Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis St. Charles

All the workers were very nice anytime you walked by someone you were always greeted

You can hear the highway. Traffic even on the high floor

Had a Dr appointment in Chesterfield... decided to drive to St Charles for the nights...The hotel staff was great the room itself was clean and comfortable and the hotels location was perfect.. several places to eat within walking distance

I absolutely enjoyed everything from the room , to the room view, to the comfort of the bed to the food that I was fed . This place is like heaven on Earth. Its surrounded by so much that you can walk to from the hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing. Never had such a wonderful time. My home away from home now. Everyone had such beautiful smiles on their faces behind the desk. I cant wait to make it back.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, hotel smelled nice and was clean amd surrounded by a bunch of places to go without ever needing to drive and there was plenty of parking. We'll be staying here again!

We came to St. Louis for a soccer tournament. All of us stayed in a different hotel before coming to Drury and had an absolute horrific experience. Once we all switched over and arrived at Drury, we were greeted by the friendliest faces! Every single employee smiled, greeted us, always checking if we needed anything. They rooms were spacious and very clean! The beds comfortable. Breakfast was good (regular hotel breakfast) The area is great- as it has a lot of different restaurants and entertainment in walking distance. Everything else was just a short distance away! We all will definitely be choosing Drury Inn for our needs!!

It was pouring down rain when I arrived to check in and the gentleman behind the desk offered to help me and give me an umbrella! I didn't get his name, but he was always pleasant when our paths crossed, all of the staff was friendly and always said hello with big smiles!

Location and ease of getting there. Walking distance to many places! Clean and the free breakfast and kickback at night!

The location was perfect with the restaurants and businesses located in the same plaza! The breakfast was excellent; very fresh and very delicious. Building was exceptionally clean. Loved the ease of parking with the underground garage, ample space with plenty of spots all near the entrance to the hotel.

During our stay, one of the elevators had stopped working which caused massive wait times for the only remaining elevator. It was just unfortunate, but the hotel staff did very well informing everyone of the situation and helping everyone to navigate throughout the building.

Went to a concert at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater...This hotel was a hop skip and a jump away. Very nice staff, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. We will be back!

This hotel has it all. Friendly staff, fantastic meals and drinks. The indoor/outdoor pool is great and the lobby and dining areas are nice for lounging.

This hotel was very clean with great amenities. The pool is split between indoor and outdoor with a half wall in between! The fitness room was great, the breakfast was great and the staff were the most helpful and most friendly that I have experienced anywhere. We go to a convention in St Charles every year and plan to stay here next year.

Like that it was an all inclusive stay, Breakfast and dinner with drinks was spot on what we needed to celebrate our new life together as Mr. and Mrs. Room was a great size to lounge all day and climb in our big king bed at night. =) Glad we chose the king room.

I was just there for a night after driving with my son from South Carolina. But everything was excellent. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was good. Everything was clean. Liked the location also. Would recommend.

Wonderful staff and very clean room. Very nice to sit in lobby area in the afternoon with colleagues and enjoy snacks and pop to discuss our day.

I don't know why anyone would choose this hotel if there are other options. No front desk attendent at check-in. Both elevators were down over night. Room was not as was booked. Bed was uncomfortable and room wasn't clean. Go somewhere else!

Room was noisy

The St. Charles Drury Plaza location is one of the best I’ve been to of the Drury properties. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Great location, with plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance.

The staff was very friendly, patient, accommodating, and exceptional. The site manager was amazing.

I didn't like that they did not offer turkey sausage for non pork eaters.

The facilities were all very clean. The staff were all welcoming and kind. The breakfast was great!

There was a dirty washcloth left in our bathroom from previous guests. The alarm clock went off at 6 am!

Double room beds were uncomfortable

We arrived late and the staff greeted us with a smile and quickly checked us in. The room was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with other guest being noisy around midnight. It went on for about 45 minutes so I called the front desk and they politely took care of it right away. Breakfast was served an hour early to accommodate all the early risers for a dance competition that day. Grateful they did that.

This is me and my husband second stay here for a staycation. The hospitality and the food is even more top notch. I slept so well in our bed, it was super clean, pool was heated, jacuzzi was relaxing, the kick back was truly a kick back and the breakfast was amazing, so delicious, so many places walking distance and great nightlife. Will be back soon

The team was all very friendly. The food was better than most hotels that offer food in the price. The hot tub was working and was hot (most aren't).

Our room was along the freeway; it was SO loud. I had ear plugs plus used white noise from my phone, i still heard every truck going by.
