat faptul că am putut folosi terasa oricând și că am avut la dispoziție ceaiuri și cafele pe tot parcursul zilei.

Personnel très accueillant rien a dire. Drap, literie, très propres. Lit très confortable.

Le sol étais pas très propre, bruit du train et travaux.

Het zwembad en de ruime kamers. Hotel is aan de buitenkant prima maar de kamers en faciliteiten zijn verouderd. Er was ook verbouwing waardoor veel geluidoverlast was.

Het ontbijt was matig weinig keuze en ook het personeel was niet erg vriendelijk.

Freshly renovated comfortable room, clean.

Poor sound isolation,hard ro sleep without earplugs, smoke smell(it was writtenon a site that rooms are smoking free,that's not true,,administration didn't provide a code for WiFi and I was too tired to go down and ask for it. Plus the restaurant didn't work so you have to go to the city for a breakfast. And location of a hotel is so so,you must be careful if you are coming not on a car because there is almost no space to walk with suitcase.

Little bit away from anywhere close to eat out. But with the area been well developed I think it will not belong before that changes.

Railway is very close, so It's noisy in the room. Breakfast is not possible in winter time. All the rest is perfect.

Beautiful, quiet place in Pendik with lovely views of the ocean and a quiet garden. The staff and management are polite and helpful. I found this place very relaxing, and also convenient as there are many restaurants and stores within walking distance so you don’t need a taxi or car.

Everything is new: furniture, bathroom. Comfortable bed, good shower. Perfect for one night.

Everything was perfect, super comfortable bed, clean and people that work there are very friendly.

Hotel on a very nice location, easy accessible. Personal were very helpful and although arriving around 11pm reception was still open and I could check-in. Rooms were very clean and well designed. Airco included. We even had a nice balcony, my son enjoyed watching the trains passing by, but also seeing planes flying over. With the private parking we could park our car safely directly next to the hotel.

Nothing really. Although directly next to a train station we didn't had any noise issues.

The hotel is not far away from the beach and there are some shops within 5-15min walking distance. The bathroom was quite nice, it felt that the renovation was recently done there. The staff were helpful.

Waste bin was broken in the bathroom. The bedsheets and curtains could have been cleaner. When I returned to the room I could smell cigarettes, as if the smell was coming through the ventilation, but the smell would go away when I turned on the AC. I would have preferred for breakfast to start earlier.

In early morning there were cigarette smelling so much, it came from bathroom I guess I informed them of course, it wasn’t stand it

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Could have used coffee in the room in the morning.

The room was excellent, clean, and comfy.

The location was bad. The first neighbour was a gas plant and train tracks. The price of the stay is a little too high for the location.

The hotel is small and nice. Close to the railway station, so keep it in mind if you want to stay at more calm place. But for one night it was perfect. Also just 5 min away from the sea, so everything was amazing. The staff is very helpful.

The staff was very helpful but we could not communicate due to no speaking english. From other part was very nice. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was very poor and not tasty with many of the products not available. Location far away from grocerries and restaurants.

Better breakfast. Someone to speak english to be able to communicate.
